The intention to go to the company was not due to Samuel's arrival. Alfredo was not surprised that his daughter had already told him that Samuel was coming. Very coincidentally, he did want to meet the young man who had made his daughter moody the past few days.

Diana said nothing, she did not like the arrival of Samuel but the happiness shown by Scarlet was not a trick. Ever since Scarlet got back together with them, she's always pensive and moody especially when she doesn't let Scarlet go, Scarlet's getting moody.

He knows, he can see it. Scarlet was always pensive in front of the window, she was not even excited if not spoken to. They were a little late finding their daughter because Scarlet's heart already belonged to another. Scarlet's happiness was really obvious, a smile endlessly adorning her face even she didn't want to be far away from Samuel. Although Samuel's circumstances were strange because he was wearing gloves, Diana was very astonished.

"You came here, there's got to be a goal, right?" ask Alfredo.

"Sure, I came to see Scarlet," Samuel replied without hesitation.

"What's your name, young man. It looks like we don't know each other very well yet" Diana said. They should accept the young man well.

"Samuel, Samuel Archiles."

"All right, but you?" Diana was doubtful.

"Oh, I have an exaggerated phobia. Please don't take it personally" Samuel said.

"Mom, Samuel can't touch things carelessly so please understand."

"Well, Mommy just asked. So, did you come to take my daughter away? " ask Diana without saying anything.

"Mom, why are you asking like that?"

"Mommy knew her goal was coming to take you away from us, Scarlet. We just met not long ago, we've only been together not long, but why can't you wait to take Scarlet away?"

"Diana, don't talk like that!" said husband.

"All I'm saying is this is not wrong, Alfred. He's coming for sure to take Scarlet away."

"Don't misunderstand, Madam. I didn't come to take Scarlet away from you, I came to meet her and to know how she felt about me. I'm not going to take him right away, you don't have to worry" Samuel said.

"really?" Diana seemed to be in disbelief.

"Mom, Samuel didn't come to propose to me so he won't take me anywhere" Scarlet said.

"Does that mean you won't marry my daughter?" ask Alfred.

"Of course you want. I'll marry her later but not now. After all you will definitely not let go for me because of your new togetherness for a while. I know you need it, I know if I shouldn't be selfish because I know you've only been together for a while. That's why I'll wait, wait until you're willing to take Scarlet away for me to take her away."

"What if I don't want to let go? If I were alive until the next five knew, would you wait for him?" ask Diana.

"Of course, I'll definitely wait for him."

"What if it's ten years, do you still want to wait for him?"

"I'll definitely wait but I'm sure you can't bear to hold your daughter for ten years!" said Samuel.

"I will listen" said Samuel.

"So you came here to meet with Scarlet alone and know how she feels about you?"

"That's my goal, Scarlet must know."

Scarlet looked at Samuel and Samuel. They haven't discussed this and it seems like they should.

"Why silence?" ask father.

"We haven't discussed it, Dad. I think we need to discuss this carefully."

"Scarlet, long distance relationships require trust and patience. Can you do it? Can you trust her for everything she does?" this time her mother asked.

"Of course I believe, I'll believe Samuel but can you trust me, Sam? I'll be at Daddy's company, meeting a lot of people. Are you gonna trust me?" he believes in Semuel because Samuel has a phobia but does Samuel want to believe in him?

"If we communicate properly, then everything will be fine."

"Good, Daddy, I think our conversation is over. Daddy takes Mommy a break and after that goes to the office. You just go with your girlfriend!" Alfred left, their conversation was over.  Alfred took Diana to his room while Scarlet took Samuel to his room as well.

"Can we trust that young man, Alfred?" ask Diana.

"As long as she hasn't taken Scarlet away and as long as Scarlet hasn't married her, we'll see."

"I hope he can keep Scarlet in good stead. We're old, Scarlet must need someone who can take care of her."

"I know" said Alfredo. He knew what his wife meant. He would not hand over his daughter to any man.

Scarlet and Samuel were already in the room. What they did was definitely let go of the longing. This time it could be freer because there were no two parents.

"I've been waiting for you for so long, but you didn't come. If my father hadn't come back, I would've left and we wouldn't have met."

"I can wait for you until you get home."

"That means I'll see you for a little while!"

"You seem impatient" said Samuel.

"I'm already impatient. Are you gonna be here a long time, Sam?"

"I don't think so, you know my job can't be left for long."

Scarlet was silent, her embrace getting tighter. They had just met but had to part ways soon. Is this what her mother felt? Although reluctant to separate but they have decided to establish a long distance relationship for the common good.

"There's no need to be sad" Samuel rubbed Scarlet's head and his hand was on Scarlet's chin and raised.

"I'll come once a week but if I can't, then you come to me!" said it.

"By meeting you, I will definitely come to you" Scarlet said.

"Good, don't forget to tell me whatever you're doing."

"Sure!" Scarlet on her tiptoes and kissed Samuel's lips. The happy feeling he felt but also there was a sense of sadness when he remembered their separation that would happen when Samuel left

"As long as I'm here, what if we go for a walk to spend some time together. Our date was canceled while in Paris, we changed in this city."

"Byeah, I've never been to this city either. Mommy and Daddy would've let it."

"Then I'll pick you up tomorrow!"

"I wait, Sam," Scarlet came back on her tiptoes because Samuel kissed her lips again. The two of them took advantage of time, especially no one was disturbed. Scarlet asks Samuel to stay longer and invites him to dinner together so that his parents get to know Samuel more.
