Strange Feelings

The atmosphere in the dining room was so tense as Miranda, Rose, Lily, and Lara stared at the figure of the man who was leisurely and confidently coming to dinner with them. A figure that they did not expect his presence even in a dream though.

"Something seems to be impatient to stay in our mansion?" Sindir Rose on her sister one father but different mother.

Rose was still upset by the incident last afternoon where Dad Robert chose to remove himself as Ceo's representative at Exxon company for Edgar's sake. Although actually Rose does not care about his position and is happy if he no longer works at the Exxon company, but Rose does not like the way of Dad Robert who seems to be favoritism.

"It looks so, but it's definitely a sight that's so soothing to the eye." Lily said casually and with a gaze full of admiration. Had Edgar not been his sister, he would have fallen in love with Edgar who was very handsome and dashing.

"Lilly!" Rose pinched her sister with anxiety. He never thought how Lily who always liked adult men was fascinated by Edgar who was younger than them. Lily should have hated Edgar, because the presence of the man had made the attention and affection of Dad Robert so there was nothing for them.

Rose shuddered in horror at hearing Edgar call him brother, it felt so strange and laughable. Lily and Lara laughed at Rose's expression.

"Have no noise, finish your dinner!" miranda said firmly, making everyone in the room continue their dinner in silence.

After dinner, Miranda went somewhere with Lily. While Rose chose to stay in her room watching Korean drama shows, leaving Lara and Edgar who were still in the living room.

"What is your purpose in living here?" ask Lara seriously. Because honestly he doesn't like it if Edgar lives in his Mansion.

Lara is afraid that if they are close to each other, things will continue to happen that are not desirable. Like the incident earlier this afternoon, somehow Lara felt so comfortable in Edgar's arms that he overslept.

"You already know the answer." Edgar answered briefly and clearly.

"Ck, if you're still worried about me ha—"

"Sst.." Edgar silenced Lara's lips with both hands. This is what Edgar feared, Lara keceplosan talk and make everything become chaotic.

Lara, who was annoyed with her lips on her silence, bit Edgar's hand so hard that he made the man scream in pain.
