The Adventure of the Kecapi

The Adventure of the Kecapi
Chapter 66

Chief Kui understood Liu Ceng's intentions, then they set foot to return home and awaited the return of Liu Hong and Yauw Lie in the village of the red stick beggar society.

...****...

After waiting for a day last night Liu Hong and Yauw Lie had not yet returned to the village, Chairman Kui and Liu Ceng began to feel uneasy. After all, Liu Hong and Yauw Lie were beggar guests who had defended them so much that they were engaged in enmity with the black skull college.

"I beg the Chairman to remain calm. I trust fully in sister Hong and sister Yauw. They must be able to take good care of themselves. Of course there is something they are investigating so they have not come back here" said Liu Ceng who tried to calm the head of Kui, although in his heart he was also agitated.

"But what if someone threatens their safety? I feel terrible because they are involved in defending us" said chairman Kui who looks very worried.

"All right, chief Kui. I'll catch up with them." Liu Ceng said.

"I will accompany you brother Ceng!" pinta the hopeful chairman of Kui.

"No need for the chairman, the chairman is needed here. Don't worry, I can take care of myself!" yelled Liu Ceng who then said goodbye and darted away from the village and with a straight to lighten his body, heading towards the battle yesterday.

Meanwhile, Liu Hong furiously chased the man wearing a necklace with a black skull and the white-haired man, who fled into the forest.

The two men had dared to insult him, therefore he would not feel satisfied before being able to kill them. Actually, in terms of the science of running fast, Liu Hong was still superior to his opponent.

But this advantage is meaningless because he does not know the area at all. So sometimes he lost the shadow of the two people he was chasing.

Liu Hong did not want to stop his pursuit and searched for the two men who were challenging the red stick beggars.

After gaining their imprint, he chased on vigorously. Due to his spirit, he did not realize that he had been on the chase for half a day more, nor did he realize that he had far left the match venue.

Now the young man had gone in and out of some forest, up and down some hills and still he was shadowing the two men, like a hunter chasing two animals.

The weather changes were not aware of it. Slowly the weather became less sunny as the sun had leaned west. It was only after he entered a dense forest on a mountain slope that the young man realized that the weather was getting dark.

Liu Hong was aware of his circumstances and he became confused as well. It was in the middle of a dense forest, it would not be easy to find a way back to the village of the red stick beggars. He also realized that there was no point in continuing the chase because it was soon dark and there was no way he could continue the chase.

Currently Liu Hong was standing in the middle of the forest, stopping his pursuit, clenching both of his hands.

"Let's! Today you can escape. Wait, I'll come to your nest and there I'll kill you!" grumbled Liu Hong who was annoyed.

Then he began to find a way to return to the village of beggars. But he became confused because in the dense forest he lost his way.

But he did not want to stay deep in the dense forest and stepped forward to get out of the forest.

The sun has entered the forest. The weather is starting to dim. Liu Hong started to worry that if he could not get out of the forest before nightfall, he would have to spend the night in the dense and dark forest.

When he stepped under a large tree, he stepped on the grassy ground, suddenly his two feet fell into a hole, he was greeted by a mesh and he was lifted up in a strong black mesh.

"The fuck...!"

Liu Hong thrashed and felt the hilt of his sword on his back. Since the net was strong and tight wrapped around his body, it was rather difficult for him to pull out his sword to cut the net apart.

Suddenly, before he managed to pull out his sword, a shadow flashed in the dimness of the weather, then quickly the shadow hit the nape of Liu Hong who was still lying on his back in the net and hanging. Liu Hong was unable to spare himself and as soon as his nape was patted, he fainted and knew nothing more.

When the roar from his stupor, Liu Hong found himself in the arms of a large tall man. His body fell on the person's shoulder and when he was angry he was about to exert his strength to wriggle and break away, he was surprised to find that his accomplice was unable to move.

It turned out that he had been struck so skillfully that his body became limp and could not exert energy.

The tall man, whose face could not be seen clearly because the weather was dark, stepped wide and to his left was a second man walking. This second person was also a large height and they walked without making a sound. Soon, they were out of the forest and walking on a rough cobblestone public road.

Soon they stopped in front of a hut by the road, outside a forest again. The bearer of Liu Hong's body said in a rough voice, in the Mongolian language, to his friend.

"Open the door and turn on the lights!" he shouted while moving Liu Hong's body from his left shoulder to his right shoulder.

"My husband, who are you taking? can.." asked the middle-aged woman who had not finished, but had already been cut off by the big tall man.

"Just do you! I'll make it my food!" the man who looked fierce.

"Alright then, let's go inside," said the middle-aged woman who relented.

They went into the hut and a lamp was turned on. The bearer then released Liu Hong's body onto a rough wooden cot.

The young man's body collapsed on his back.on the cot and now he can see quite clearly the faces of the two husbands and secretly he was horrified.

They turned out to be two men who were dressed roughly like hunters. Their faces looked violent and rough, with big eyes, nose and lips.

The couple was about forty years old and the husband looked at Liu Hong and seemed to be surprised.

Presumably the man never imagined that his catch was such a handsome young man, and he was worried that his wife would take his catch.

The male's eyes glared as if about to swallow and devour the body that was stretched out before him.
