MNB CHAPTER 38 - The More Acute
Albert keeps stealing glances at Tessa while enjoying her dinner. She still can't believe that Tessa is actually in a relationship with Keenan.
As Albert knows, Tessa hates her boss who likes to tell her to do things outside of her job.
But now he saw the two people bribing in front of him.
"Food from your hand is different, Babe!" tessa comments on receiving a bribe from Keenan.
"The taste of food from your hands also often makes me feel like an Emperor" Keenan said, recalling the moment Tessa, who likes to feed her like a big baby.
"Say you want to torture me!" tessa's mind is upset to remember the souls of her slaves to Keenan.
Lucille looked at the two alternately and then she asked. "Have you ever played heart to heart?"
"What game is that?" ask Tessa who doesn't understand.
Lucille chuckled, she then sat on Albert's lap with a pampered twitch. "Let's show them baby!"
"I love your eyes, your wobble and your scent!" Lucille felt Albert's chest while kissing her husband's neck.
"I love your body, your smell and your sigh!" reply Albert who directly mocked Lucille.
After that, they close their noses and sniff each other.
Keenan and Tessa who saw all that to the point of dropping the spoon in their hands due to shock.
"I don't want to do anything like that" Tessa said.
"Me too" replied Keenan.
They'd rather be caught courting a contract than doing such a ludicrous thing.
"You should try it!" lucille who was still in Albert's lap.
"I'm sorry, it doesn't seem like the game is for us" Tessa said.
"For beginners just simply look at each other and express your favorite to the couple" explained Lucille.
"Just expressing your favorite, right? There is no need to fight nose and sniff like them," he said.
Tessa nodded. "You first!"
"What yes? I'm not really good at words but I really like your smile. When I'm nervous and not confident just by looking at your smile, I get excited again" Keenan began.
"I also like you to be soft-hearted, even if you like to be angry with me, you keep thinking of me,"
"And you're really the woman I never lied to Tessa!"
Keenan seemed to get too carried away and became serious let alone he looked into each other's eyes with Tessa.
"It's Tessa's turn now!"
Tessa immediately cleared her throat. "I love it when I see you reading your report when seriously you look a little cool!"
"I also sometimes get upset with myself, I always obey all your commands even though I don't like to do it,"
"Then I thought that Keenan was not that bad, behind his childish figure, I saw that he was just lonely and needed a confession!"
Tessa smiled and stroked Keenan's cheeks, she then fused their eyebrows together.
"I'm sure one day, you can be a good and wise company leader!" he added.
Keenan always thought that Tessa always thought he was a bad guy considering that girl knew him inside out.
But it turns out Tessa's thoughts aren't that bad about her.
Keenan felt his heart pounding more and more so until he was short of breath.
"God! No. gabe... No.." Keenan's mind while holding onto his chest, he kept trying to breathe normally. "It seems like my illness is getting worse!"
"Surely now the complications are getting acute, I will die!!"
