MNB CHAPTER 35 - Gimmick
Tessa looked at Keenan for a moment before she replied. "Why do you need my blessing, boss?"
"Aren't I supposed to support you?"
Tessa indirectly seems to approve the relationship Keenan and Bella.
"I don't eat anymore!" reject Keenan when Tessa wants to bribe him again.
Keenan immediately stood up and looked at his condition in front of the mirror.
"I want us to quickly finish the project here and go home!" said Keenan later.
"But your condition is still full of rashes, boss!"
"I don't care!"
"Regarding the project, I actually have some ideas,"
"What idea?"
"About the locals, it looks like we should consider that. I don't want the islanders to rely on the big earnings from the festival!"
Keenan frowned, he was waiting for Tessa's next sentence.
"So I want in our project there will be a fish mart whose products we take from the local population!" obviously Tessa.
Hearing that, Keenan smiled faintly. That's Tessa who is high social spirit. His heart is soft and pure like cotton.
Suddenly his heart started pounding again, Keenan held onto his chest.
"Gosh, my illness is coming back!" his inner.
"Why, Boss?" Tessa is worried.
"Let's get ready for the project!" get Keenan to try to shift the mood.
Inevitably, Tessa must obey. He helps Keenan prepare, Tessa covers up the rash on Keenan's body using his foundation.
"Lumayan is invisible, Boss," Tessa commented.
"Get your eyes, boss!" reprimand Tessa who saw Keenan's perverted face.
That day, Keenan and Tessa went to the project site again to finish their work. Keenan did not want to delay the work again so when he returned later just waiting for results.
All seems to be going well, in the future Keenan will do the program and enter the idea of Tessa.
"It looks like we've been able to leave Borgia Island but since the business trip is still a few days away, you can stay with Bella, Boss" Tessa said.
"I'll be back first with Kevin!" he added.
The fact that Albert and his wife are on Borgia Island makes Tessa uncomfortable. He doesn't want to see them again. Not because of hurt but more to hate and disgust.
"Why is that?" keenan disagreed.
"You know the reason" said Tessa lazily explaining.
"Because of your ex-boyfriend?" ask Keenan to make sure.
Tessa nodded and walked first, coincidentally they were on Borgia Island food street after leaving the project site.
"You can use me like last night, for revenge, I'll give up my lips for you to abuse at will" Keenan said confidently.
"Haish, I did it because I had to," Tessa said.
It seems Albert was indeed long-lived when Tessa and Keenan discussed the man, again accidentally they passed each other.
"Tessa!" call Albert.
Tessa immediately embraced Keenan's arm. "It seems like this morning I had a less clean shower until I was unlucky to see you again!"
"So the lover you're referring to is your own boss, huh?" albert's insinuator just realized that last night Tessa was with Keenan.
Lucille who knew the news about Keenan immediately laughed. "She must be lying baby, obviously her boss is close to Bella model who is being talked about!"
"If you don't do good, take it instead of lying and making cheap gimmicks!"
Keenan who heard that growled himself. "Who said Tessa lied! She's my boyfriend and the news about Bella is just gossip to cover up my relationship with Tessa!"
