Return of Exiled Women

Return of Exiled Women
CHAPTERS 165. Defeating the ego

Right now, Andra is in the kitchen making watermelon juice for her mom.

Weleni sat on one of the chairs looking at her granddaughter who was so excited about cutting watermelon fruit and putting it in a blender.

"Darling, let grandma help you?" I don't know how many times Weleni asked like that but continued to be answered by Andra's head.

"But your hand will be wounded by the knife." Again Weleni tried to convince her grandson.

After all, if she did nothing for Layla, she became even more guilty.

If the woman had threatened Andra then Andra could not have taken the initiative to make juice for Layla who was asleep in Andra's room.

"Grandma wouldn't tell your mama that grandma helped you make juice." Weleni's words made Andra who had previously refrained from scolding her grandmother now became very upset.

With her cheeks puffed up and sharp eyes, Andra looked at her grandmother.

Looking at her grandson's gaze, Weleni knew that Andra was already angry because she kept persuading the little man.

"Well, grandma won't bother you but let grandma sit here and see you..." Weleni.

But what happened, Andra still stared intently at her grandmother as if she was very disturbed even though her grandmother just kept silent in her chair.

"Wife, don't force our grandchildren." Said Silas who had just arrived.

"Yes, grandma's coming out now." Weleni said, and then she left with Silas.

"Our granddaughter is out of the room? He even wanted to get out without Laila accompanying him. Then our grandchildren are getting better, right?" Silas asked filled with happiness.

Weni sighed, "We've been wrong, It turns out that what I thought was all not right. Currently, Laila was ill and was sleeping in Andra's room. Our granddaughter came out of the room to make juice for Laila." Weleni.

"I was expecting it. But let Andra finish her juice and take her to her room. We can apologize to Laila once she's out of Andra's room." Silas Say.

That way, the two of them were just watching Andra who finished making the juice and and brought the juice up to the 2nd floor with very careful steps.

After entering the room, Andra saw Laila still sleeping, the little man put his juice on the table in the room and checked on Laila.

"Mama has a fever" he said in a panic.

Andra immediately ran out of the room and down to the 1st floor found her grandmother and grandfather talking on the sofa.

"My granddaughter, what's wrong?" Silas asked as he saw Andra's tears drenching his puffed cheeks and the little man's face looked extremely panicked.

"Mommy hurts..!!" Andra said frantically leaving Weleni and Silas stunned.

It was the first time they heard their little grandchildren talking to them.

Seeing her grandparents just standing still looking at her, Andra ran back to the 2nd floor to pick up the cell phone in her room.

Holding the phone with a vibration, Andra pressed a number called 'THIEF..!'.

While Samudra was very busy due to too many projects he was working on that day, the man was very surprised when he saw the incoming call that read 'My son'.

Grabbing the phone and lifting it up with his flat face, the Ocean just silently waited for someone to speak.

"Mommy hurts..!!" Suddenly shouted a small man with a gasp of breath.

Hearing the two words that Andra said from across the phone, Samudra immediately left all her work and drove quickly to her residence.

He knew his son hated him so much and would not talk to him, but the little man defeated his ego because something bad happened to his mother.

So, how could he not have done anything greater than the sacrifice Andra made for his mother.
