Before returning home, Tessa takes Keenan to an orphanage where she usually does charity work with her in-laws.
"There's a boy named Mike, he's just like Raphaelo, funny and adorable" Tessa said.
"I miss that kid. I heard Raphael's in school" he added.
Keenan. "Raphael is already big. Oh yeah, my cousins in Indo are getting married, we can't seem to come!"
"When I want to see the marriage of your cousins" Tessa replied.
"We have to think about your pregnancy baby, besides the event will definitely be tiring" said Keenan while thinking about the possibilities.
"Imagine it, there are 15 couples who will get married at once, the blessing event alone takes all day,"
"Not to the reception and so on!"
Tessa agreed. "I think of the pastor who married them, surely the pastor will be confused!"
Then the two chuckled at the thought of the mass marriage.
"It's much better now, isn't it?" tessa asked, holding her husband's hand.
"Lumayan, I will try to fight that fear," Keenan retorted by pulling Tessa's head into his arms.
Once at the orphanage, Tessa introduces Mike to Keenan. Mike didn't like the guy at first but when Keenan ordered the driver to buy dozens of pizzas, they were a pleasure.
As the children ate the pizza, Tessa took her husband to sit on a bench in the park.
"I'll often bring Ethel and Gretel here when they grow up" Keenan said.
"Geez, they are still in the stomach" said Tessa with a twitch. "But I like you to think about their future rather than bad!"
"How about we do baby moon when the age of the womb has stepped on the second trimester? You like to blend in with nature, so we're going camping out in the open!"
Keenan recalled that during their date on the island of Borgia, Keenan even had sex in the tent.

As recommended by the doctor, Keenan takes his medicine regularly every day. Tessa always monitored her husband's progress and reported it to the doctor.

Then Tessa turned her body. "Exclude time this weekend, okay. We're gonna do baby moon, if we're in the third trimester, I'm gonna cut back on activities."
"Is it heavy? You brought two babies, baby?" ask Keenan.

Keenan again put on a worried face, some days Keenan saw a video of the process of giving birth normally and surgery. Both seem painful.
"Why?" ask Tessa worried. She was afraid her husband's paranoia would recur.
"It's okay." Keenan kissed Tessa's forehead for a long time. "I can't watch you give birth later!"
"Don't leave me, Tessa. I can't bear the title of handsome widower with two kids!"
