Moving On
S2 Chapter 3
Emelie looked at baby El's face with a smile. The woman was eager to hold and play with baby Serena.
“Serena, can I hold baby El?” emelie said hesitantly. The woman looked at Serena's face with a pleading gaze. It had been since last night that he wanted to hold that tiny and adorable baby. It's just, he doesn't have much time to have fun with baby El.
“Of course, Emelie.” Serena hands baby El to Emelie. The woman carved a smile when she saw baby El not crying, “It looks like she really likes you, Emelie.”
“Really? I really like little kids.” Emelie pecks baby El's cheeks repeatedly.
“Zeroun, let it look more complete. You should hold baby Al. I want him to be a tough guy like you.” Without excuse Daniel put baby Al on Zeroun's lap.
Zeroun immediately held the body of baby Al so that the tiny baby did not fall. The style of carrying the former mafia boss looked very stiff. It was the first time this had happened in his life. He has never been in contact with a child in his entire life.
“What's like this carrying it?” zeroun said with a confused face.
“Sister-in-law, you have much to learn from Daniel. He's a pretty good guy handling babies.” Kenzo finished his breakfast the next morning. The man cleaned his mouth with a tissue.
“It's not like that. Hold this section,” protests Emelie while teaching Zeroun how to hold the right baby.
Serena and Daniel continue their delayed breakfast. The couple returned to eating quietly when they saw that both of their hearts were fine.
“Kenzo, you will soon have a baby. You have much to learn from Daniel.” Zeroun stared at Kenzo's face with a sinister look.
“I've done enough, Baby. Hmm, I mean take care of baby,” led by Kenzo before taking off his laughter.
An irritated Zeroun throws a spoon at Kenzo. With a quick movement Kenzo caught the spoon and took off his laughter.
Daniel nodded slowly as he chewed his food, “Continue. That's a basic exercise technique that may be mastered by baby Al,” said Daniel plain before releasing his laugh.
Kenzo gripped the spoon Zeroun gave him and threw it at Daniel. The man was intending to teach Daniel a lesson. Kenzo knew that Daniel would not be able to fend off the spoon he threw.
The spoon floated towards Daniel's face so quickly. Even Daniel himself was not aware that there was an object that would immediately injure his face. With a quick movement Serena caught the spoon and played it with a thin smile, “Do you want morning exercise, Kenzo?”
“What-what-is. Why be serious like this,” umpat Shabira with an annoyed face. Quite often the jokes between Kenzo and Serena end in a fight. This morning Shabira disagreed that she had to see the two people she loved fighting again.
Zeroun carves a small smile before peeping baby Al cheeks, a nice “Ide. I also really want to fight Serena. This time I'm on Kenzo's side.”
“Zeroun, I defend you. Why did you defend her,” protested Serena with an annoyed face. The woman got up from her seat before leaving the dining table.
Daniel nodded slowly with one smile, “You always know how he behaves. Thank you, Zeroun. Your idea quite managed to undo his intentions this morning.” Daniel looked carefully at Kenzo's face, “Why you're always so easily hooked like Serena. We're in the palace. Do you want to show off your old profession here?”
“Serena quite attractive women. I have always loved to meet her since I first met her. She's a tough lady who's spoiled.” Kenzo stared at Shabira's face with a smile, “Same as you, Darling.”
Emelie looked at Zeroun's face carefully, “So that was just a trick so Serena did not fight?”
“Ya, darling. That woman can't be on the fishing line. Despite having a child like this, he still loves fighting.” Zeroun rubbed Emelie's cheek gently.
Emelie chuckles while peeping baby El cheeks, “Your mother is quite a great woman, dear. Do you want to be a tough woman like your mama?"
"No-no. I don't want my daughter to be like Serena. It's really troublesome to face two women with the same character" Daniel said, shaking his head quickly.
Everyone at the dinner table laughed at Daniel's reply. From Daniel's answer, everyone can judge. If Daniel had enough trouble with Serena's attitude.
