Sam woke up

Theresia almost grabbed the phone from the pocket of her sister's uniform.

He was so eager to tell Daniel that his brother Samuel had awoken from his coma.

A second later, his intention stopped.

Oh.. he forgot that he hasn't had time to ask Daniel's cell phone number.

Several times they greet each other and talk but neither he nor Daniel took the initiative to ask for their mobile numbers.

So many times, Daniel repeated his words.

Theresia hesitantly grabbed the phone from the pocket of her sister's uniform and stuck out the small, outdated phone towards Daniel.

For a moment Daniel again surprised to see the small black cell phone owned by Theresia.

Daniel did not want Theresia to feel offended by her expression when she saw the girl's cell phone.

He then simply wrote down his mobile number into the small phone and then pressed a button to save it.

"My number is Daniel Permana."

Daniel handed the phone back to Theresia.

Theresia's small smile was created behind her slender body as she walked back to Daniel.

Daniel walked in and waved at Samuel who was lying on top of a gurney slightly larger than the gurney in the ICU.

Sam smiled slightly in reply, his still limp body trying to rise from his sleep.

Sam kept trying to get up and sit leaning on the head of the gurney that could be set to that height.

"So this is enough?" ask Daniel who confirmed the position of the gurney.

Samuel nodded slowly when he felt comfortable with the position of the gurney arranged by Daniel.

Daniel nodded slowly.

Daniel paused his sentence, now he could only look at the face of the younger brother who had been separated from him for almost twenty years.

"Lo know Dan? I still feel foreign to consider you my brother."

Both of Daniel's neutrals were breaking up when they heard Samuel say that.

"Lo remember what happened before the accident?" ask Daniel.

"Of course, stupid....." Samuel chuckled little. Looking at Daniel's current facial expression, it really made him feel that the man before him was very funny.

"After all these years, you still have that stupid face....?" cheek Sam again.

Sam kept chuckling at Daniel's gawking expression. He made Daniel reply with a small smile as well.

The silly expressions of the two had now eroded their previous tension.

They also laughed together. And just this first time both Sam and Daniel laughed as loosely as they are now.

Sam nodded slowly.
