"To make it more exciting, Mom." Rose replied in a whisper.

"But Rose...."

"Mom take it easy, Lara can't hurt Edgar with the stick."

But Rose's guess was wrong because now Lara was beating Edgar with the stick blindly after they got to the place where Edgar had prepared to propose to Lara. Even Dad Robert and Nelson just kept quiet not trying to break up, because they were very surprised by what Lara did.

"Lara stop!" Edgar, who had been silent and evasive, now caught the baseball bat in Lara's hand and threw it away. "Why did you hit me?" ask him confusedly.

Indeed Edgar did not think to Lara, who came to destroy the room that had been decorated so beautifully to welcome the arrival of the woman. Even he was hit by a blow from Lara without knowing what the cause was.

Though Edgar had knelt before Lara when the woman came by showing a ring that now had nowhere, because the ring was hit by a baseball bat held by Lara.

"You're a bad brother, you said you wouldn't forget me. But only two days have passed you're now getting married to Julia." Lara said while crying.

"Married to Julia? Who said it?"

"Mom." Show Lara to Mom Miranda.

Everyone in the room looked directly at Miranda, while the one who was stared at now smiled as he swallowed his saliva with great difficulty.

Edgar himself sighed with Miranda's actions, because the supposed romantic proposal is now a mess because of the actions of his future mother-in-law.

"Look baby, it's all a lie I didn't marry Julia."

"liying? Then what is all this?" Lara looked around her where the room that was once filled with flowers, now looked messy. He also read a large piece of writing behind Edgar. "Lara will you marry me? Why is my name?" Ask with confusion.

"Oh..." Lara was just a jolt, but in the next second she looked at Edgar in surprise. "You proposed to me?"

Edgar nodded his head with a smile, although the smile felt miserable because all his plans to give Lara a surprise failed miserably. Because he's the one who got the shock because of Lara's anger.

"really? But Mom..." Lara looked at Mom Miranda questioningly.

"Dear, Mom has already approved of you." Miranda said without daring to approach because she did not want to disturb the event that now belongs entirely to Edgar and Lara.

Edgar knelt down in front of the woman. "Lara Collins, will you marry me?"

Lara looked at Edgar with a smile, because in the end the man actually proposed to her with Mom Miranda's blessing. But the smile faded when he saw nothing in Edgar's hands.

"Where's the ring?" Because usually if someone proposes must be accompanied by a ring instead.

"The ring you lost earlier." Edgar said with a sigh, especially when he saw the disappointment in the look on his woman's face. "Attent." He took the flower and shaped it into a ring.

Edgar knelt down before Lara. "Will you marry me?"

Of course Lara nodded her head in agreement, even though the ring Edgar gave her was only from a flower that was shaped into a ring.

"Yes I will."

Edgar smiled to put the ring on his female ring finger, then kissed Lara's lips with tenderness which eventually turned very demanding. Until Robert intervenes by pulling Lara, so Edgar stops their kiss.
