CHAPTERS 128. Kendra that can't be set
After taking Samudra Laila and Andra to her house, Kendra could not help but go to the temple to meet the two men.
Being in a car driven by his assistant, Kendra was busy sorting through photos and videos that would be shown to her parents.
"Hmm, I guess, what do I have to ask from my mom and dad?" Said Kendra while thinking about the most appropriate rewards for his business during those 2 days.
And finally, after Kendra's 2-hour journey, the man arrived at the temple in a helicopter which then landed in front of the temple.
Everyone was shocked to see someone who dared to take a helicopter to the holy temple.
"Geez, who's that idiot? Was he not afraid of being cursed by the Buddha?" Said one whispering with the other.
"Truly sinful, may we all be forgiven."
And finally, the person they were waiting for came down also from the helicopter with a face full of arrogance.
"Huh, this place is really ancient! I'm not sure if my mom and dad have been removed to stay in this place for a few days!" He said while clucking.
Walking away from his helicopter, he approached a monk who was now walking towards him as well.
"Om Swastyastu" said the monk to Kendra.
"Hello Old man, I came here looking for my mother and father!
Name ahhh!!!" Kendra suddenly screamed as someone came pulling her ears hard.
"Handest Child!! How dare you make a fuss in this holy place!" Weleni said pulling Kendra's ear until it felt like her earlobes were about to separate from the base of her ear.
"Yah!!! Mama!! Please stop!!! I'm wrong!! I'm wrong!!!" Shouted Kendra withstanding her pain.
"I'm sorry, this is my youngest son who is very unruly.
Please forgive the huge commotion he's caused." Silas' speech wrapped 90° on the ever-quiet monk.
"Don't scold your son. A huge advance when he came to this temple.
Hasn't it been a while since you and your wife came to pray for him?" Saying The Monk.
"Dad, no!!! Don't tell me to leave!!!" Kendra's words prevented her father.
But whatever the man said, Silas did not want to hear it and the helicopter had already flown far away from the temple which was on top of the mountain peak.
"Dad, how are we gonna leave this place if the chopper's gone?" Kendra said in disbelief.
"Young people, we've been blessed with a pair of legs to walk on.
This temple has stairs you can take to get home." Monk's speech made Kendra almost throw up a nail!
The steps to the temple consist of 3,000 steps.
If there is a vehicle to make it easier to leave the place, why look for a difficult road.
But considering the original purpose of coming there, Kendra tried to control herself so as not to refute the monk.
"Thank you for reminding me. After all, 3000 steps is not too tiring to descend." Kendra said as she clenched her hands trying to hold back her emotions.
"Smart young man." Saying The Monk.
After finishing the commotion created by Kendra, the three men finally prayed inside the temple.
Sitting on the floor makes Kendra's legs become tingling until she can not even feel the pain caused by the pinching of her own hands.
'God, I came here to find happiness why would I get this kind of torture?' he muttered to cry.
Kendra kept glancing at her parents who were still praying, 'Unconceivable, they were in this position for hours?
Wouldn't this position make them sicker?' kendra was frustrated.
