Seeing the situation getting worse in Nias on one of the most remote islands, some of the best soldiers from all over Indonesia are training at an international military academy in the city of Gunungsitoli. They are the best choice soldiers from all over Indonesia.

and today is their graduation day and rightfully become the best army among the best. The leadership of the academy wore guerrilla star medals to all of them, including Valdi or commonly called Tanaka, the best soldier from Indonesia graduated from Nias.

In the same day and town, Li Qin, who is already a military doctor from Penang, has worked in the city hospital as an intern. within two days she was familiar with the people there and quite famous as the only best graduate of Penang, mainly because of her natural beauty and sincere hospitality.

The two met in Gunungsitoli town square, when Li Qin wanted to eat at a roadside bar he even got splashed water Valdi who was standing breathless in the water with his friends.

And at the same time, Li Qin got an emergency duty call during lunch hour from the Director of the hospital as the entire team was overwhelmed to handle the newly-incoming patients. injuries from the recent explosion and lack of doctors forced Li Qin to return despite having no time for lunch.

the four burly men immediately fired their firearms and injured several nakes and a security guard. the criminals quickly took control of the situation and held everyone inside the hospital, including Li Qin, hostage, who did not have time to take his weapons

An enemy gunshot wound injured one of the crew. The criminal leader then sent one of the doctors.

"siapa dokter disini.! katakan siapa dokter atau ku tembak semua yang ada disini hingga mati" ucap pimpinan penjahat dan membuat seluruh orang sandera ketakutan hingga menangis dan tidak ada satupun yang berani maju hingga penjahat itu memilih seorang pria untuk mengobati kru nya.

"forward you.! treat my friend and if he whimpers in pain because of your treatment then I'll shoot you in the head" threatened the criminal but the doctor refused to treat him.

one shot hit the doctor's leg and it made him moan in pain until fresh blood flowed down his leg, li Qin quickly gave first aid to his comrades after which he advanced to provide assistance to the enemy.

"i will treat it soon" Li Qin said gently.

"Err... just a second! Can you take action by treating a patient without gloves?" ask the enemy

"and He also did not wash his hands as an initial sterilizer" the other enemy said

"let me take action as a doctor, you better not keep commenting if you don't know what" Li Qin said without trepidation.

They then walked into the empty room that was just above the lobby where the criminals were holding everyone hostage. They quickly assembled the bomb and detonated it so that the ceiling of the lobby collapsed, they were finally able to slide in and shoot the criminals.

"Tanaka, I'm proud to save your beloved woman" said sergeant Ucok, who knows who Li Qin is from Valdi.

"it's not time to thank you" Valdi and Valdi said, quickly eliminating the criminals

"PLEASEGGGG.G." shouted Valdi to the entire doctor. But, not a single doctor came forward, not even Li Qin.he stayed there for a moment of shock.

"PLEASEGGGG, any one of you toloong my friend" Valdi shouted hysterically and then Li Qin only regained consciousness for a few seconds and hurriedly saved the sergeant who had become his savior.

"i will help him" Li Qin said and immediately ordered another nurse to take him to the emergency room

"alright, please save him" Valdi said pleading with Li Qin and pasine was immediately taken into the operating room.

"i found you Li Qin"
