The Legends Of Creator Hero

The Legends Of Creator Hero
Red Salamander

Rigel has arrived at the Ainsworth branch residence and is getting an unwelcome welcome from the boy named Razan who is Walther's boy. Hearing what the boy named Razan said, Natalia and Walther seemed to be trembling and afraid of offending Rigel.

"Pardon us for what my son, Mr Rigel, said! Razan! apologize to Mr. Rigel!" Walther scolded Razan who understood nothing.

"Why would I do that, Father?" Razen said indifferently. On the other hand his twin brother named Razen approached Rigel.

"U-umm, Mr. Hero, please forgive my foolish brother. Umm, can I touch your unique left hand?" Razen asked in embarrassment.

It was obvious that he was amazed by Rigel, the only Hero with unique powers and weaponry that never existed in this world. Rigel simply smiled and allowed Razen to touch his left hand and stressed to Walther and his wife that he was not bothered by Razan's attitude.

Walther let Rigel sit down and they prepared a cup of coffee and some sweets from the fruits. There are some of them that can be found on earth such as Apples and Wine. But Rigel does not know the unique gray fruit of this world. It tastes sour sweet and Rigel likes it quite a bit.

"So, from what I've heard, you were looking for a large number of Salamander robes before you started conquering Phoenix and if it's not wrong the Eastern Empire is also looking for something that can overcome body temperature, right?"

As expected of a merchant noble who had wide connections. He knew Rigel's purpose and everything he needed for his expedition to the Vulcan mountains.

Saving energy is very necessary, and increasing body temperature can reduce a lot of body fluids, so Rigel makes it a priority to deal with.

If it is true that Hazama can do something with his shield, then good news. But of course there is nothing wrong with anticipating and looking for magic items that can overcome them.

Rigel drank his coffee elegantly and smiled, "there's nothing more to say, because you already know. So, I wanted one first to find out how good the quality of the robe was."

Hearing that, Natalia and Walther looked at each other and thought of something. They understood that the quality and how resistant the Salamander robe could be to overcome the fire attack from the Phoenix.

"According to my estimation, Mr. Rigel. It was likely that an ordinary Salamander robe could only withstand around 25% of the Phoenix's attack power. Let's assume one Phoenix attack is equivalent to eight powerful bursts of a Dragon. Salamander's robes might only be able to withstand two attacks and would be destroyed in the third attack." Natalia.

If that were true then there was no meaning in having many of the Salamander robes as they would only be destroyed so easily. Rigel thinks that this is a dead end, he has no other choice but to use the Void and make Hazama work harder to withstand the entire Phoenix attack. Surely that would change quite a lot from Rigel's plan but he has no other way.

"It wasn't as easy as I expected..." Rigel muttered tiredly.

"However, Mr. Rigel. I may know something that can overcome the Phoenix attack, but it will certainly not be easy for us to get it other than Mr. Rigel or the other Hero Lord."

As the hope was deadlocked and slowly dimmed, a glimmer of hope shone back and it came from Natalia. It is not wrong Rigel came here, he felt restrained because he knew merchant nobles like the Ainsworth family. Although this was the first time Rigel had met Natalia, he did not have any suspicions about her, as he was also the one taking care of Asoka.

"Huh? tell me what it's about?" Rigel asked interestedly and picked up another fruit snack.

"Yes. Of the Salamander type, there is one type of Salamander that is larger and stronger. Its resistance at very high heat temperatures. If the ordinary Salamander falls into the hot lava will die, then the red Salamander can last for 2 hours on the hot screen. This salamander is known as the Red Salamander because of the red fire that continues to burn the skin and can be believed that its resistance is many times stronger than ordinary Salamander."

Red Salamander skin is likely to withstand at least two Phoenix attacks. It's better than not having anything to hold him back.

"Where can I find the Red Salamander?"

As if waiting for that question, Natalia smiled happily.

"For that to be quiet, Mr. Rigel. I happen to have visited the place that houses the Red Salamander, and I can take you there in an instant with my Spatial magic."

Spatial Magic, a magic that uses the space of the world to make a short trip to a place that has been visited. The difference with teleportation was that Spatial magic cut through the dimensional space and created a portal that was connected to the desired place. Spatial magic is the same magic Lucifer uses to move around.

Unlike teleportation, which turns a person's body into tiny particles of light that travel through space and time to their destination, so it becomes a super short trip.

Walther once said that his wife had Spatial magic which included ancient and rare magic in this world.

"Then it's decided, take me to the Red Salamander. Time won't stop and wait, so let's go now that you've finished your preparations."

Natalia smiled and bowed respectfully. He left Rigel and Walther and the twin boys who had been listening to the conversation while eating a snack.

"I'd love to join you on your journey, but there's so much work to be done that can't be delayed." Walther looked disappointed.

"Thank you for your good intentions, but I alone am enough to overcome that Salamander. Besides, I have another job I want to give you."

Walther raised his eyebrows with interest about what kind of work Rigel would leave to him. Rigel continued his words.

"I want you to find a blacksmith and craftsman who is good at making magic items. Surely with my strength, their existence is unnecessary, but I want the Region to be independent and be able to make great things without the need to intervene from me."

Rigel had no intention of making them learn how to make firearms, because of course the war would occur in the future. At least Rigel wants them to be able to make tools that can help life run easier. Hearing Rigel's request, Walther began to think.

Rigel knew about the Dwarves, yet he had barely heard a single thing about them since coming to this world. On earth, Dwarves or known as the Dwarf race are often found in games with the role of blacksmith. They are known to have a bad relationship with the Elves, but Rigel cannot confirm it directly. If the existence of Dwarves really existed, then he would no longer be surprised regarding the Elf race.

"I knew about them, but I never saw any of them. What really happened to them?"

Walther had a complicated expression and did not understand Rigel. In view of the reaction in his possession, of course this is not a light conversation.

"... They're like Demi-humam, no, maybe worse. Dwarves had always been slaves that many people were interested in after Elves. They are famous for being able to create great weapons and high quality magic items. Because of this, their current numbers are so small that they are difficult to meet. It'll probably take some time until I get information about them."

Well, this world is like this. The weak will fall prey to the strong and the strong will continue to be strong. The law of the jungle does not only apply in the jungle, but every life in the world has its own law of the jungle.

"Well, you don't have to find it, even if it's just a bird news I'll thank you for it."

Simultaneously, Natalia had returned and finished her preparations. Rigel wished for more, he did not expect that Natalia would only use a magic robe and slightly exposed clothes. He also carried a blue book with a unique engraving on the cover. Rigel did not know for sure what the book was, but it clearly had magic energy.

As if realizing Rigel was looking at the book in his hand with interest, Natalia began to explain it

"Are you interested in this book, Mr Rigel? This book is known as the Grimoire, a book that stores the casting of spells from powerful magic. I kept the spell casings of Spatial magic in order to be passed down and other than Spatial magic, there were various other types of magic contained within."

Although it is almost no different from making it yourself without reading, but the magic that is released is clearly different. The magic from casting spells in the Grimoire was less cast and the attacks produced were much stronger than those cast without the Grimoire.

"Well, then there's no more reason that we should stay. Let's go where you mean right now." Rigel finished his coffee and got up from his seat.

Walther also stood with a smile on his lips and prayed for the safety of Rigel and his wife, Natalia. Razan and Razen are the same as Walther.

"Mother, promise to return safely, will you?" Razan.

"Please promise me too. I don't want to see you come back almost dead like Ayahanda." The younger Razen.

Natalia let out a maternal smile and gently stroked the heads of her two sons. He bowed in order to align with the faces of his two children.

"Just relax, Razan, Razen. Mother will not be hurt, after all there is Mr. Rigel who is very strong to protect the mother, so there is no need for anyone to worry.x Natalia gently kissed her son and returned to Rigel.

Seeing the scenery of mother and child little— very make Rigel envious. She never felt anything like a mother's love and was really interested in feeling it. The only thing Rigel has about his mother is the memory Azartooth reminds him of, and also the dream about the test on the spirit tree.

" Let's per—.... Mr Rigel? what was? why do you look so sad?" Natalia asked worriedly. Walther and the twin boys also looked at Rigel with concern.

It was unexpected that his sadness would leak out, but even so there were not the slightest tears coming out. Rigel ignored him and again put on his flat expression which looked cold again.

"No, I just remembered something. No need to worry about anything. Well, let's go now." Rigel turned around and walked out.

Natalia nodded and followed behind. Based on his intuition, Rigel had gone through various sufferings and the most painful things that many humans would not be able to withstand. Behind a figure full of splendor like Rigel lies a hollow heart and an indescribable deep sadness. He was curious about what kind of things he had been through, yet he knew that Rigel would not easily say them.

Upon arrival outside, Natalia casts a silent spell and forms a white portal. Rigel was amazed by the view in front of him, this portal was not so much different from Lucifer's. What distinguishes them is their color.

Walther, Razan and Razen stood far behind them and delivered his departure with a smile on their lips. Rigel turned his head towards them and waved his hand.

"We go first, and when I come back I'll bring a lot of Red Salamander skins." Rigel unhesitatingly enters the Portal and is followed by Natalia.

"Then I leave the rest to you, honey." Natalia to Walther.

"Yes... Be careful."

Leaving those words, Natalia went with Rigel to where the Red Salamander was. Rigel was surprised by the sight of the fire waterfall in front of him.

Moving through Spatial magic is a new experience for Rigel. It felt as if he was using a door anywhere that belonged to a cat that everyone on earth knew.

Larva waterfall adorns the surrounding landscape, black soil should burn but the unique Rigel does not feel the heat piercing his skin. If you look back, it seems that this is in a mountain stomach, because of the towering rocks that seem to lock Rigel.

Not long after, Natalia emerged from the portal and stood behind Rigel while still maintaining the etiquette of a noble. Rigel did not like such troublesome things, but he still did not have the intention of making Natalia stop acting like that.

"The nest of the Red Salamander is not far ahead, Mr. Rigel. Besides the Red Salamander, there are other types of Salamander and there are also other monsters besides them. Like the Fire Bat, the Fire Chimera and various monsters with other fire affinities." Natalia began to explain, while Rigel began to observe the surrounding area.

There is no point in staying silent like a fool, Rigel and Natalia continue the journey to where the Red Salamander's lair is located.
