Scarlet was pensive after being in the park. Everything that happened was very sudden. That sick-ridden woman, is it really her mother? He was curious, very curious about who he was but if suddenly like this without a command, dai was confused.
There was no way he could immediately cheer and then jump up in excitement after knowing who his parents were. There was no way she would dance like crazy after meeting them or cry out in happy screams. Scarlet really didn't know what to react to that, so she ran away.
Samuel didn't ask, he knew Scarlet needed time. She believes Scarlet will definitely return to see a married couple who are believed to be her parents. They sat in the garden for ten minutes until Scarlet finally sighed because she had already made up her mind.
"How, do you know what to do?" ask Samuel.
"I'm not sure, it's all so sudden and I'm confused!"
"What's confusing for? Now go back inside and listen to their explanation. Don't you want to hear why they lost you? Even if you want to deny it, you can't get rid of that mark on your back!"
Scarlet felt her back, she used to think it was a burn scar because it was exactly with the burn but as it turned out, it was a birthmark.
"I'll be back!" scarlet said as he moved.
"Wouldn't you take me?" Samuel held Scarlet's hand. Now he thinks about it. After meeting her parents, will Scarlet leave her? Seen however, they came from far away places.
"Of course, I need you!" Scarlet extended her hand to Samuel. He would not leave Samuel for now but did not know later whether he would leave Samuel or not.
They returned to the hospital, where Alfredo and Diana waited in dismay. They were already very afraid that Scarlet would not come back but when the door of the room was opened by someone, they were very happy that Scarlet went inside together with Samuel.
"Sorry, me?" Scarlet again looked awkward even though she had already made up her mind.
"Come here, we want to talk to you. Maybe we're in too much of a hurry that you're afraid so come here" Alfredo said.
"I want to be around him, Alfred. Get her a chair." asked Diana as she reached out to Scarlet. She wants to get back into Scarlet's arms because she feels she has to do it for them to have an inner bond as mother and child. Twenty-five years, he was afraid of being hated and not accepted.
Scarlet stepped closer, she again looked doubtful. Scarlet even looked back, she seemed to need Samuel's support. Samuel pushes her as a sign that Scarlet need not hesitate or be afraid.
"Come here, you two!" pinta Alfred took two seats for Scarlet and Samuel.
"I'm sorry if I run away" Scarlet said as she walked closer.
"It's okay, you must be surprised because everything happens suddenly so come here" Diana said.
Scarlet held Diana's hand. It feels weird. She really did not understand but for Diana, a feeling of happiness filled her heart.
"I've really been waiting for this for quite a while, I've been waiting for twenty-five years of my life in the hope of meeting my lost daughter and now, I'm, I'm pretty sure you're my missing daughter!"
"You hear a little story?" alfred asked who was standing not far from them. Scarlet nodded, she came back because she really wanted to know what was going on.
"Look, twenty-five years ago we went to Brazil to attend a party. We brought our baby girl who was only a few months old but on the night of the party, our baby disappeared along with the nanny we trusted. All I've done, I've searched everywhere but we didn't find it. All our efforts, money, energy and whatever we have sacrificed but for twenty-five years, whatever we have done has been fruitless. We were almost desperate especially Diana's situation was not possible and she did not have much time left but the news that we got if there was a baby found in an orphanage twenty five years ago gave us hope. Son, will you show us your back? I really want to know if you're the princess we've been looking for or not?!"
"Please show us. If you're not our daughter, that means I'm not allowed to see my daughter again for the rest of my life" Diana said.
Scarlet looked doubtful but she was pitying. If it was true that she was their daughter, wouldn't that mean she was still given the chance to meet her parents?
"Please show me" Diana asked again.
Scarlet hesitated but in the end she showed a mark like a burn scar on her back. Diana and Alfredo are shocked, no one is wrong, Scarlet is really their missing daughter.
"Estelle, I'm my lost daughter Estelle!" diana said while Alfredo directly pulled Scarlet and in the blink of an eye, Scarlet was already in his arms.
"My daughter, my daughter!" Alfredo hugged Scarlet tightly. The old man couldn't hold back tears even Diana cried because they could find their missing daughter for twenty-five years. Scarlet was silent, but her tears were flowing without her wanting. His feelings were mixed sister, he could feel the affection of a father from Alfred's embrace even though all this time he had never felt the affection of a father.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't take care of you. I really tried but I didn't expect you to be banished to London. Please forgive Daddy, Estelle," asked her father.
"I.m?" Scarlet didn't know what to say.
"Don't say anything, we're wrong. We were wrong, we were wrong for not being able to take good care of you."
"No, don't blame yourself. I don't blame you guys" Scarlet said, hugging her father. Alfred was a little surprised but the embrace given by Scarlet made a happy feeling fill the heart so that the old man came back crying.
"I want to hug her, Alfred. Let me hug her!" pinta Diana's.
"Go away, your mother misses you so much" Alfred let go of his daughter even though he was reluctant but he knew, his wife misses their daughter the most.
"Come, Estelle. Mommy wants to hug you so come here!" pinta's mother was impatient.
"Can you just call me Scarlet?" pinta Scarlet stepped closer to her mother.
"You want Scarlet or Estelle, you're still my little princess!" Diana immediately hugged her daughter as Scarlet approached. Her cries broke, happy feelings filled the heart. Alfred wiped away his flowing tears, and happiness filled his heart. Scarlet's tears flowed without her being able to bear, she really did not expect to meet the parents she had longed for so much. It turns out that she is not the daughter of a ja*ang, she is just a baby due to an omission.
Diana did not let go of her daughter, her embrace getting tighter as the yearning she had been yearning for decades could she treat before she died. Now, if God was going to take his life, he was very willing because he could already meet his daughter. Happy tears are still flowing but after this Scarlet must make a choice whether she will follow her parents back to Spain or whether she will remain with Samuel who is unlikely to let go.
