Mountain bandit
KAMADA TAKUMI POV.
The sun has revealed its shape which signifies the morning. Birds began to chirp and flutter in search of prey.
Takumi and Bell rushed to the village of Silvet in the eastern part of Britain.
"We're leaving now?" Ask Bell.
Takumi nodded in response. He took a detour shown by Bell which he thought if smooth, their forecast would arrive by midday.
On the way, Takumi does not meet with weak monster monsters because thanks to Bell who carries potions that can repel weak monster monsters. Although it should be happy with that, it was obvious that there was something else that caused no monsters at all.
"Emm? What's up Takumi?" Ask Bell.
"Ah, no, I was just thinking a little. Although it's a good thing not to meet monsters, it's very suspicious if we don't meet any of them other than small monsters like slime."
Takumi and Bell started to enter the forests and as if answering his suspicions an arrow shot out in front of his carriage and made the Dragon that was pulling the carriage frightened.
The moment they stopped, a group of rude people wearing face coverings appeared around and blocked the road so Takumi could not escape. They carried weapons such as swords, bows and axes.
"They are mountain bandits!"
Bell said.
"Mountain bandits huh? This is the first time I've met a bandit." Takumi smile.
They had no idea that the person they were trying to rob was a hero. Since Takumi was hiding his face and identity, they did not know who was on the train. There can't be anyone stupid enough to try to rob a hero.
Takumi looked at Bell for a while and as if feeling his gaze, Bell turned his head and nodded.
"But the area around when I give aba aba." Bisik Takumi's.
Bell nodded slowly in response.
Takumi and Bell get off the pedati, then one of them who might be their boss comes forward facing. Their faces were currently covered with a hood that allowed them to hide their identity.
"Oy, if you don't want to get hurt, then be a sweet baby and don't fight." Said the boss of the bandit.
The bandit boss had two swords on his waist and a small dagger in his leg pocket. The man was wearing a black mask that covered his face.
Takumi could barely hold back his smile regarding the scene like in this RPG game.
Although they were only bandits, they were not amateurs. Two of them stood behind Takumi and Bell while brandishing their weapons. Some of them have recited magic and the rest are checking our luggage.
Although they considered him a trader and Bell a rookie adventurer, they did not underestimate his opponent in the slightest. The boss of the bandits approached Takumi slowly and patted him on the shoulder
"Oy merchant, take off your cloak and let me take the valuables you've hidden away" he said with a grin.
As his hand was about to reach Takumi's shoulder, he aimed his spear towards his head, but the bandit Boss managed to dodge it.
The bandit boss took a few steps back to dodge the spear and attempted to grab the sword that was at his waist.
"Now!" Shouted Takumi.
Bell raised his hand high and cast a spell "SHAMACK!"
As Bell shouted his spell, thick black smoke appeared and blinded the surrounding area with black smoke.
He turned his spear and swung it at the bandit's neck to make him faint without killing him.
Woosh!
Takumi sensed a magic attack approaching and jumped to the side to dodge the attack. As if waiting for the attack to come, Bell darted towards the direction of the attack to face the invading witches.
Although the area darkened, Takumi was still able to see people's shadows and feel some air of the presence of people around. Then....
Ting!
A knife broke through the smoke and almost hit Takumi's body. He fended it off with his spear and saw a bandit coming while he drew his sword.
Takumi flowed a bit of mana into the spear and lunged directly towards the bandit. However, he managed to hold it with his sword.
Takumi pulled out his spear and swung it very strongly.he swung the waist of the bandit Boss while hoping he avoided it by jumping back, but instead—
He lunged forward and hit Takumi's stomach with the hilt of his sword hard. The punch is very fast and strong.

Takumi vomited and took out all the food he ate today.
This guy is strong enough! the title of Boss of bandits is not a mere joke...
Even though he was strong and fast, it did not mean that he had the upper hand. If it was from which level and strength, it was certain that Takumi was above him.
However, if it was from attack techniques and attack speed, he was far above it.
The black fog started to disappear and Takumi was able to clearly see the form of the mountain bandit boss.
He stroked his waist like an old man.
"Yare yare's. Looks like this old man has been relaxing for too long until he doesn't move his body." He said while chuckling.
Takumi tried to stand up, making the spear as a body support and Lansung took the horse fighting.
He focused his entire focus on the enemy in front and flowed mana constantly into his spear.
"Hoho's? Very good focus, young man. Try not to be embarrassed by this old man, young man."
He raised his hand as if telling him to come forward to face him. Although his entire face was covered in a mask, it was difficult to see his expression.
"If that's your request, fine old man. Don't hate this young man if he manages to break some of your backbones."
Takumi smiled mockingly for a bit of provoking him even though he knew it was useless. Then, the old man laughed lightly at his ridicule.
"Hahahaha, good spirit, young man. Don't worry, this old man has already experienced it a lot in his youth."
The bandit boss sideways and widened his legs. He put up a unique horse that Takumi had never seen before.
Takumi prepared to exchange blows with the bandit boss who seemed to be amused happily or underestimated him.
'This fight won't be easy, damn it.'
