Finally the day I was waiting for arrived. I can open a cafe. The thing I've been dreaming about and I think is just a blank dream now come true. All because of Om uh Abi.


My dear husband is driving to our cafe. The opening ceremony of the cafe is planned at 11 p.m. Abi and I have been going since the dawn prayers.


I asked my employees to come in this special morning. The plan is to bake the cake directly at the cafe. The goal is that the fragrant freshly cooked cake can make visitors come to my cafe today.


On Saturdays, families usually like to go outside. Enjoy the time together after a full week of work.


The right time to open a cafe on Saturday, the streets in front of the cafe will be crowded and the decoration of the cafe opening must have been visible from afar and attract visitors to come.


First impressions are so important, I did teach my employees to make cakes at the cafe. Fresh from the oven, that's what I want. The cake tastes better when it is served.


So the concept is, the cake for snacks is ready and there are also new ones made. If food, there is a chef at the cafe who will cook directly. I'll make the staples at home, the chef does the rest.


Not the top-class chef I hired. Only the children of the boga school graduates. I'm the one training them sure that they can handle this cafe. Importantly, their cooking taste good.


I arrived at the cafe about 6. Me and Abi came. Abi opened the door and helped me clean the cafe.


It was only about half-hour seven, one by one my employees began to arrive. We met early in the morning before finally doing the division of duties.


"The opening of the cafe today is very important. The first impression will determine the success of this cafe later. Remember, the success of this cafe is your future too!" abi said encouraging for his employees. "We have to work together for the progress of this cafe. It is not impossible, if this cafe opens a branch later one of you can lead a new branch. You ready?"


"Ready, Sir!" answer all my employees in a compact manner.


I smiled seeing Abi say so wisely. My men must have also felt his strong leadership spirit. It is fitting that Abi can have many showrooms at a young age.


"Before we begin, let us pray for the progress and success of this cafe. Praying according to his religion and belief each begins!"


After praying, we returned to our responsibilities. I was with the chef and the kitchen staff busy cooking.


Abi warned me that I shouldn't be tired. I'm not tired, I'm happy to do all this.


At 11 the guests began arriving. I have also dressed up for the opening of this cafe of my dreams.


Mr. Adi invited the teachers at the course to stop by. The opening and cutting of the ribbon events went smoothly. Visitors who came were very crowded.


Me and my employees were getting busy with the booming orders. Buyers queue outside the cafe because there is a promo every purchase of free coffee donuts.


"Our flagship menu is team rice. We make it from quality ingredients and a natural broth taste that feels delicious and savory even without MSG." I said promoting one of our flagship menus to buyers who are looking at the menu.


"Well, ma'am. I'm gonna try it for my son!" said one visitor.


This is what makes me happy. The promotion I did worked. I then asked the chef to make a rice team that only stayed steamed. I have prepared the ingredients so that everything is easy.


"Mh... So delicious! I want to order another 2 servings for home yes, Ma'am!" said visitors who have tried the delicious rice team.


The next table that saw the first buyer like my team rice also ordered the same menu. As a result I asked the chef to make ten rice teams at the same time.


Abi smiled seeing my promotion succeed. "You're smart, honey! But inget yes, do not fatigue! Now replace me who serves. You just sit down!"


I sat in the room Abi had prepared. This room is so comfortable even though the size is not as big as the guest room in Abi's house. Before long Abi came with a glass of warm milk and a snack for me.


"Don't let your stomach be empty!" abi said attentively.


"Have you eaten yet? Abi hasn't eaten yet?!" ask me with worry.


"I am easy! In the kitchen, I learned what I could eat. There are excess portions I eat as well he.he... No time to eat, guests have not been inexhaustible!"


I smiled hearing it. "Alhamdulillah! Hopefully tomorrow we will be more consistent with the number of visitors, Bi."


"Aamijin! Abi ahead first yes! Don't forget to spend!" Abi pointed to a tray of snacks and milk that he brought.


"Yes! I'm out in half an hour."


After Abi left, I finished the food and drink that Abi brought. Take a short break and pray then go ahead to join the others.


I turned to the toilet to pee first, I heard a conversation in the toilet that two cafe visitors had.


"Say this cafe was founded by a course child who has not passed the course loh! Then the chef here is just a regular boga school graduate. High School!" first visitor's lips.


I was nervous to hear it, afraid the rumors grew louder and finally dropped the cafe that I just opened.


"Ah time anyway? But the food is good! I don't think it's a matter of graduates from where the chef, as long as the cuisine is good no problem anyway? Again, international chef if the cuisine does not fit on our tongue is not free, right?" bela the second visitor.


I almost cheered in joy hearing someone defending my cafe.


"Yes anyway. I admit it tastes good. Compared to the previous cafe is much different. Especially the rice team. So delicious!" the first visitor turned to praise my cafe, thank God. I was just gonna end up like what it will be.


I came out of the toilet after the two visitors came out first. I continued my activities at the cafe which was getting crowded. Even said my employees, this cafe to make traffic jams so many who want to visit.


"Sorry Ma'am, his team's rice is running out. Want to try another menu?" I relayed the chef's message that the team's rice menu is over.


"What recomendation is it, Ma'am?" ask visitors.


I saw the visitor go with his family. "Bak can try the seafood menu. There is Padang shrimp sauce that tastes steady and there is also a kale balacan made directly by our chef. It must be better to enjoy freshly cooked dishes, right?"


The visitor nodded to justify my words. "May, Ma'am. How are your kids?"


"There are fried starchy squid and non-spicy fried tuna. Eat good fish for kids, ma'am. It can be smarter!" I said add.


"alright. I order Padang shrimp sauce, kale balacan, fried squid flour and fried tuna flour!"


I did not expect that again my recommendation would be approved by visitors. "Okay, I'll order! Please wait!"


I smiled as Abi gave a thumbs up praising the way I served the buyer.
