The Adventure of the Kecapi

The Adventure of the Kecapi
Chapter 306

"Who...! Red snake...!" the False Priestess From Po-hai Bay cried out in shock as she saw two colored snakes passing before her feet.

The two poisonous snakes were chasing each other. His body which was almost one and a half meters long was creeping and winding around.

"Calm down, sweetie...I" the old woman persuaded her horse while stroking the neck of the beast.

But the old woman's eyes were soon wide-eyed when in the dimness of the night a dozen other lights were moving about among the bushes and rocks. The old woman felt something wrong with the presence of the snakes there.

Suddenly the False Priest from Po-hai Bay remembered a story about the snakes.

A rare type of snake in the world that usually lives in dark caves or in underground rivers. Besides being usually very sharp, this animal is also very strong in skin, so reportedly this snake is immune to sharp weapons and the snakes are often seen in the Ang-leng-kok Valley in the Kun-lun-san Mountains. It is very surprising that this venomous animal can reach this place.

Slowly the False Priest from Po-hai Bay led his horse back down the road. While walking backwards the old woman turned her head back down or backwards to warn Yui Lan. But how shocked the old woman was when Yui Lan was not there. Yui Lan vanished with her beast mount.

"Yui Laaaaaaaaaaaa..!" call the false priest anxiously, and the old woman keeps calling but there is no answer.

The old woman was getting anxious her heart, she left her horse, then ran around looking for her favorite friend. But Yui Lan completely disappeared vanishing without a trace.

"Yui Laaaaan...!"

"Yui Laaaaaaaaan...!"

"Sister, I'm here!"

Suddenly an answer was heard from the top of the peak, and the old woman felt relieved that the old woman's heart was. But the relief soon turned to anxiety again when he saw his friend was at the top.

"Eh! Yui Lan's...! Be carefull! There are many poisonous snakes!" The False Priest from Po-hai Bay exclaimed. But too late already, not to mention that the echo of the voice of the woman was gone, Yui Lan had screamed in pain.

"Brank ...!"

And along with that, suddenly there was a rumbling sound accompanied by the sound of the horse's heart-wrenching neighing, as Yui Lan's beast was plunged into a deep abyss.

"Yui Laaaan!"

The female pencil which she then darted quickly, slid up the hill. Feelings of anxiety and worry for the safety of his friend, made the old woman exert all her abilities.

"Guus...!"

In just an instant the False Priestess had been beside Yui Lan.

"My horse! My horse...!" yui Lan exclaimed in tears while gripping an Ang-leng-coa who was still implanting her fangs at Yui Lan's feet. But the old woman did not care about the cry of her friend. He quickly grabbed the snake and slammed it into the rock.

"Blug...!"

The stone broke apart and the snake was fine. The snake just squirmed for a while like it was relieving itching, then slid away.

"Sister! Don't kill the snake! He's innocent! Sisters have stepped on it...!" yui Lan exclaimed who suddenly screamed while holding her Sister's arm.

Yui Lan was completely unaware of the 'miracle" that had just happened in front of her. Meanwhile, the False Priest from Po-hai Bay looks dumbstruck in his place.

"Yui Lan's...! Lookyour feet. Oh my...!" shouted the old woman who was nervous as she rolled up Yui Lan's pants. Red blood seemed to seep out from the two small wounds on Yui Lan's leg.

But Yui Lan herself seemed to be unconcerned. Yui Lan was still lamenting her Horse that had fallen into the abyss. Instead, the False Priest from the Bay of Po hai was the one who saw the wound.

Flipping his hand reached into the pocket of his robe, but the wound medicine he sought never found.

"This.. uh.. anu! Whoa.! All those drugs are in the bundle of clothes...!" he exasperated while looking down at the cliff where the horse had left.

"Yui Lan's! Wait here! Don'tdon't move! I'll take the medicine! Understood?" Without waiting for an answer the old woman turned down, down the slope to look for her Horse.

But even though it had been circling here and there the old woman did not find the beast either. It seemed that the beast had left when it was left earlier. Cold sweat soaked the old woman's robe.

"Wretched horse...! Ohh... Where is he?" the old woman cursed. Then in an increasingly nervous and anxious voice the woman shouted upwards.

"Yui Lan...? You're okay, aren't you?" No answer. And the old woman turned pale.

But Yui Lan but jj

"Yui Laann...??" call anxious. Then in a hurry the old woman

W back to the top of the hill. Meanwhile without caring about the snake bite on her leg, Yui Lan crept down into the ravine to look at her Horse. With deep exertion and lightening his moderately tall body Yui Lan descended that extremely deep precipitous cliff.

Many times his feet almost slipped when stepping on the slippery mossy stone.

Yui Lan on the hill heard her sister calling her name. But Yui Lan ignored the call. Yui Lan thought more about her Horse who had the accident than the others.

Meanwhile the night grew darker, and the moon that was only a comb was apparently unable to throw its gloomy rays into the abyss, let alone to the bottom, Yui Lan crept slowly from stone to stone, not to mention, by relying only on his feelings.

Occasionally Yui Lan paused for a moment to look around or listen to the circumstances around her. Thus some time later Yui Lan had set foot at the bottom of the abyss.

It was so deep that the cry of the False Priest from the Po-hai Bay was not heard all the way down. After calming down and arranging his feelings, Yui Lan groped around looking for her Horse.

His efforts were not very difficult to implement, because the bottom of the gap was shaped like a dry river. Narrow and elongated, encircling the hill, with its high cliff walls clawing at the sky.

The horse died with its broken bones. Yui Lan immediately gathered herself to mourn him, now the Horse was not only as a riding beast for Yui Lan, but also as a companion who had experienced joys together.
