Moving On
Lana and Luke's escape

Lana and Lukas ran in different directions from the Gold Dragon. They ran towards the highway that looks crowded with visitors. From behind, Agent Mia still faithfully follows Lana and Luke's footsteps. The tough police are like they do not have a word tired in carrying out their mission.

Lana felt really tired. It had been dozens of kilometers he had run. In fact, you could say, this is the furthest run that has ever happened in his lifetime. The woman stopped her footsteps while bowing. Staring down as drops of sweat poured down his face.

“Lana, what are you doing?” Luke sees the presence of Agent Mia appearing with her firearm.

Quickly, Zeroun's right hand took out a firearm to protect his comrade. Lana looked towards Agent Mia. The woman also pulls out her firearm to help Luke.

“I can't run anymore,” said Lana with intermittent breathing.

“If you want to run, just run by yourself. I'm going to block this policewoman here.” Lana just keeps focusing on the shot she's aiming at Agent Mia.

“Do you think I'll leave you alone here and run to save yourself?” Luke seems to dislike the offer Lana just made.

Lana looked at Luke's face carefully. There was a sense of happiness when he heard Luke's answer at that time.

“Can you swim?” ask Luke without looking.

“Yes, I can swim,” replied Lana with a restrained tone.

“For what do you ask such a ridiculous thing?” Squeeze.

Luke looked at the bridge not far from where they were standing. Quickly, the man pulled Lana's hand to run towards the bridge. They stood on the edge of the bridge while looking at the river currents that were not too swift.

Lana felt very scared when she saw the river that was in front of her. How not, besides the river looks so wide, the distance of the bridge and the river can be spelled out quite far. Although good at swimming, there is doubt in Lana to get out of the river alive.

“Are you ready?” lukas said while gripping Lana's hand.

“Wait, wait. You want us to jump into this river? now?” Lana still did not understand the way the man's mind was now standing next to her.

“Yes, you can't run. It's the only way we can avoid that woman's police.”

Without waiting for Lana's approval again, Luke jumps up while carrying Lana's body along with him. Luke and Lana entered the river at the same time.

Agent Mia stopped at the edge of the bridge with an annoyed face. Never had he failed a criminal pursuit mission before. But, today while attacking the Gold Dragon and Heels Devils, the female police should feel disappointed.

“Alright, this time you can get away. But soon you'll be behind bars.” Agent Mia put in her gun before leaving the location.

Lana and Luke appear together on the surface of the water under the bridge. They look at each other. There was still a look of annoyance on Lana's face. The woman threw out Luke's grasp before swimming to the edge.

Luke shook his head before following Lana from behind.

“Are you still mad at me?” luke said as they were both on the riverbank.

“Can I be mad at you?” lana answered without looking. No matter where he is now. Lana laid her body on the ground to relieve the tiredness she now felt. Looking at the blue sky and the white clouds that lie in the sky.

“Why you always just sucks.” Luke sat down beside Lana while looking towards the river.

“Living in a mafia environment is hard like this. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman. You'll get the same treatment. If you can't survive, then you'll die,” Luke continued with a faint smile.

“Lukas, I have an idea to confront the policewoman.” Lana sat down smilingly looking at Luke.

“What?” Luke's face turned serious.

Lana told me all the plans that came to her mind. His face smiled with satisfaction because it could reply to the behavior of the female agent who made him tired.

“Good idea,” replied Lukas.

“I'll tell Boss Zeroun about this idea. Hopefully he agrees.” Luke moved from his seat. Looked at Lana's face carefully.

“We must return to headquarters.”

Lana nodded quickly before moving from her seat. The woman smiled looking at Luke. Lana's pretty suspicious gaze made Lukas think a little hard.

“What else now?” Luke scrunched his forehead.

Lana pulled out a gun of hers. The woman thrust the gun in front of Luke.

“I want to see how you shoot birds with this little gun of mine.” There was a smile of victory on Lana's face because it could avenge Luke's actions this morning.

“You doubt my abilities? He?” Luke raised one eyebrow.

“No, I know you're a very great man. Can you set a good example for me?” Lana folds both hands when the gun is received by Luke.

Luke breathed in violently. The man was looking for the target above. One bird that was flying towards the tree was targeted by Luke at that time. Quickly the man pulled the trigger.

DUARR!

The shot was on target and managed to make Lana silent a thousand languages.

“You? how can you do that?” lana said in disbelief.

Luke smiled slightly, sticking his face in Lana's ear, “Before giving the order I can definitely do it. I thought you could beat my abilities. But, not in the least. You turned out to be just a weak woman who gets angry easily and gives up.”

“You!” Lana looked at Luke's face until they were close to each other. Even the warmth of their breath was so felt. Lana's heart was pounding so fast that she was very close to the dangerous man.

Luke looked at both of Lana's eyeballs closely. This was the first time he had ever been so close to a woman. Lana's red lips really teased her at that time.

But, Luke did not want to make things careless. Quickly the man smeared Lana's face and twisted the direction of her body.

“We must leave this place immediately,” said Lukas as he passed away leaving the place.

Lana woke up from her daydream. The woman followed Luke's steps from behind without being able to get the word out again.

Why is there something strange about being so close.

Lana kept trying to erase that memory. The woman did not want to dissolve in her current feelings.
