"What is this, brother?" ask Binar. His brain tried to digest all the attitudes shown by Chand. Binar never thought that all the kindness and attention of the handsome widower would end in a statement of love.
"As you heard earlier. I want you to wear this ring as a sign of the unofficial bond between us" Chand replied calmly.
"No, I mean .. I mean ...." Binar seemed confused to reveal every strand of the word he had in mind, but it was difficult for him to convey. The girl was too afraid if she would offend the man who had been meritorious all along.
"I know, Mal. I understand very well that you might be surprised. It's too fast and rushed, but I don't want to miss a chance" Chand said. The man's attitude and speech are very much different from Arsenio's which feels much more relaxed.
"Sister just got divorced, isn't this ...."
"Everyone thinks you're my girlfriend. What difference?" reply Chand interrupted Binar's speech.
"Not so, Brother. I just ...." Binar lowered her face, not daring to fight the gaze of the handsome man who had been showering her with a hopeful look. The girl felt unbearable to refuse, but she also could not if she had to say 'yes'.
"You're still expecting Arsenio?" chand asked with a tone and look of dislike.
"How many times do I have to explain to you who he is. Don't you understand how that guy lived?" Chand breathed out slowly. "Come, Nirmala. You are still young. Don't ruin your future by drowning yourself in Arsenio's misery. He's a bastard!" firmly Chand tries to influence the thought of Binar.
"I know, Brother. I can also understand why Big Brother can say that. However, it is not easy to ...." Binar again found it difficult to give his explanation.
“Most from him?” sela Chand's. He tried to continue the sentence Binar. “Unbelievable,” the man laughed bitterly then leaned his back on the back of the chair.
“Sorry that I have disappointed Kak Chand,” said Binar. “If I could, I would also like to forget Rain .. um I mean Arsenio. However, it was very difficult to get rid of this feeling,” the beautiful girl again hid her face.
“I know, Mal. Don't continue,” reply Chand lethargic. “No one can force feelings. Even if I could, I would not have the heart,” he continued while laughing softly.
The conversation was interrupted when a servant came and brought their order. “Already, don't think too much. Forget what I said, yeah. Just eat first, you must be hungry." Chand tries to hide his bitterness with a warm smile.
Dinner was passed with an awkward arrangement. Only occasionally did Chand ask Binar about the taste of the cuisine they had just eaten. The rest of them were quieter.
Inwardly, Binar was deeply sorry for rejecting Chand's sincere love. However, it would be even more cruel if he gave false hope to the man who was already so kind to him. While Chand himself will not have the heart to force his desire on Binar. He understands very well that if everything is forced, it can never end well.
“It's done, Mal? Do you want to add?” chand asked when he saw Binar finished with his meal. The girl wiped her mouth using a tissue.
“I'm full, Brother. Thank you very much, yes,” replied Binar shyly.
“Where do you want to go now? Let me drive you,” bargain Chand while touching the back of Binar's hand. While the girl was too awkward to resist, so she let alone the treatment of the handsome widower.
“Just go home, Brother. I was scared last night. Aunt Anggraini said ..”
“Iya, yes. I also heard,” cut Chand. “Ya. Then we'll just go home." The beautiful man ended his dinner with a smile and a sad look. Chand then raises his hand and waves at a waiter while asking for a bill for him to pay.
The waiter nodded and returned to the cashier's desk, then returned with a small book containing the amount of the bill. Chand slipped his credit card in the book and waited a while for the waiter to come and hand him the note.
Binar glanced at the note and gaped at the amount Chand had to pay. However, the girl immediately became ordinary when Chand reached out. “Ayo,” take her.
Binar received Chand's helping hand and joined him to get out of the restaurant building. “We turn the road, yuk,” take Chand. Without waiting for the young girl's answer, Chand takes her down the rocky coast and stands there for a moment.
Binar only smiled a sweet smile, then shook his head. “Here is also no less good, Sis,” responded.
Chand nodded, then fell silent. He stared at the open sea that looked pitch-black, then turned to the beautiful girl standing next to him. Binar was about to say something. However, the girl hesitated. “What? Just talk,” said the handsome widower.
“A-can I still contact Brother?” ask Binar at the end.
“I'm still here, Mal. Don't be afraid that I'm getting away from you just because you just rejected my love. I'll stay near you. You can look for me anytime when you need,” replied Chand so gently, making Binar breathe a sigh of relief, “but I also will not give up,” grin Chand later.
“Gosh.” Binar laughed softly. His right hand moved and pinched Chand's waist slowly. He was amazed that Chand was so mature in his attitude and thinking. If only he had met the man first, then he could have fallen in love with the handsome figure.
“Let's go home,” take Chand while holding Binar's hand so tightly and as if he refuses to let go. Chand did that even until they arrived near his parked car. The Indian man did not let go of his grasp.
Careful, he pulled out Binar's hand and kissed it gently. Afterwards, Chand helps Binar get into the car to drive the girl to Rainier's residence.
Chand's car enters the yard along with Arsenio's car. They parked and got out of the vehicle at the same time. The difference is, Chand is not alone like Arsenio, but with Binar.
Arsenio's heart seemed to boil seeing that. “It is fitting that I cannot contact you from earlier, Binar. It turns out that you are dating him,” said Arsenio cynically with a fixed gaze that leads to Chand.
Binar opened his mouth, but made no sound. He seemed confused to respond to Arsenio's attitude. In the end, Binar preferred to be quiet and lowered.
“I just finished taking her to dinner,” said Chand casually. “You go in first, Mal. There's something I want to talk to Arsen,”.
Before replying, Binar glanced at Arsenio first. When he saw the face of the Dutch man who began to soften, Binar nodded. “I go in first,” pamitnya slowly.
“Do not sleep first. After this I went to your room,” said Arsenio while winking one eye, making Binar look wide as if protesting what Arsenio had just said. But again he was speechless and decided to go from there.
“Don't fuck you, Sen! Didn't you think about Nirmala's condition? What if your parents caught you! Please don't make om and aunt suspicious. Especially since Nirmala moved here, you've stayed in this house more than in your apartment,” warns Chand objection.
“I know what I'm doing,” Arsenio refutes defending herself.
“You jeopardized him!” Chand's tone is rising. “If anything happens to Nirmala let alone her getting hurt, I won't think twice about taking Nirmala away from here and away from you.” The man's index finger was straight towards Arsenio's face.
“Oh, yes? Just try it if you dare.” Arsenio puffed out her chest and half looked up, as if challenging Chand.
