For this task, you must do it right. I will not accept your duty, if I find out you plagiarize the work of others. I also will not tolerate the slightest mistake. Thank you for your cooperation and see you at the next meeting. Good afternoon.
I smiled as I tidied up the book, the closing speech from Mas Ikmal was very effective. He is strict, and I like his style when teaching in class. Some of my two best friends, Adel and Kristi, sometimes complain about Mas Ikmal's style when teaching. Actually it's not bad, it's just that my best friend was too spoiled to rack his brain.
"Let's have lunch." Adel tried to pull my arm, while the other hand he put on his queen's belly.
"You can feel it? My stomach is very hungry. I think I'm gonna faint." Oceh Adel blushes her thin lips.
"When do you feel hungry? You're always hungry when I gave you sandwiches and iced coffee." Kristi complains while pinching Adel's flat stomach plan.
Hearing the conversation of my two best friends, I could only sigh harshly. Sometimes Kristi and Adel make me dizzy with their small debates but grow big in just seconds.
"Bi, why are you quiet? Aren't you going to defend me? Kristi's words seem to say that I'm very greedy." Adel pulled my arm slowly, while the look on his face told me he was going to cry. Of course it's just pretend. I know both of my friends very well. They like to act like they are being zolimi, in fact they are just pretending.
"Yes, okay. Let's eat." Saying slowly.
Without me noticing a pair of eyes was looking at the behavior of the three of us. He smiled as he put his books in his bag.
"Do you want to have lunch with me? Not in the cafeteria, but in the cafe near the red light. How's it?"
My net is round, I can't believe it, and I didn't expect to get this collarbone offer. I thought I wanted to refuse but the centile Kristi and Adel even rebutted agree to the invitation while smiling widely. Biasa, they are both Caper, aka looking for attention.
"Professor Ikmal hasn't come home yet? Didn't you come out?" Adel spoke in a soft tone of voice, and for the first time I saw him being polite.
"Yes, right. I was out. Two of my books were accidentally left behind. I don't want to have to go back to get it."
"Often it's like this, I'm happy to meet Profess...!" Kristi's words were stuck in her throat as Adel quickly closed her lips.
On a whim, I saw Mas Ikmal's face, it showed a smile. I knew he wasn't tempted, just seeing the slack demeanor of my two weird friends provoked him to smile.
"Yes, let's go!" Reply with a smile.
Mas Ikmal road ahead, then me and my two best friends, Adel and Kristi walk behind him.
...***...
Thirty minutes later the four of us, me, Mas Ikmal, Adel and Kristi arrived at the cafe. Fortunately, this afternoon was not too crowded, our order was already available on the table.
To be honest I felt strange about this condition, I felt uncomfortable going out into the open without the presence of Mas Araf.
"Enjoy your lunch, and don't hesitate."
"Thank you Ikmal for the practice."
"What's? Mas's? I didn't hear wrong?" Adel and Kristi asked simultaneously, they looked at me and Mas Ikmal with astonished gazes.
"I don't want you to misunderstand me, so I'll tell you before you start asking silly questions.
"Sabin, Hay. What are you doing here?" Someone suddenly grabbed my shoulder from behind.
"Morgiana, you? Ahh yes, I was having lunch with my best friend. Meet this one Adel, and that's Kristi." I said while pointing at Adel and Kristi alternately.
Morgiana shook Adel and Kristi's hands, her beautiful face engraving a smile.
"And this handsome fellow is the Professor at my college, he's a relative of Fatimah's sister-in-law." Say it again, this time pointing at Mas Ikmal.
"Hello..." Morgiana stuck out her hand to shake Mas Ikmal's hand, but quickly Mas Ikmal cupped both hands in front of her chest.
I noticed Morgiana's pretty face, it showed disappointment. But I quickly pulled his hand away from dissolving into a feeling of uselessness. Taking him to sit at a different table, precisely the hose of two tables from where Mas Ikmal and my two friends sat.
"What brought you to this place? You can't go anywhere without being accompanied by anyone. What if you get rough?
You know for yourself, Mama. He looks like a lion when he's angry. If you need a friend, you can call me. You gotit?" There was no reply from Morgiana other than a nod of the head.
"Now say, why does your face look sad? Did something bad happen to you? Not that I told you, if you need anything you can ask me for help or Mas Araf. You're my sister, your happiness and your safety are my responsibility as well." Continuing me again, this time I looked down at Morgiana's face. I don't know what he's thinking until it makes him not as excited as usual.
Does she miss her mother? At least that's the only question I have to describe his gloomy face.
"When are you planning on going back to Canada? Did you miss Aunt Begum so much that you felt that much sadness? You can come back whenever you want. Mama won't hold you."
"Sabina, I've actually met the man." Morgiana said as she ducked.
My net was immediately rounded to hear Morgiana's short story. There was no happiness that adorned her beautiful face, instead she looked desperate.
"You've met him, so what's the problem? Did you guys fight?"
"I didn't fight with him, on the contrary I was very happy. I know that guy got married because he was a matchmaker. He also confessed that he did not love his wife!"
Hearing Morgiana's words made me want to stroke her chest, how could she say such a complicated thing so easily? I don't blame Morgiana for this, I'm upset with the guy. Why would he tell his household to a foreign woman? Whether it's love or hate, whether it's happiness or suffering, he shouldn't spread his household affairs to third parties. It really pisses me off. I wanted to end this useless conversation, unfortunately the gazes of Mas Ikmal, Adel and Kristi prevented me from leaving. I didn't want them to look at me with a cruel look.
Hhmmm!
I sighed while looking at Morgiana with a sharp look.
"I told you, I will support you in everything. But not with this stupid thing.
That guy's married, can't you find another one? I hate that guy for saying he doesn't love his wife. But compared to my hate for that guy, I hate you a lot more because you're trying to get into their relationship.
Don't say this again in front of me, because my blood boils when I hear your bullshit." My grouse got up and left Morgiana alone.
Out of annoyance I don't even remember Mas Ikmal, Adel and Kristi. I just left without looking back. I was so scared, I felt as if there was a big rock sticking out of my heart.
