Not being able to sleep due to parting with Samuel had Scarlet to feel. This time it did not feel the same as that time where he had not realized his feelings. Maybe this was the first time she had to go into a long distance relationship with someone so it felt quite heavy. Scarlet was agitated all night, her cell phone was incessant she saw. He really doesn't like that kind of situation.

She had just gone to bed at four o'clock in the morning but now she had to get up because her father had already called while knocking on the door because today Scarlet really had to go to the company to start her day because he must learn as a leader who will replace him later.

"Scarlet, are you awake?" his father called while knocking on the door. Alfred waited but there was no answer, he called back until Alfred finally decided to go into the room because Scarlet did not answer at all.

Alfred smiled as he watched his daughter still sleeping. Slowly, Alfred sat down on the side of the bed and removed the hair covering his daughter's face. He slowly rubbed it on Scarlet's forehead and it made Scarlet wake up.

"Daddy?" Scarlet was surprised to find her father in the room.

"Daddy called you but you didn't answer so Daddy just came in."

"It's okay, Dad," Scarlet rubbed her sleepy eyes because she had only slept for a few hours.

"You look sleepy, didn't you sleep last night?" ask her father suspiciously.

"Farewell doesn't please Dad, and it's my first time so I can't sleep because of it."

"So you can't sleep because you parted with Samuel?" asked her father and Scarlet replied with a nod.

"Did you love her so much that you made her like this?" ask his father again.

"Can't you, Dad?"

"Not not allowed, love may be but not to be a slave of love!"

"I didn't?"

"Alright, that's just some advice from Daddy. A woman should not be too humble for love. You can love him but don't overdo it and never show a man if you love him so much that you don't get humbled by men," between his father who really did not like Scarlet to love Samuel too much like that so he could not sleep just because parted with him '"Now get ready, you have to come with Daddy to the office!" his father said again.

"Good, Dad. Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna take a shower and get ready" Scarlet said.

"Daddy wait outside!" his father said before moving on.

Scarlet nodded, her eyes not separated from her father who stepped towards the door until her father came out of the room. The sad feeling he felt again, he felt empty even though his father had just given advice.

Alfred approached his wife who was waiting at the dinner table and was being fed by a nurse.

"What about Scarlet, is she awake?" ask Diana.

"Our daughter, I don't like to see her fall in love until it's like that!"

"Is something wrong?" diana asked not understand why her husband did not like their daughter who was in love.

"Help something's wrong. I wouldn't forbid him from falling in love but I don't like him loving someone too much. What if Samuel left him? Is he going crazy for love? Don't tell me he's gonna kill himself for loving that guy too much!"

"Have it done, don't get too prevented. It's still new, after another week or two Scarlet will definitely get used to it. He just experienced falling in love but had to separate so let it go" said Diana.

"Alright but I think I should do something!"

"Don't do a no-no if you don't want your daughter to get angry!"

"Morning Mom, Morning Dad," said Scarlet, who looked neat and was approaching them.

"Morning, Honey. Mommy's daughter looks beautiful today."

"Of course!" Scarlet kisses her mother's cheek and after that Scarlet approaches her father and gives a kiss on his father's cheek.

"What about your sleep, baby, what's good?" ask mother.

"Very good before Daddy comes in and bothers me!"

"It's time you went to the office with Daddy, Scarlet. Don't play around anymore. The sooner you learn, the better!" said father.

"I know, Dad. The day I was so ready to go with Daddy."

"Good, breakfast soon and after that we're gone!" Scarlet nodded, obeying her father's words. Although it was his first day and only parted with Samuel, he was so excited that he did not want to disappoint his father.

"Eat this," his father took a steamed bun and put it on his daughter's plate.

"Thanks, Dad." - "Thanks."

"Are you going to have lunch at home?" ask mother.

"Later we will go home so that we can eat together," as much as possible he will grant whatever his wife wants so that his wife gets sweet memories for the rest of her life.

"I'm waiting" said Diana.

"Done the meal soon, Scarlet. We're almost too late!" his father's orders,

Scarlet nodded, she ate in a hurry so that her father would not wait long. The bread is finished, a glass of fresh orange juice freshly squeezed was already exhausted.

"I'm done, Dad," he said.

"Good, now we go but Daddy takes Mommy to the room first!"

"No need, you go!" said Diana.

"sorry. Dear. We'll be home for lunch together!" Alfred moved while putting the napkin on the table. Scarlet moved after sipping a glass of water. Now he's really full.

"We go first!" Alfred put a kiss on his wife's forehead.

"I'm gone, Mom," Scarlet kissed her on her mother's forehead.

"Study right, okay?"

"Surely," after a farewell to her mother, Scarlet immediately chased after her father who had already walked away. His heart was pounding because he knew that he would meet a lot of people today. He will introduce himself to all of his father's employees and also follow his father to the meeting. Hopefully he doesn't make a mistake that could embarrass his father.

While on the road, Scarlet constantly sees the phone because she is waiting for news from Samuel who has not also given her the news whether he has arrived or not. Scarlet even looked agitated so as to make her father shake his head because of her behavior.

Really, she didn't like to see her daughter loving someone too much. Scarlet who realized that her father was endlessly looking at the phone hastily kept the thing. Scarlet smiled and leaned against his father's arm, lest he make his father misunderstand when his father had given him advice but he hoped Samuel sebgera gave him news so that he would not be anxious like that.
