My Novel Antagonist is My Husband
Chapter 26. Lucius

“Dreams?” Cass scrunched his forehead.

“In my dream, there was someone who could determine my future. That guy named Lucius, lives in this Lotus parlor." I pointed at the parlour building behind me.

"Your future?" Cass is confused.

"I can't go into much more detail, obviously, this guy named Lucius we have to train in order to be strong and protect me in the future."

"Hmmm ... ." Cass seemed to think.

"Don't tell this to Brother Theo or Mother. They both would not believe it!" I screamed as I grabbed Cass's arm and whined at him. Cass seemed riled up by my behavior.

"Yes, yes! I gotcha! I'm not the annoying Brother Theo!" cass exclaimed as he brushed my hand on his arm. I smiled broadly.

"Now, let's find your savior!"

"Hiaathtt!"

Just now that Cass and I had entered the edge of the forest, there was already the sound of people fighting. There was the sound of loud blows being caught by the ears. Cass is looking for the source of the sound. He held my hand tightly.

"Don't stay away from me!"

"That's the sound of people fighting?" my many. Cass shook. "No, that's the sound of a wooden sword being smashed into a tree trunk."

Cass is better at swords than Theo. As if, he was born to be an accomplished knight. He knew all kinds of sword iron and where it came from. He even recognized the sound of the sword and the object being struck, despite not seeing it straight away, as it is today.

I followed Cass, looking for the source of the sound. Until I finally saw, there was a person in dark gray form practicing sword alone banging on the trunk of a medium-sized tree. He was so concentrated that he didn't notice me and Cass behind him.

A sweat drenched the man's forehead covered in silver-colored hair. Her tunics were also soaked in sweat. I could feel the mana coming out of every sword on the tree.

Silver hair. That must be Lucius.

"You focus less on your mana, so the power that comes out is not the maximum."

Cass commented suddenly, making Lucius flinch and turn his head in alarm. Both of his eyes glanced sharply at us. He pointed his sword at me and Cass.

"Who are you!"

"Hey, put down your sword first! We want to talk well!" exciting Cass. His face looked irritated from being pointed at by a wooden sword like that.

"I've never seen your faces around here!" Lucius did not lower his sword. Cass started to rouse, he pulled a sword from the sheath on his waist. Not a wooden sword like Lucius, but a real iron sword.

"I told you to put down your sword!"

Lucius. His eyes were turned on Cass's shiny sword. Lucius stepped back. Now I was afraid that Lucius would leave before us.

"Sister, stop! Don't challenge him like that!" I cried while trying to lower Cass' sword by pressing the handle down.

"But he---"

"Sister!"

Cass's flaw was, he got angry fast. Temperament's high. I should be able to temper her emotions first.

Cass turned to look at me, then clucked. He put his sword back in the sheath.

"I'm sorry we've taken you by surprise" I said, bowing slightly to Lucius. "We just want to help you."

Seeing my lowered movements beg for forgiveness, Lucius lowered his sword. Just as Mother Marie said, Lucius' face was completely expressionless. As I wrote in my description of him.

"Help what?" ask Lucius. His face still looked alert looking at me and Cass.

I moved forward in front of him a step and said, "Help you to be stronger. You're always practicing here yourself, you definitely need help."

Lucius scrunched his forehead, then he threw out his face, swinging the sword into empty air. He continued to practice without heeding my words.

"I don't know you guys. What's the advantage for you to help me?" ask Lucius. There was a tone of disbelief in his words.

Lucius' sword swing stopped in midair. The man turned. "Where do you know?!"

"Ah, that .. as my brother said before, your mana power is not centralized. As if you don't understand how to control mana. I came to the conclusion, maybe you don't have a mystical animal yet" I explained.

"Then, what's in it for you to help me?"

"That's .. because ... ."

"My sister had a dream, if you could save her life in the future. That's why we've been looking for you up here."

Cass said suddenly. Lucius and I were shocked to hear that. My brother told me about the dream I told him.

"Dreams?"

"Sister!"

"What's? Instead of going around in circles just tell him the point!" exciting Cass. He did not care about the circumstances and feelings of others, as usual.

"I don't understand." Lucius looked at me, asking for an explanation. Because of Cass, now I'm the one with the hassles explained.

"Ah, I had a dream that one day, you would protect me from danger. But, since you are not yet strong enough, then you failed to save me. So---"

"In that dream, why should I save you?" Lucius cut my explanation.

"Ah, because our relationship is close. But, I don't know .. ," I replied. There's no way I'm letting Lucius know, he's helping Alissa because they're in love.

"Near? How close?" Cass asked while raising his eyes. Why did he ask!

"Let's know, like a friend, maybe! Nevermind!"

Lucius unmoved. Then, he swung the sword again. "Your story is inconclusive. You want to help me be strong? Your skin is so smooth, I'm not sure you've ever held a sword."

"Hey, let's be a kid like this, my sister is so strong! Alissa, let's show you! Call Kyu!" exciting Cass.

In an instant, a circle of spells was created in the air, and Kyu jumped out. Lucius was not impressed.

"All the children in the orphanage who are eleven and above can also summon like you. I can ask them for help instead of you."

"Hey, you don't know!" exclaimed Cass, who then turned the panda towards me. "Show me your transformation!"

Lucius immediately gasped. "Transformation?? He could've been-"

Without speaking again, I transformed into Kyu. After a long time, which was only hair before, now my hands and feet were covered in the same fur as Kyu, even though it had not completely become him yet.

"Alissa has been able to summon since the age of four!" cass exclaimed in a snobbish tone successfully showing me off. I just heard it.

"I can help you, right?" my many. Lucius. He seemed to be weighing a lot of things.

"But I don't know anything about you!" saith.

I took a deep breath, then said, "I know everything about you. You want to be strong, right? I even know the reason.

Besides because to save me, you also need to be strong to take revenge for the death of your parents."

Lucius faltered as soon as I discussed his parents. "Know where you're from?"

"From my dreams" I answered briefly. "I know your parents are gone because of King Eric's army. You only found out after you grew up.

You want revenge, but Marie's mother forbids you to practice so you don't get caught by King Eric's army. I'm right, right?"
