After obtaining permission from Orland, Gail went to follow her former boss and daughter to a cafe not far from the Weyland Corporation. All the work you do is always satisfying, I don't even have the words to criticize your work even I always praise but one thing only makes me so disappointed in you," Leon noticed the former assistant who always looked calm and expressionless and said again, "You really let me down and broke my heart when you resigned and said you wanted to live normally."

Gail seemed silent, as if she was thinking but not long after, Gail got up from her seat and stood before Leon as well as her daughter.

"Thank you for the offer Mr. Pierce made but I'm not interested at all because I don't want to go back to my old life. The life I'm living right now is good enough, even my life can't be replaced with anything so I can't accept your offer" Gail refused.

"Gail, don't go too far! No one deserves to be your life partner other than me because I already know all the crimes you committed first!" leona said as she moved.

"Sorry, Miss. You are perfect because that ordinary person like me is not worthy. I am a criminal who has killed so many people that I have left that road so that there will be no more victims that I kill so sorry if I let you guys down!"

"There's no rush, Gail. Consider it well. My daughter is beautiful, she loves you too so think well."

"Sorry once again, Mr. Pierce. I'm so flattered by the offer you made but I can't accept it because I already have a wife and daughter."

Leona was surprised, she even fell down. Leon also seemed to be in disbelief, so Gail was married? It's beyond a doubt. Gail said nothing more, she bowed before exiting the room. The offer his former boss made was tempting, perhaps he would have accepted the offer while he was still Leon Pierce's right-hand man but now, he would not have left his quiet life just for the sake of power and women.
