“Luca!” As soon as I walked out of A's virtual room, I heard Aunt Judith's voice calling out to me. Apparently, from now on it seems that Aunt Judith is worried about me who is alone in this foreign country even though we are only one room away.
“Duh, you are this, why suddenly move the room? You know, Aunt was very worried about you, you know.”
“Hehehehe. Sorry Aunt, I've seen the room next door crowded, so I was curious.”
“So, how? What's the exciting match?”
I was confused to answer what because if asked exciting, frankly not, it was boring. Maybe a lot of cheering people in the room thought it was a great match, but to me it was just a one-on-one scene so it was not at all pleasant to watch.
There is no such thing as seasonings of struggle to clash the spirit of the young soul or the like as always heralded by Uncle Heisel. It was obvious because the difference in the opposing force was too far away.
I also answered as much as Aunt Judith's question, “Yes that's it, Auntie.” I answer it while trying to smile as bright as possible so that automatically Aunt Judith will assume with a positive answer even though what I mean is ‘ya so’ the match is disappointing.
As I expected, it seems that Aunt Judith misunderstood and smiled brightly at him. Of course there is no need to ruin the mood of others just because my mood is bad.
I didn't lie, but I didn't spoil Aunt Judith's expectations in a bright mood either, so things ended well together.
I peeked into the virtual room B, where Kak Nina and Kak Raia were still. Apparently the fight there is still not over, but it seems to be approaching its climax.
The remaining two teams were left and both teams happened to be the ones who also got the most casualty scores. It was certain that the two of them could both qualify for the next round, but they seemed still brimming with fighting spirit in the fight.
This kind of fight is what I expected to watch. I'm sorry I didn't choose this place. But after some thought, being able to watch Alice and The Twin Dragon's doppelganger in the arena next door, it wasn't bad either.
I slipped in the back of the audience where Aunt Judith followed me from behind. Then I watched the rest of the game quietly. There was a team called Goliath from the newly established kingdom in Southern Europe against another team called Exdeus from the Korean Peninsula Country.
The Goliath team still has 3 players each armed with a large sword, spear, and the other appears to be riding a carriage pulled by two white horned horses with whips in his hands.
The Exdeus Team left 2 more players who can both fly with sci-fi equipment that looks very cool.
“Gae Bolg”, the spear holder then said his skill while throwing a spear in his hand. The spear also with incredible speed shot towards one of the Exdeus players, no, the spear turned magically and attacked the other Exdeus players.
The first Exdeus player to be directly targeted by the gameover was immediately pierced by a spear at a speed that he could not avoid, but the second Exdeus player was able to avoid the attack in the last seconds.
However, he could not dodge the attack so perfectly that his sci-fi equipment was damaged and he fell to the ground. Unfortunately, there he had been waiting for by the horse-drawn carriage rider who held the whip in his hand.
The rider controlled his chariot so that it sped quickly towards the remaining Exdeus player, then swiftly swung his whip which then wrapped around the body of the remaining Exdeus player.
The whip magically grew longer and closer which finally tore the body of the remaining exdeus player.
With the gameover of the remaining Exdeus players, Team Goliath went to the next round as the team that survived the last. However, Team Exdeus also continued to advance to the next round as the team with the most number of casualties score of 5, as well, although the Goliath Team of course still excels in the score of the number of casualties that is as much as 8.
After the match, I met with Kak Nina and Kak Raia.
“Ah, Luca. You're just freaking us out. I thought you kidnapped a flirtatious aunt and couldn't escape. Thank goodness you're okay.”
“So, Luca. Are we going to continue training again tonight?”
“Hoaaaaam. Today we were too tired to watch a lot of games and it was almost 9pm. How about we just go to bed tonight?” I immediately answered Raia's question while pretending to be sleepy.
“Seal! Agreed! I'm also very tired tonight. We'll practice tomorrow!” Brother Nina immediately looked very carefree as she listened to my decision.
But of course it's a lie. There's something I need to finish tonight where Kak Nina and Kak Raia can't be involved.
At around 21:30 pm, I slipped out of the hotel room without the knowledge of the others and moved towards the guest room vrmmorpg. There, I immediately chose the game The Last Gardenia then connect to the game.
I entered through the portal in the assassin guild. As soon as I entered, I heard an uneasy rumor regarding the news of the guild head swordsmen who was looking for a cleric capable of healing his elder sister who seemed to be sleeping eternally.
What is this about the three women we met earlier in the dimensional gap in the novice dungeon? So until now, they had not been conscious as well? If it is true that they experience eternal sleep sickness, then cleric strength alone is not enough. It takes light energy of a saint or saintess level to heal it. Out of curiosity, I immediately intended to go there directly to confirm it.
I don't know exactly how the power of the saint or saintess works, but if it's unconscious they have something to do with where the dead or the demonic energy, either, then it should be that my moon scythe that can absorb the essence of death and darkness would be of great help.
But the problem was that I could not enter that area just like that because that area was a limited area of guild swordsmen that only guild members could enter or at least form a party with one swordsmen players.
I decided to talk about his permission through Uncle Heisel.
“Oh, Luca. You finally came too. Why do you always come long? Do you know how much you miss you?”
As soon as I saw me, Uncle Heisel immediately hugged me, but the feeling, this has not been too long since my last visit. Didn't I just visit five days ago?
Forgetting that for a moment, I immediately asked about the swordsmen guild master who was looking for a cleric that I might be able to help him so that I wanted to be reunited with him.
However, rather than immediately answering my request, Uncle Heisel immediately asked another question, “By the way Luca, what is the circle where both of you have formed perfectly?”
What Uncle Heisel meant was whether I had even level 25 or not which was the level limit between novice veteran players and intermediate veteran players who had already reached that stage, I mean I have to request my staging exam, the second level after the maturation exam, or the player term is the unlocking of the third level.
“Not yet, Uncle. Just a little more.”
“You don't lazy training! You must immediately return to form the strength of your body lost due to the disaster.”
“Hehehehehe.” I laughed softly at Uncle's advice.
Until now, Uncle Heisel still thinks that my body is having problems due to disasters according to the version of the story I told him. It was because I couldn't be honest that this was just the avatar's body, while my original body with the same power was still as it used to be in the real world.
It was because the prohibition of such a strict system controlled everything I said to the residents of Gardenia. Nor do I have a way back to this place with my real body.
Oh right, come to think of it, I was too busy training the club while training the preparation for Kak Nina and Kak Raia's club entrance exams lately so as not to pay attention to raise the level of my avatar's body. Maybe after my business is sorted out with Uncle Visgore and Emperor Brother for a bit, I will make use of the rest of the time available for level-ups.
