Chapter 21's

A dragon flew over the sky of this garden. The dragon was extremely large, its body was filled with deep red scales with a pair of large wings. Using his large, pointed claws, he savagely destroyed the buildings surrounding them.

"Lana! What's going on?" tanya Peta ran over to a brown curly-haired girl who was standing at the outside of an animal enclosure not far from the park.

Iana, the sky blue-eyed girl looked at Map with a deathly pale face, "I don't know. When I entered the animal enclosure, I saw all the magical beasts and creatures that were in fear. When I came out to report the strangeness, suddenly this dragon slashed here and attacked."

Dragons are extremely powerful and dangerous magical creatures, yet they will not attack without cause. No one dared to provoke the anger of the dragon, because the angry dragon would attack and destroy everything around him. Merely, the dragon that was in front of them right now clearly looked extremely angry.

"Why are there dragons here?" calix said confused while looking at the dragon.

"I don't know, and I'm sure no one here is stupid enough to provoke the wrath of a dragon." Iana answered quickly while looking at the dragon that continued to ravage Erfin magic college with a face full of fear.

The students who were inside Erfin magic college did not just stand idly by to let this dragon destroy their residence. They all tried hard to stop the dragon and attacked it with magic. However, their magic did not hurt the dragon at all, instead the dragon grew angrier and more wild.

Flying high up, the dragon then swooped down attacking the disciples present. Despite having a large body, the movements of the dragon were very fast. Not all of the disciples managed to evade the attack, some of them were injured as a result of the attack. Not stopping there, the dragon then spouted fire from its mouth and burned the trees in the garden so that the already chaotic situation became even more chaotic.

Calix and Map also helped. However, they still could not stop the dragon.

The dragon continued to spout fire from its mouth, some disciples were forced to stop attacking and use their magic to extinguish the flames that had spread everywhere.

"How can we stop this raging dragon?" ask Calix to panic. He felt that what they were doing now was completely unable to solve the problem.

All those who were there could not answer Calix's question, they simply did not know how to stop the dragon. Dragons are high-level magical creatures that have always been a disaster for humans. However, all of a sudden, the dragon stopped attacking and destroying the surroundings. Turning his large head back, the dragon flew back and landed not far in front of a young man.

Calix and Map could clearly see who the young man was. He was neither surprised nor afraid in the slightest even though the dragon was before him. Black-haired with a white cloth tied his eyes—Apel.

"Apples?" calix and Peta were surprised to be confused by what happened.

The dragon snorted at Apple while clawing at the ground where it landed with both of its large, sharp nails. Both of his eyes looked fixedly at the young man, but the one who was involved did not flinch as if the one in front of him was nothing.

All who were there staring did not understand what was happening, the dragon stopped attacking and destroyed his surroundings. They knew that an angry dragon would only destroy its surroundings without caring for anything. However, this dragon was now instead flying and landing in front of Apple, staring at him without doing anything as if he wanted to—challenge him.

Opening his mouth, the dragon suddenly spouted flames attacking the Apples. The apple nimbly leapt away from the burst of flames, and seeing that, the dragon who was completely unwilling to give the young man a chance to dodge the attack immediately used its long tail to attack. However, once again, the Apple managed to dodge and jump on one of the unburned branches in the garden.

Snarling with anger, the angry dragon flew back to attack Apple.

Everything in the garden did not move in the slightest to see what was happening. They were shocked, confused not to understand; why was the dragon now only attacking Apple?—she did not care at all about those who had attacked her since. In the dragon's eyes now it seemed like there was only that young man.

Meanwhile, Fedrick who was in his room could not stand still at all. He knew something had happened in this school. Forcing himself to come out of the room and walk towards the direction of the source of the commotion, his eyes widened in shock at what was before him—Apel was fighting a dragon?

The apple on top of the tree branch again jumped to avoid the dragon and landed on the ground. Raising his head up, he saw the dragon turn its huge body and spurt fire back from its mouth.

Raising his hand made a large blue magic circle and reciting a spell, Apple concentrated fully. Waves of water shot out from the magic circle and darted quickly collided with the fire that the dragon sprayed.

Trying to dominate each other, at the end of the magic Apple is superior. Full of anger, the dragon stopped spouting flames and flew away avoiding. However, Apple did not give his opponent a chance. Returning to create a huge green colored magic circle and cast a magic spell, thousands of wind swords shot out.

The dragon moved to avoid the Apple magic. Only, not all of the wind magic was successfully avoided. The wind magic managed to injure him even though it was not severe. Roaring furiously, a red magic circle appeared before the dragon. From within the magic circle a huge fireball shot towards the Apples.

The apple again makes a brown magic circle and recites a spell. The ground around him suddenly surged up high into a hard and thick wall protecting him.

Once again all the students of Erfin magic school did not believe what they saw. Witches of any strength could not possibly be able to face a dragon alone. However, Apple alone was able to face the dragon. Calix also did not believe at all what he saw, he could only stand looking at the battle in front of him. He knew that Apple was a powerful witch, but he did not expect it to be this powerful.

Looking at the Apple that was completely unharmed, the Dragon roared back in anger. A large bluish-red magic circle appeared before him, blue flames shot out from within the magic circle.

Apples knew, dragon magic was dangerous and could not be stopped easily, therefore, he jumped dodging. However, beyond his prediction, the fire magic chased after him. Jumping dodging again, Apple tried to dodge, therefore, he was late to realize the existence of the dragon that had flown over him.

By the time Apple became aware of the dragon's existence, the dragon had come very close to it. Opening her mouth and baring her sharp fangs, she attempted to bite the Apples.

Turning his body in the air to avoid the dragon's mouth, Apple knew, it was no longer possible for him to avoid the blue fire magic that was chasing him. In the short amount of time that existed, he immediately made a blue-colored magic circle and cast a spell. A wall of water appeared and wrapped itself like a shield.

The water wall that Apple made did not manage to stop that dragon fire magic. Crashing backward, the body of the Apple fell on the ground but far from the place where the sword and magic of the Shire were stuck. The entire body of the Apple suffered burns due to the dragon fire magic. However, thanks to the wall of water he made, the existing burns were not so serious.

Looking at the injured Apple, the dragon did not waste all the available. Darting fast with his mouth open, he slid down towards the direction of the Apples.

"Apple!!" calix and Fedrick shouted at the same time. However, the apple did not move in the slightest. He just sat quietly with his head lowered as if he had not heard the cries of the two of them.

Calix immediately raised his hand making a gray magic circle and recited a magic spell. From within the magic circle a darting shadow quickly bound the dragon's legs and tried to stop its movement. But, what Calix did was completely unable to stop the dragon's movements.

Fedrick looked at what was happening with fear and despair. He wanted to do something, and yet, he also knew, how helpless he was. Rue and Lara were kidnapped right in front of her eyes, then now, Apple was in danger while fighting the dragon—and she could once again only see in silence. He was weak and useless, which was why he really wished he was strong and had the strength to protect his friend.

In despair and hope, Fedrick could feel something inside him. A second later he realized, there was strength in him—his power was asleep as a member of the Crussader kingdom. Raising his hand to make a golden magic circle and cast a magic spell, the birds in the animal enclosure in the park suddenly shot out to attack the dragon.

All the Erfin college students who saw Calix and Fedrick's magic were shocked. They knew what magic the two of them were using. It was the unique magic of the royal families of Arthorn and Crussader.

The dragon stopped sliding towards Apple, the bird that attacked him made him very disturbed, and also, the shadow magic that bound his legs now started to creep up on his body. Roaring furiously, the dragon rebelled to free himself.

Fedrick and Calix concentrated on trying hard to maintain their magic. Seeing the opportunity, Peta immediately ran towards the Apples to heal his wounds. However, as he approached Apple, he suddenly felt the air around him turn extremely heavy. An uneasy feeling enveloped him—a reluctant and frightening feeling that could not be explained with words.

The heavy surrounding air and strange feeling was not only felt by Peta alone, everyone there also felt that feeling. The dragon that was rebelling to free himself suddenly stopped rebelling, it seemed like he was also aware of the oddity that was happening.

Getting closer to the Apple, the Map was aware, the heavy surrounding air and the strange feeling that appeared was sourced from the Apple, "Apple.." call the Map quietly.

The apple did not react to the Map, as if it had not heard it. Suddenly, he raised his face. The map could not clearly see the face of Apple, because of the cloth that closed its eyes. However, he could clearly see an indescribable smile on the face.

Looking at the smile of the Apples, Peta felt an extremely overwhelming fear envelop him. Not knowing why, he suddenly felt that the Apple that was before him right now was extremely dangerous, it even felt like the young man was more dangerous than the Dragon that was above the sky of Erfin magic college right now. In his eyes that Apple smile was a smile full of madness.

The apple got up and walked towards the dragon slowly. The map did not dare to stop him, his body could not move at all, and as Apple passed by him, he did not dare to look at him at all.

The apple suddenly ran with an incredible lurch approaching the dragon. Jumping upwards, he landed right above the dragon's head. Without wasting any time, he raised his right hand and pierced the dragon's left eye.

Everyone there was very surprised to see what happened including Fedrick and Calix. The dragon roared in pain and rebelled with all its might to free itself from the magic that bound it. Apple's staggering action made both Frdrick and Calix lose concentration on their magic. The magic that binds the dragon is unleashed.

The apple leapt down from the dragon. The dragon flew high up into the sky while roaring in pain. Raising his face looking at the dragon, the smile on Apples face widened upon hearing the dragon's agonizing cry.

Full of anger the dragon that was above the sky suddenly turned its back and swooped furiously towards the Apple. Without fear, with a smile still painted on his face, Apple ran towards the dragon.

"Apples!" fedrick and Calix shouted as soon as they saw what Apple was doing.

The apple that kept running towards the dragon did not listen at all to the sound of Fedrick and Calix who kept shouting calling out to him. His whole focus was only on his opponent, of which there were only two in his mind now; kill and destroy.
