Return of Exiled Women

Return of Exiled Women
CHAPTERS 15. Laila's Dream

After putting Andra to sleep, Laila returned to her room to sleep.

He picked up his nightgown in the closet and changed his clothes.

Before going to bed, Laila went to the big mirror and looked at her face.

"My eyes were swollen," said Laila sighing, she recalled all the words of contempt she had received earlier this afternoon.

While looking at himself in the mirror suddenly his trauma again enveloped him he saw a 15-year-old girl in the mirror.

The girl looked pitiful with a big belly and a face that was disheveled due to the desertion.

"Who, who are you?" He began to step back.

"You, don't come any closer, no, no, no!!" Laila fell on the floor and shifted her body until her back hit the wall.

"Huh, huh,, huh,,, no, no, no, don't come any closer! No, I, you didn't mean to let your baby die!

He just died, he died at the hands of a midwife! Not with me!!" Said Laila covered her ears because in her hallucination she heard a woman scolding her for letting a baby die in her womb.

The incident 5 years ago when he was so happy because the baby in his stomach would soon come out, the shadow returned sweat and gnawed in his mind.

"No, no, I didn't mean it that way!! To, please don't bother me!!" His words were still trembling with tears continuing to flow.

It took her a long time until the voices of the woman in pain and the shadows of the blood-soaked child disappeared from her mind.

Laila calmed down, and took control of herself and crawled up onto the bed, wrapping herself in a blanket.

The blanket trembled following the tremors of Laila's frightened body behind the blanket.

"That's my fault, I should have saved that baby.I shouldn't have let that damned man hurt me until I miscarried!

It still took 1 hour in the morning to eliminate the memory of his past until he finally began to sleep because he stole his drowsiness.

I don't know how long he slept when then suddenly he was again visited by a 15-year-old girl in his dream.

But the girl was not alone but with a little man who was about 5 years old.

"You, what do you want?" Laila asked in fear.

"So my son, he needs you!" Said the girl pushing the little guy whose face was not clear.

"Ti, no, no, I, I don't deserve it... Just give it to the others." said Laila as she clenched her hand and tried to walk backwards.

But his body seemed to be unable to move and his legs could not step back, and the 5-year-old was getting closer to him.

Then suddenly, his hand became warm as someone grasped it and pulled him to run.

Holding on tightly to that hand Laila felt better even though her tears kept falling down her cheeks.

They stopped at a very beautiful flower garden and the man with a shining face rubbed his eyes, released his tears and gave him warmth.

"Si, who are you?" Laila asked who was too glare to notice the man's face.

The man did not reply, only the man lowered his head and gave a big kiss on Laila's lips.

"Good sleep, beautiful dream." Said the man then hugged Laila tightly giving her comfort.

The dream eventually disappeared replaced by a feeling of comfort, Laila continued her sleep at night.
