CHAPTER 29. Impotent man
"Yahhw!!" Laila screams.
Laila's agonizing screams caused Andra to panic so much that the little man looked like a dead body standing up.
"Geez!!! Quickly flush the cold water!" Weleni was about to hold Laila's hand, but she stopped when she saw Andra's dislike gaze.
Even Selin who was behind the three people did not escape to get a warning gaze from Andra.
"I'll handle it. Please leave us." Said Laila who clearly knew that Andra felt threatened to make the little man was very afraid even though he was nearby.
Dutifully, Weleni left the two men while waiting to pull Selin out of the kitchen.
But Laila, her originally smooth white hand was immediately flushed red from the hot water.
Laila immediately walked over and doused her hands with running water.
Andra stood beside Laila while looking anxiously at Laila's hand which was still splashed with tap water.
"It doesn't hurt, I don't need to worry about it." Laila stretched out her one free hand and ruffled Andra's hair.
After her hands felt better, Laila then turned off the water faucet and wiped her hands.
"Put this on your hand." Said Weleni who returned to the kitchen putting an ointment on the table.
Afterwards, Weleni left the kitchen.
Not want to bother his grandson who still shows his unpleasant face.
Andra quickly grabbed the ointment brought by her grandmother and rubbed it on Laila's hand.
"Thank you, my hands don't hurt anymore." Laila smiled with satisfaction and gave a kiss on Andra's cute cheeks.
After rubbing the ointment, Laila continued her cooking show with Andra who was obediently sitting waiting.
He didn't want it to come because of his carelessness Laila might get hurt again.
While in the living room, Weleni sat down with Selin.
"Didn't you say you'd come in the middle of Mom's birthday party and only come in 2 hours?
Why are you here so early?" Weleni showed an unpleasant look because Selin had made his granddaughter who originally felt fine in a room with him, now looks like a lion cub who does not want to share milk.
"Mother, I'm sorry for making Andra so surprised in the kitchen.
So I have to accompany Andra at Mom's birthday." Selin.
"In the company of Andra? Even looking at you, Andra won't!
How can you accompany her?" Tanya Weleni who is now very sensitive when talking about her favorite grandson.
"Honey, don't corner Selin like that.
She's been trying so hard to make Andra like her, maybe just-"
"Make Andra like it? Actually, if I remember it again, when Selin first came to our house, he was very close to Andra.
But when they moved house, my granddaughter changed her attitude more and more, even becoming resentful of Selin.

"Mother, it's not like that. He only changes because he keeps missing Grandpa and his grandmother, but-"

"Already Selin, you better go to your room and rest.
Remember to get up early tonight." Said Weleni who no longer wanted to fight with her daughter-in-law, then the woman went with her husband.
Selin, who was left alone, stared at the two men's departure and gritted his teeth while clenching his hands.
'Shit! If only my family had not depended on their family, I would have long since left this family!
