Return of Exiled Women

Return of Exiled Women
CHAPTER 226. Thinking about doing a uterus transplant

Satisfied in tears in her husband's arms, Laila finally lifted her face and looked into the eyes of the Ocean.

"Honey" said Laila.

"I'm here, what's up Hm? Who hurt my wife?" Tanya Samudra raised her right hand caressing Laila's hair.

It was then that Laila saw the injured hand of the ocean with blood that had dried up.

"My dear, your hand," Laila immediately held onto Ocean's hand and shed her tears as she turned to the bathroom door that had been broken with bloodstains on the door.

"I'm sorry, hicks," Laila sobbed as she moved down from the lap of the Ocean.

"Where are you going hm?" The ocean did not let the woman leave, instead her injured hand was used to pull Laila back to her body.

"I have to treat your wounds." Laila still shed her tears.

"My injuries are no more important than my precious time comforting my husband." Samudra's words increasingly invited Laila to drop her tears and the woman hugged her husband again.

"No, my husband is much more important!" Said Laila giving a kiss on the cheek of the Ocean.

"Let me treat your hand. After that I'll obey all your orders." Laila looked into her husband's eyes.

Seeing the stubbornness of his wife, Samudra no longer prevented Laila and let her take the P3K box.

After treating Samudra's hand, Laila looked at her husband with regret.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have locked the bathroom door." Laila could feel the pain on her husband's hand.

Many times Laila always gets the man hurt just to protect him.

"It doesn't matter, come here" said Samudra, pulling Laila back into her lap.

"I'm sorry" said Laila as she sat in the lap of the ocean as she hugged her husband tightly.

"Don't apologize. Now, tell me why you fainted in the bathroom?" Samudra asked back to make Laila drop her tears as if her tears were completely worthless to waste.

"I heard your conversation with Mom." Laila said in her talk.

"Which talk?" Tanya Samudra made sure even though in her heart she could guess.

"Stretch my womb." Laila's words made the injured hand of Samudra spontaneously tighten its circle around Laila's waist.

"But don't you want to have another child?" Tanya Laila dared herself look her husband in the eye.

"Our family is perfect, we already have Andra, our precious son who loves you very much. What else is lacking?" Ask Samudra.

"But I feel useless as your wife. Especially the last time, Andra expressed her desire to have a sister." Laila said back sobbing.

"There are many ways to have a child. We can do baby tubes." Samudra Saying.

"But, but I want our child to actually be born from me, not from someone else's womb!" Said Laila who actually already knew about the donation of the uterus.

But she knew that her husband would never allow her to do such a dangerous thing.

Especially with a myriad of complications that can lead to death.

"Then what do you want?" Ask Samudra.

"About the uterine grafting you talked about with mom, could it be kit-"

"No..! That can't be done! I don't want to let you suffer. The risk is very high!" Samudra Saying.

"But I feel useless if I don't. I'll be okay with it." Laila.

"Darling, you might be okay. But the side effects of the drugs you take during a uterine transplant will affect the child you bear. Are you going to give birth to a disabled child? Aren't you gonna feel sorry for her?" Samudra looked at his wife's eyes.

"Then, what should I do? I've been too sinful my whole life. When I was pregnant with Andra I kept thinking about throwing the baby out of my stomach.

"Even when Andra was born and I knew that she died, I was so happy. Hiks," Laila spilled her tears again making Ocean really unbearable to his wife.

"Then we'll talk about it with mom. Now, don't blame yourself." Samudra persuaded his wife.

He did not want Laila to continue to hold regrets for what he had done to Andra.
