Moving On
S2 Chapter 25

Luke walked towards the kitchen to pick up the porridge he had ordered. His heart was filled with sadness. Zeroun asks her to return to accompany him during his honeymoon trip. There was no one else Zeroun could trust but Luke.

Zeroun no longer wanted to sacrifice his wife's happiness. Everything he had planned would go on even though now the enemy was present and close to him.

Pouring water into a glass, Luke thought of the right sentence for Lana. In an hour, he must be on the plane to leave for Dubai. Just a few minutes ago he heard Lana say a sad word. The woman was afraid that Luke would leave her. But, now. All of Lana's dreams seemed to come true.

Luke cannot take Lana and sacrifice Lana's health. In addition, Morgan is currently still wandering and trying to get his girlfriend again. A very confusing situation.

The glass in Luke's hand was now filled with water. Luke was no longer aware of the water that had spilled on the floor. The man was busy daydreaming and thinking about all the problems he now faced.

Until finally, Lana's hands wrapped around her stomach. With a smile, the woman grabbed Luke's glass and the teapot that had been held by Luke, “What do you think?”

Lana twisted Luke's body so that Luke could clearly see his pale face. The woman tiptoed until she could give a brief kiss to Luke.

“Lana, forgive me,” said Lukas in a soft voice.

Lana carves a smile, “What was my dream come true?”

Luke nodded slowly, “I'm sorry. Boss Zeroun is facing quite a serious problem. I have to help him immediately.”

Lana carves a smile, “I'm at stay?”

“I don't know either,” replied Luke confusedly. He wants Lana to come, but the woman's circumstances are not possible. Not for a vacation in Dubai. They had to fight and it was quite draining of energy and mind. Luke doesn't want Lana's pain to get worse. “Maybe you can catch up after recover.”

Lana looked down with a sad face. His current body was completely weak and helpless. Not only fighting, even standing for a long time he cannot, “Go. I'll be soon after recovery.”

“I'll ask Mia to take care of you from Morgan,” Luke said carefully.

Lana nodded slowly, “Ya.” He should not argue at this time. The situation is indeed quite serious, so Lana can not refuse the presence of Agent Mia to take care of him.

Luke carves a smile, “He's a good woman. You have the same character until you often fight.”

Lana looked at Luke's face before embracing the man's body. His heart felt very sad when he imagined his farewell to Luke. He still wanted to be near the ice man. A man who always makes him comfortable and meaningful in living life.

“You must finish your breakfast immediately,” said Lukas while gently rubbing Lana's back.

If not while sick, when else can he be spoiled with Luke. Although dating, Luke rarely treats her with tenderness like a typical dating person.

“Cih, you took the opportunity when sick,” protest Luke with a pretty serious face.

Lana chuckles as she pinches Luke's cheek, “You're leaving. After this I will eat alone.”

Luke pulls Lana's hand. He lifted Lana by the waist and sat her on the table. The man took the bowl of porridge that he had prepared earlier. Patiently, Luke took a spoonful of porridge. Give that bribe to Lana.

“Actually I don't like porridge. But, this is from your fief. I will not waste it,” said Lana while shaking her dependent legs.

Luke carved a small smile. Bribes by mouth he gave with a happy heart. Never before has he done anything so sweet to a woman.

“I'm full. Don't force me anymore,” protest Lana while eating the tenth bribe. Her stomach felt so full that Lana was no longer able to take a bribe from Luke.

Luke placed the bowl of porridge that had been in his hand. The man took the water and gave it to Lana, “I have to go.”

Lana receives a glass from Luke with a sad face. However, with all his might he hid the sadness. Lana does not want to be a hindrance and make Luke heavy in stepping.

“Be careful,” replied Lana briefly before sipping her drink. The woman held her glass with trembling lips. She was ready to cry for fear of staying. However, the clear liquid was still stuck in his eye peluk.

Luke forcibly snatches the glass Lana held before kissing Lana's lips. The touch of Luke's lips together with Lana's teardrop fell. The woman placed her hands around Luke's neck. He wanted to hug Luke so tightly before the man walked away.

Same with Luke. The man pulled Lana's waist to get into her arms. After kissing Lana's lips, Luke kissed Lana's forehead, cheeks, eyes and nose. Even the man also wiped the tears Lana kept dripping, “I'll be waiting for you.”

With a heavy heart he took off both hands Lana who had held her body. The man gently rubbed Lana's cheek before twisting her body. He no longer wanted to look back and say. All of that will only make it difficult to step up.

“Like this love. I'm not even willing to stay away from him. What else to lose. Seeing her hurt my body also hurt. Seeing him laugh my heart is also happy.” Luke closed the apartment door before leaning behind it. His eyes were closed to suppress the sadness that now filled his heart and mind.

Inside the room, Lana was crying out. He was angry and upset at the pain that now limited his activities. With an annoyed face, the woman put away all the items that were on the table. He fell down with a disappointed face.

“I don't want to stay away from her,” said Lana on the sidelines sobs her tears.
