MNB CHAPTER 5 - Denial
The atmosphere at the dining table had become so awkward due to Keenan's earlier statement. But the fact that Tessa is the only woman that Keenan never lied to is true. Even Keenan's mother and sister were often lies.
Only Tessa never did. And Keenan is indeed very open even dependency with his secretary.
"I'll buy your clothes and underwear before I go on a date, boss," Tessa opened the conversation and tried to melt the mood.
"Hm." Keenan simply replied with a mutter. He continued to feed the food to his mouth until it was finished.
"I'll get ready!" Tessa cleaned the dirty dishes and immediately returned to her room to get dressed.
While Keenan waited furiously, he was upset as to why he should overdo it with Tessa.
"So much Tessa! Just be careful if he cries when lied to by men again," grumbled Keenan there.
A few minutes passed and finally Tessa was ready, the girl who was the same age as Keenan was always beautiful and neat.
"Come Boss! Take me to the regular store" Tessa said.
Without much to say they immediately left the apartment.
On the way, Keenan smelled a perfume that Tessa was not used to.
"You changed perfume?" tanyakanya.
"Miss Flo gave her latest perfume. I love the smell" Tessa replied, mentioning Keenan's sister by name.
Keenan again dislikes it, he accidentally takes his perfume in his car dashboard drawer then squirts on Tessa.
"What the fuck, Boss. Anyway you're driving, how about we crash" Tessa protested.
"Ish, my smell is now as masculine as men!"
Keenan just kept quiet while glaring at his smile.
When he arrived at Keenan's subscription store, Tessa immediately entered the store to shop for her boss's needs.
"Miss Tessa." said the store clerk who memorized the girl. "What shopping does Mr Keenan need?"
"It would be strange if I shopped for my own needs" Tessa said with a sigh.
Tessa immediately chose Keenan's underwear even the girl knew the size that her boss often used even though she did not know the contents. He also chose a set of non-formal clothes that fit Keenan.
Keenan has always loved Tessa's choice of clothes.
Tessa replied with a smile and immediately walked out of the store.
"Here's the boss, I'll take a cab because Kevin's waiting for me!" pamit Tessa's.
But again Keenan held her back, the man asked Tessa to take off the bandrols.
At that time Keenan was already wearing the T-shirt purchased and the bandrol was on the back collar.
In a hurry, Tessa leaned over as if hugging Keenan and she used her mouth to remove the bandrol.
Keenan could feel Tessa's breasts rubbing against his chest.
"Tessa, don't do something like this to Kevin!" said Keenan later.
"Why Boss?" tanya Tessa is still trying to remove the bandrol behind Keenan's neck.
"That's..." Keenan was confused as to what to answer.
Along with that, the bandrol finally opened up as well. Tessa immediately distanced herself.
"Happy, Boss. I'll have fun with Kevin until Monday" Tessa said.
Keenan looked at Tessa leaving, clenching both of her hands.
"Whatever! Tessa is none of my business! I have to hunt prey today!" said Keenan trying to expel the uncomfortable feeling in his heart.
