"You... Who?"

Two short words, yet pierced so deeply into the chest. For a while, Rigel was unable to process the memories of being so shocked, yet he quickly regained himself.

"You don't remember me?"

Priscilla tried to sit down, but could not. His body was still too weak as it lay for over 100 years. He could only continue lying down and touching his head like a headache.

He went up to the crystal and dug it up. Rigel was surprised by what he found, a stone the size of a rune and let out a bluish fire. Unmistakably, only one thing had this shape, RuneStone.

Great magic overflowed within a stone, bluish-white flames brilliantly illuminated the rune lines. The fire that even Hazama could barely contain and the fire that could not easily return to nothingness.

If he could, Rigel wanted to remove something that was no longer useful to him. Moreover, Rigel had never relied on Index, especially since he had Ciel with him.

"Well, I thought this system would disappear on its own, when I completely surpassed the Maximum level." Rigel chose to ignore the index system again.

In this world, perhaps he would be the first to reach the highest level. Whether it could or not, Rigel intended to surpass that barrier and destroy Index with his own hands.

Rigel will save that thought for later, now there is an important thing that is right in front of him. He stepped into the cave which strangely felt cold despite being in the place with the worst climate.

Far ahead there, though faint he could sense the energy he had once felt while on Tortoise's back. If the forecast is on target, then everything for the search will be easy.

The walls around started to crack, several fire monsters with wolf shapes came out from the cracked walls. As expected from a place with great natural energy, monsters could appear anywhere so there was no time to relax.

"Maybe it's a good opportunity for me to try out my new powers."

The place looked like a temple, with a statue pointing to one place, a crystal that floated in the air and defied the laws of gravity. Beneath it was a small statue that raised both hands, the floor around it was round with magic letters Rigel did not understand.

"A moment before I obliterate Tortoise without any remnant, so this place actually teleported by itself huh. It's really surprising, that I'll find it this easy, the Stone of divination."

One of the eight divination stones made directly from the body of the Hero of the previous generation. Together with the surrounding statues, the divination stone that was previously on the back of Tortoise was now on the mountain where the Phoenix lived.

From the beginning, Rigel did intend to form a special squad to search for the existence of the divination stone, but it was unexpected that he found it this quickly.

Rigel's goal is to find him, to move him, certainly as an experiment. He always thought hard, about what would happen when the two divination stones were close together?

This is one of the puzzles Nadia finds while releasing the seal embedded in Phoenix. The puzzle says that the stars will merge into a unity or something.

There are too many mysteries in this world that are completely unsolved. Rigel doesn't like puzzles because it makes him think hard, but he doesn't hate to solve existing puzzles.
