MNB CHAPTER 72 - Endorsement of the Son-in-law
Raphael was so happy that all the family members came. Moreover, all his requests were always fulfilled.
"Opa, I want to play with the horses" said Raphael who wanted to play with Arse.
"Your parents are old, here play with Grandpa only," said Nick. [His father Grey ]
"God, you're older than me. I'm still strong, too. Let's get Raphael up to Opa's back!" Arse made his body into a crawling position.
Raphael tried to go up to the back of the Opa but just went up, Arse was already in pain.
"Well, what did I say, right?" Nick finally picked up Raphael. "Don't force yourself!"
"I don't think I believe this body is getting old and soon..."
"Hey, hey, hey, don't precede fate. We can still see Raphael as a gift!"
Grey, who had finished his business, wanted to join his father and father-in-law but he saw Axe, who had been following Flo since his son-in-law was not used to socializing.
"Axe, go to Raphael!" pinta Flo is busy preparing for her son's birthday party. "I'm ashamed that you keep doing this!"
Flo speaks very slowly because he is with his cousins and Axe continues to hold him from behind.
"I don't want to be away from you, darling," whispered Axe giving an excuse.
"Ehem!" Grey throats. "You look more like a chick who doesn't want to lose its mother, you're a chicken man! Hurry up, let go of your wife!"
"Come with me!"
Axe is forced to release Flo and join Grey. Actually Axe is uncomfortable if faced with Arse who always looked at him hatefully.
"Daddy.." call Raphael when he sees Axe coming with Grey.
Axe just smiled clumsyly, he did not dare to look at Arse and Nick there.
"Your son-in-law doesn't know himself sometimes, does she?" sindir Arse who does not like Axe from the past.
"Already, Dad. Axe has changed a lot" Grey said in defense of his son-in-law.
Axe felt moved to the point of wanting to hug Grey there.
"I will definitely give you another grandchild, papa-in-law," Axe said later.
"You better shut up or the Captain will get mad at you" Grey said, not wanting Axe to cause trouble.
"You haven't been lawfully entered into this family because there are things you haven't done yet" Arse said with a sharp look.
Axe swallowed his saliva with great difficulty. "W-what is that?"
"You should eat some meat!" answer Arse.
"What food is it?" ask Axe who just heard it.
"It's Indo food, my wife's family is a lover of seblak," whispered Grey so Axe does not ask much.
"I'll definitely eat it!" Axe of course undertakes the challenge of eating seblak. He wants to be recognized in that family.
Arse rang, it just so happened that he brought a lot of instant seblak.
"Bee, please make it a level demon!" arse exclaimed at his wife.
"Damn? What do you mean, papa-in-law?" axe asked while whispering to Grey.
"That means it's spicy above average" replied Grey who held back his laughter.
As Axe had guessed, it couldn't possibly be that easy. It is impossible to just eat and be done.
Axe closed his eyes, he had to prepare himself to eat the devil's cloth.
"Relax Axe, you used to do dangerous missions so it's really not a problem" he said.
Outside the inn, Keenan and Tessa had already arrived. Pedro greeted them and asked the innkeeper to pick up Tessa's belongings.
"Welcome, Boss," welcome Pedro.
Keenan just nodded his head, he took Tessa's hand in order to reduce the nervousness of his future wife.
"Where are the others?" Keenan asked all his family members.
"Everyone is gathering in the park because there is a ceremony of attestation of the son-in-law" Pedro replied while scratching his head
"Children's endorsement?" ask Tessa who doesn't understand.
"That's...." Pedro hesitated to explain. "Mr Axe is trying to eat seblak to become a son-in-law!"
Keenan rubbed Tessa's hair so as not to be shocked. "Don't think my family's weird, yeah."
