CHAPTERS 146. Disillusioned
Rizal held back his emotions and let Irmawati continue to cling to his arm until they arrived in the living room then the man put his laptop on the table.
"Call Anita here!" His words with an emotion filled voice made Irmawati surprised.
But, after turning towards Anita's room, Irmawati became very happy in her heart.
'Finally, there seems to be something that makes Rizal very angry at his daughter.
Could it be that this is about that DNA test?!' Irmawati smiled imagining Anita would get a tantrum from her father.
Tok tok... Irmawati knocked on Anita's room door.
The woman in the room was wearing a face mask, she became very upset because Irmawati was disturbing her.
"Mmm??!!" She replied from the inside without any intention of leaving her dresser.
"Come out, your father's home and he's asking to see you." Irmawati.
'The DNA test is out!' Anita muttered excitedly taking off her mask and throwing it in the trash.
Anita ran to the door and opened the door.
He saw Irmawati standing looking at him with a sneering smile.
"Ckk, my dad must have been looking for me because of that DNA test, right?!" Anita said in a mocking tone.
"Maybe, and probably not." Irmawati answered smiling again and the woman turned to leave Anita.
'Why does he look okay and not at all threatened by the DNA test results?' Anita muttered that something was wrong.
Ignoring her worry, Anita immediately followed Irmawati, even before the woman met her father.
"Dad," Anita was surprised as she arrived and saw her father looking at her with a disappointed look.
"Dad, what's wrong?" Anita asked while sitting opposite her father.
While Irmawati was watching the incident, the woman further developed her smile and walked confidently to sit next to her husband.
"Darling, you scared your daughter with a face like that." Irmawati said as if she cared a lot about Anita.
"Darling, what do you mean?" Irmawati asked in disbelief that the man had snapped at her.
His face showed deep sadness.
"Hey, are you budeg? My father told you to sit in another chair!" Anita was very happy.
Now she believes that her father is not angry with her, but rather at Irmawati.
'Dad's eyes on me must be guilty of not trusting me.' Anita murmured.
Gritting her teeth at Anita, Irmawati had no choice but to change seats.
Instantly, his palms were filled with sweat.
'Shit!! Why is this old man so elusive? She looked at Anita with a look of disappointment but told me to stay away from her!' irmawati.
Staring at the two women in front of him, Rizal sighed and turned on his laptop.
