Forty minutes before the Heroes managed to decapitate Tortoise, Tirith who had already set out to go to where the Regions troops were nearing port. Although unsure if they were really there and whether Rigel would listen to them, he could only hope and pray. Tirith rode the Dragon chariot and rode it alone. He was wearing a battle suit and carrying his sword. Just in case some bandit or monster attacked him.
"Come on, can't you run any faster..." Tirith grumbled to herself against the Dragon who was carrying his chariot.
Not long after going through the forest, Tirith finally came out of the forest and the harbor was already visible before his eyes. Even from this distance, Tirith could already see the mast of a different ship than his usual ship and many warriors with strange weapons in their hands. From this, it was clear that they were from the Region.
Two Demi-human warriors with firearms in their hands blocked the direction of the Dragon Tirith chariot.
"Stop!" Shouted the soldier.
Tirith quickly stopped her carriage and jumped out of the carriage. The soldiers recognized him and instantly saluted a little and asked.
"Do you also want to evacuate or is there anything else you want, Princess Tirith?" Ask politely.
Tirith nodded and said, "Allow me to meet your higher-ups here. I have something to tell her." Tirith was serious.
The soldiers realized that Tirith's face said that this was a really serious matter. One of the soldiers went first and the other sent Tirith into a tent to wait.
"Please wait here, Princess Tirith, our leader in this area will come to see you." The soldier said and left the tent.
Tirith looked around the inside of the tent to waste her time. This tent is not much different from the usual and there is nothing special about it. It didn't take long until their leader in the region came. The figure who became the leader in this region seems to be a noble girl named Merial from the Ainsworth family.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, Princess... Let's just shorten it. Is there something you want?" Ask Meial while bowing slightly respectfully.
Tirith understood that in such tense situations shortening the conversation was the main thing. So, he only needed to say the intent of his arrival very clearly.
"Find me with Rigel." Tirith took it very seriously.
Merial may seem to have guessed that that was the reason Tirith came all the way here.
"What would you do if I met Mr Rigel?" Ask Merial to confirm.
Tirith did not answer. He slightly lowered his head but he clenched his fingers to strengthen his resolve and looked back at Merial with confidence.
"I.... I'll ask Rigel to help the Heroes and defeat the Tortoise!" Tirith.
Merial closed her eyes and smiled. "So yes, I've guessed that's what you're going to say, Princess." Said Merial, but her face turned a little sad. "But unfortunately, on Mr. Rigel's own orders, he asked us not to allow anyone to see him." Continue Merial.
Tirith was shocked, she could not believe that Rigel had made such an order. Did he know that Tirith would come and ask for his help?
"No.maybe... Please do! can't you get me to Rigel?! if we let it go, the heroes could die and there are more fatalities!" Tirith said sadly.
Merial also seemed troubled by what Tirith had said. He also completely disagrees with Rigel's plan to let Britannia crumble and turn the refugees into bait to Tortoise. Cerial is unsure if she should break Rigel's orders and let Tirith meet him or refuse to bring Tirith with Rigel.
"Please, meet me with Rigel! I will persuade him as much as possible to take part against Tortoise right now..." Tirith said, his eyes down.
Sherial was still hesitant and thought hard. He thought that if Tirith met Rigel and managed to persuade him, there was a possibility that Rigel's plan changed completely. But the possibility of success is unknown. The current Rigel was completely different from his true self. Rigel was originally someone who wouldn't let anyone else get hurt, but now, he's making the lives of many people as bait to attract Tortoise's interest. While the Merial was in a dilemma, Someone entered the tent.
"Miss Merial and Princess Tirith? What are you doing here?"
The one who came was Misa, the beautiful witch girl who was barely visible anymore. Knowing that Tortoise had woken up from sleep, Miaa refused to sit in her chair while researching what Rigel asked her to do. Therefore, he wanted to take part this time.
"Daughter Tirith wants to see Mr. Rigel. You know for yourself that Mr. Rigel forbids us to send anyone to see him." Merial.
Merial was shocked to hear what Misa had just said. She was about to stop him, but Misa's view said she would tell her details later. Misa takes Tirith to the ship to go to the Teleport Elevator that has been provided. Merial follows Mass and Tirith from behind. He doesn't know what Misa's plan is to let Tirith go see Rigel. Could Misa be betting that Tirith can change Rigel's ready plan? if it is true then what Rigel has prepared all this time will be in vain.
Merial, Tirith and Misa have reached where the Teleport Elevator is located. Misa asks Tirith to stand on the square crystal.
"This is the Princess, you will be transferred directly to the Region gate. If my estimation is correct, Mr. Rigel must also be watching the gate so he'll realize that you're going here." Misa.
"Thank you very much, Misa!" Tirith.
"I have one request for you, Princess. Please, please persuade Mr. Rigel to stop the plan he is working on right now and ask him to intervene and help another hero!" Say Mass by pleading.
Merial was shocked by Misa's direct call for her request. It seemed like he also disagreed with Rigel's current plan.
"I beg you too, Princess... Honestly, I don't accept Mr. Rigel's plan right now, but I have nowhere to turn him down..." Merial also pleaded with Tirith.
Tirith smiled at the two of them and said, "Sure! I would do anything to get Rigel to help the other heroes! I promise!" Tirith said with spirit.
Misa and Merial smiled. Looking at this determined Tirith, they were certain that somehow Tirith would definitely find a way to change Rigel's thinking.
"Alright, then, I'll send you directly... Teleport!" Misa said, activating the Teleport Elevator.
A white to blue light covered Tirith and in an instant he headed straight for the entrance gate of the Region. The Sherial immediately asked the Motif of the Mass.
"So, can you explain it now?" Ask Merial.
Before answering, Misa looked around to make sure no one would hear their talk.
"... You know that I was told to research some things by Mr Rigel?" Ask Misa.
"Yes, I remember you doing some secret research that Mr. Rigel told me to do." Merial.
"I don't know what Mr. Rigel's plan is, but clearly, I can conclude that Mr. Rigel may have intended to kill another hero." Said the Mass, whispering into the ear of Merial.
"It doesn't make sense what are you saying, Misa?! Isn't that impossible?!" Said Merial, surprised and in disbelief.
The Merial reaction is perfectly natural. What the Mass says is something no one will ever think of. Even a fool would not achieve such a thought.
"I don't believe it either, it's just my theory. The thing Mr. Rigel asked me to research is about summoning a legendary hero and finding out if there's any possibility of summoning another hero if one of them dies." Misa.
"M-call another hero??" Merial muttered, surprised.
"Yes" Misa nodded, "At first I thought that Mr. Rigel asked that just in case. However, ever since Tortoise woke up and Mr. Rigel had no intention of helping them, I thought the goal was not to be on guard, but to summon another hero under his control." Continue the Mass bitterly.
It is true that the Theory is plausible and powerful enough, but it is not necessarily completely true. Rigel has a much bigger purpose than that.
"I didn't think it would get that far." Murmured Merial sadly.
"Yes, I was shocked and could not believe it... He's no longer the Mr. Rigel I know." Misa Mumbles.
"... The rest, we can only bet on Princess Tirith to change Mr. Rigel's plan." Murmured Merial, staring at the Teleport Elevator.
