My Novel Antagonist is My Husband
Chapter 29. Warrior Woman

"Mother, where are we going?"

I asked my mother who had just entered my room. Right now I'm being groomed, dressed in royal princess attire. A dark blue dress of short sleeves, and hair that is styled upwards but still leaves a bit of hair dangling from behind the ties. Mother herself wore a white dress with gold lace as a decoration. Her hair was styled up the same as mine. In his hand, he held a folding hand fan.

Mother checked my makeup, before replying, "We were invited by Viscountess Ella Sharma to take a walk in the lakeside park with her daughter, Mischa."

"Oh, okay. What's she like?" ask again. Mother remembered.

"His daughter is very rebellious. He's like a man. So, Miss Ella was hoping that Mischa could be friends with you. She wants her daughter to be graceful in acting like you."

I remember that character. Mischa Sharma, a female soldier who joined the forces of Prince Rion in overthrowing the throne of King Eric and finish off his entire family.

Mischa is the leader of the army, her loyalty is very strong towards Prince Rion. Mischa is also a bodyguard who accompanies Alissa Valcke everywhere after she becomes Rion's wife. Mischa is the one who keeps Alissa locked up in her room, as long as there is a request from Rion.

Mischa is also the one who reports the forbidden love story between Alissa and Lucius to Rion, leading Alissa to death.

In my novel, Alissa only met Mischa after she became Rion's wife. Alissa could not have been friends with Mischa before, because Alissa was only Valcke's outcast child who was always locked in the house and treated like a waiter.

Now that I've been cast as Alissa up to this caste, I can have the opportunity to approach Mischa, long before she enlists as a soldier of Prince Rion's rebel army.

"Your Grace,"

Viscountess Ella Sharma curtsy in front of the Duchess, higher than the Viscountess. He replied with a nod. After that, he introduced me.

"This is Alissa, my daughter."

"Greetings," I said, curtsy the older Mrs Sharma. Madam Sharma pressed both her hands against my cheeks.

"You're so pretty, son! Very graceful! I'm glad to see you in this beautiful dress!" praise her. I just smiled in response.

"Your daughter is beautiful, madam! Just like you!"

"Finally, someone said so. You know, being known as the mother of two sons is boring. Sometimes I want to be able to take a princess to a tea party like this. Now there's Alissa who can accompany me!" exclaim Mother.

Madam Sharma laughed. "You're right, Duchess. But ... ." Madame Sharma's face looked sad. He continued his sentence. "While I have a daughter, I can't feel the happiness you feel."

"Ah, where's your daughter? Aren't you going to take her?"

"So Mischa was next to me, but she managed to escape before you two came. I'm sure he's still around here. I don't know what he's doing now ... ."

Mischa would definitely not like to join a tea party that must be graceful like this, so she ran away.

I raise my hand. "Let me look for her."

"Are you sure?" ask Mrs Sharma. I'm nodding.

"Go, and be careful" said Mother. Nyinya Sharma invited Mom to sit in one of the public garden gazebos. Meanwhile, I began to explore the path that people used to walk to enjoy the view of the lake.

I feel sorry for Mischa. His mother did not realize, that even if Mischa was a princess, she would become the strongest warrior in this kingdom. In between her spare time, when she managed to disappear from the sight of the Sharma family, Mischa always practiced alone, be it sword or magic.

I found Mischa, right under the pedestrian bridge, connecting the sides of the lake between one and the other. He's practicing the sword. There's no one around him.

His swords split the air. He was so focused against the empty air. I sensed the control of which was good, reflected from the blade of his wooden sword. The girl did not care even though the ground had littered the lace end of her dress. He also did not care about the mud stuck to the shoes.

I walked closer. Mischa seemed oblivious to my presence. I felt like deja vu. The first time I met Lucius was like this. Why are strong people always training when I meet them?

"Alissa Valcke." Mischa called out my name, lowering her sword blade, aiming at the ground.

"You recognize me?" my many.

"You're the one who just had a debut party yesterday, aren't you?"

"You're right. Are you coming too?"

"Of course, forced by my mother." Mischa walked up to me. His body is a little taller than mine. She was indeed female, but the wooden sword looked very fitting in her hand. The look on her face was firm and without a doubt. His hair was as black as a shoulder, a little messy. It might have been laid out upwards, but Mischa took off the tie for not liking it.

"You don't like it?"

"I don't like being forced. I never liked parties. It was just the girls chatting indistinctly. Besides, I don't like to wear a dress like this." Mischa tugged at her dress, hoping that she could tear it apart.

"So, what do you want?" ask again. I wish I could be his friend. Mischa's loyalty could have been an important asset, had she pointed it at me instead of Rion.

"I want to be strong! But Mom always drags me around for obscure parties!"

Mischa's face stiffened. Breath roaring. He's a Cass-like temper, probably more so than him. His will and determination are so strong. Mischa also likes challenges. In order to attract her attention, I had to get into the scope of the topic of conversation she liked.

"If you don't like something, just make it something you like!" myrag.

Mischa raised an eyebrow. The girl looked at me in wonder. "I don't understand what you mean."

"You know, right, to become a warrior, other than a swordsman and magician, you are also required to always be able to carry yourself anywhere and be able to sneak into any reproach.

How about you take that party as a challenge? You can learn to disguise there!"

"Learn undercover ...?" Mischa started to get hooked.

I nodded quickly. "Really! A soldier must also be able to disguise himself in an enemy environment. If you can act gracefully without your strength being known to others, you can ambush enemies easily!"

Both eyes of Mischa were wide. I feel like he can see the party as something different.

"So .. The more I behave like a girl, the more the enemy will not be wary of me ... ."

"Fright!"

"But .. I'm not gifted to behave like a woman ... ."

"Just relax, right, there's me!" my spoken. "I can teach you! I can come to your house or vice versa. I'll teach you how to disguise yourself as a feminine girl!"

Mischa nodded. Then, he reached out his hand, about to shake me. "I .. haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Mischa."

"Oh, that's not how a girl introduces herself. You gotta do curtsy! Look, yeah!"

I teach Mischa how to salute the curtsy style of the nobles. He obeyed and imitated me. At first it was clumsy, but he was getting more and more proficient.

Two days later, a letter came from the Sharma Family. Miss Ella is so grateful to Mom and I for making her daughter more feminine now.

Another ally I've got.
