231. Luca Gets Both Pets
The figure of a sister.
How I always craved that.
During my life in Gardenia, I was raised by my father and mother as an only child. And when they left me in an unexpected disaster, I became alone in the world without anyone having a blood relationship with me.
Fortunately, I was cared for by Uncle Heisel and then knew the figure of an older brother named Kak Derickson. I live happily with them. However, it will obviously still feel different from the relationship of someone who is really intertwined with blood.

Mecha guns sprung up and prepared to shoot the demon.
But just before going to shoot, a voice from someone, heard,
[System, stop! He was my prey ever since he had hurt my contractor. You don't interfere because I'm the one who's gonna finish him off.]
Apparently, the voice came from Luca. No, it was different from Luca's usual voice that sounded a little cute. His voice sounded more charismatic and revealed a heartless figure.
Fire and water surrounded the monster. Aeghter tried to escape from the entanglement of pure mana who wanted to ensnare him. But he failed. The monster was swallowed by the raging fire and water. Aeghter wriggled and continued to squirm looking to free himself from his tantrums. However, a moment later the ripples of fire mixed with water suddenly calmed down. Aeghter, the cruel monster has been exterminated.

I'm sober. Apparently, I'm still in the game. However, I could no longer find the demon Aeghter everywhere. But Phineas was still lying there.
“Sister Phineas!”

It just happened. Know-how I got Brother Phineas as my pet. However, one that I wonder, if the system notification is true, then the monster named, Aeghter has been defeated. So who beat him?
Also, the system notification here is strange because it is said that I also participated in defeating him, even though I do not remember anything about ever launching an attack even on the monster named.
Could this be like a sleepwalk where we do reflexes while our bodies are still unconscious? If that's true, then it's pretty horrible in another sense to imagine me unknowingly killing someone while I'm asleep.
However, in the midst of all that, I was relieved. Brother Phineas is still able to live, even in a strange form. At least that's how I feel. But everything would be useless if this actually makes Phineas even more suffering if he does not accept the sudden change of form.
“Wah, what is this? My body is lighter and can float. Great!” Phineas said with pleasure.
Thank goodness that Phineas also accepted this as a positive thing.
