"Then I'll turn the lights off, yeah."
Pandan
"Yes." Yeah."
Reply Rigel.
After Dandan left and closed the door, Rigel did not immediately fall asleep, he stared at the dusty sky of the room.
I've sorted out my memories well and I remember my purpose in coming here.
I entered the hell labyrinth to retrieve the four keys of the four princes of Hell here and completed the 100 floors of the Labyrinth to find out who I really am.
I can't remember the face of the man who brought me here, only his words can I remember clearly. Even though I don't remember it, though,
My heart can clearly feel a certain longing when parting with him.
Well, I'm gonna miss this part.
For the first time, I'll find out more about this place. I also do not know how to conquer this 1st floor and switch to the 2nd floor of this labyrinth.
I don't even have any information about the four princes of hell yet, but from my guess, they must be strong people who control this place.
I kept thinking about things, I thought about what I should do next and about the little trap I had placed well in my arm to prove the man said.
Geck, tok.
The sound of knocking on the door rang out from behind my door. Is that Dandan? It's late at night what does he want?
"Please."
Rigel.
The door opened and featured an ash-haired girl using her blanket to cover her body.
"I'm sorry to bother you in the middle of the night."
Dandan.
"Ahh, it's okay. Besides, I can't sleep either, is there anything you need from me?"
Ask Rigel.
"No. I'm just lonely, because I rarely have anyone I can talk to."
Saying Dandan with shame.
Dandan may have been here long enough and lived alone. I can understand him because maybe after a long time he just met someone like me.
He came in and started sitting on the edge of my bed.
"Today, b-can I *-*-*-t-sleep with you?"
Dandan.
His face became very red, to me his face like that looked very funny. Even though I can't see my face, I'm sure my face is as red as Dandan's.
"A-are you sure? W-doesn't mind."
Rigel said nervously.
Dandan pulled out the blanket and lay down beside Rigel with Awkwardness.
"ye, Rigel. Do you remember the last moment of your life?" Ask.
"If you think about it again, I do remember it, but it looks very faint. All I remember is that I was betrayed by my friend and killed and my body fell into a rage."
Rigel.
That is honesty. I don't know who the traitor is, but in my heart, I have a huge grudge and anger.
"That's all I remember. How're you? Do you remember the time of your death?"
Ask Rigel.
There was a silence that lasted quite a long time before Dandan answered my question.
"Yes." he nodded. "the memory is still engraved clearly inside my head."
I kept listening to her story.
"At that time, I was looking for food in the forest. Unintentionally, I found a place filled with beautiful flowers until I stopped there for a while.
I lay there and fell asleep until I woke up, it was dark. I'm heading back to the village yet,
My village is being attacked by bandits. They kill and carry goods that they can resell.
I ran towards my house and when I opened the door, I found my father and mother had been killed and they made it into the monster food they had.
Dandan paused for a moment to catch his breath and he began to continue his story.
"I was faced with two choices, running to stay alive and let my sister die, or letting them catch me and my sister safe.
I prefer to save my sister and let the bandits catch me. They raped me right in front of my sister's eyes and after they were satisfied they took me to be made a slave.
Then, ill-fated on the way, we encountered a group of monsters and attacked us. The bandits escaped leaving me and the women who were about to be sold to the slave-smiths and that's where my story ends, I was chewed to death by a bunch of monsters."
That's a sad story. As the saying goes, it has fallen down the stairs. It was very suitable to represent the events experienced by Dandan.
Maybe it's because it's what makes me hate this kind of slavery-filled world. The kingdom only turned their faces away when the bandits killed and attacked the small village.
"Then, what about your sister's fate?"
Ask Rigel.
"He survived. The bandits were unaware of his existence and left him just like that. However, I don't know if he is still alive or not at the moment. I hope he lives his life happily."
He sounded very sad, kidnapped by bandits and was about to be sold to slave traders and attacked by monsters on his way. Dandan really has bad luck.
I don't think she's a bad person, because she sacrificed her life for her sister. It seemed that the man's warning of a soul filled with deception was not true.
I'm sure not all souls are here like that.
"I admire you, Dandan." said Rigel.
"Eh?"
Dandan was shocked by my statement.
"I think you're really cool because you're more concerned with your sister than yourself. I'm sure you should know what fate would befall you if you were a slave.
However, you still chose to protect your sister for me and your sister, you are like a great heroine!"
Rigel said with a smile and gave his thumb.
Dandan's eyes opened wide and slightly let out his tears, he hugged Rigel and muttered.
"Thank you, you said it made me happy."
Dandan smiled at Rigel.
Dandan brought his face closer to Rigel's. His hand turned towards Rigel as if he wanted to wipe Rigel's chest.
I also brought her face closer when a few more inches of their lips touched, I gasped in shock.
!!!
My instincts screamed as if danger was approaching me and I could feel the killing coming out from within Dandan.
I pulled myself out of my bed and threw Dandan away by kicking him with my foot.
Dubrak!
Dandan hit the wall. I saw his hand trying to grab my chest. In his hand, there was a long nail growing from his finger.
"You, why are you trying to kill me?!"
Rigel roared to Dandan.
Dandan tidied himself up and started to stand up.
He began to lengthen the fangs on his teeth as well as his nails.
"I haven't told you anything that makes this place hell. Here the law of the Jungle applies, you have to kill other souls if you want to stay alive and the more souls you kill, you can climb the next floor!
And also, the higher the floor you can climb the more soul energy you have and if you make it to the 100th floor, you'll be revived and able to meet the family you left behind."
So that's why it attacked me to absorb my soul. The requirement to climb the floor seems to be to absorb as many souls as possible.
I finally found out why this labyrinth has its own heaven and hell. While I was still processing the information I just got, Dandan darted towards me.
He swung his claws and aimed at my chest. However, what surprised me was that his movements seemed very slow to me.
Maybe this is the result of my training with that guy.
I dodged his claws by looking down and stretched out my right hand to grab his neck and slammed him hard on the floor.
Booms!
"The rights!"
Dandan spewed out his entrails and lost his strength to maintain his consciousness.
I had indeed forgotten many things about me because of the memories sealed away. But I have not forgotten who I am.
I'm a hero, Creator Hero.
