For two days Laila did not go to work because she was at home to look after Andra who did not want to see anyone but her.
And besides thinking about Andra, Laila also thought about Weleni's slightly different attitude towards her.
"You're making food for Andra?" Weleni asked Laila who was in the kitchen.
"Yes ma'am, I'm afraid Andra will wake up soon and there's no breakfast for her yet." Answer Laila who while making a simple pizza for Andra.
"Let me help you." Weleni said taking a knife and cutting the sausage already prepared by Laila.
"Thank you, Mom." Laila replied trying to be mediocre.
On the matter, Laila was well aware that Weleni was currently pretending to help her, even though the woman wanted to observe her and make sure the food she gave Andra was completely clean.
It read from Weleni's eyes that looked all over the kitchen and observed the ingredients that Laila had prepared.
Holding the questions in her heart, Laila finished her cooking and brought her homemade pizza to Andra's room.
Putting the pizza on the table and out of Andra's room, she is greeted by Weleni who keeps following her.
"Is he awake?" Ask Weleni.
"No, not yet" replied Laila.
"Where are you going?" Again ask Weleni.
"I'll help Samudra get ready for the office." Laila said then she left Weleni and entered her room.
Seeing the newly finished Ocean drying her hair, Laila immediately ran up to the man and hugged the ocean tightly.
"Good morning, my dear. Did you sleep well?" Tanya Samudra returned his wife's embrace because last night Laila spent her time in Andra's room.
"I slept well, but my morning wasn't very good." Laila sighed.
"What's going on?" Ask Samudra.
"I think the attitude of my mother over these two days is very different. He seemed to be watching me. Even this morning she probably thought I was putting something wrong when I was cooking for Andra.
"Do you think I've done something wrong to make you careful of me?" Laila asked her husband.
"Don't think about it, Mom's usually like that because she's always protective of her grandchildren." The Ocean's speech could not calm Laila's heart.
After all, winning the heart of in-laws is one of the keys to peace in a household!
"All right" replied Samudra.
The morning passed quickly and in the afternoon after lunch, Andra and Laila were in the room reading their favorite books.
Suddenly, Laila's phone rang.
A call from his secretary at the office.
"Hello?" Answer Laila.
"Hello Ma'am, I have some files that require Miss's approval and signature."
"Alright, give Melinda the file and have her call me." Answer Laila.
Laila told Melinda to come to the Ocean residence to bring the files.
"Mama," suddenly a voice that Laila desperately yearned for finally sounded in her ear.
"Darling, my dear, did you just talk? You called mama?" Laila was so happy that she shed her tears.
Finally..!!!
"Mama," again said Andra.
"Thank you dear," Laila hugged Andra tightly.
"My dear, do you know, Mama misses your voice so much and can finally hear your voice. Mama was so happy to cry like this." Laila said full haru.
"I love Mama." Again said Andra who did not want to be a burden on her mother to lock Laila in the room and make her mother's work abandoned.
