The Return of the Mad Witch

The Return of the Mad Witch
The Mihovil Continent

Valencia flows Devina's body using magic. Her magic tendrils entered the core of Devina's body. Slowly he felt a thorny chain in Devina's heart. The color of the girl's heart is now slowly turning pale and almost towards the brink of death.

Valencia further strengthened his magic flow until at last the magic tendril Valencia touched Devina's heart. Then it tried to release one by one the thorny chains that were shackled at the core of Devina's body.

"A little more of the curse will come off."

Ten minutes after the struggle, the curse was released. The entire thorny chain that clamped down on Devina's heart vanished instantly. Now that Devina's body temperature is warm, Valencia managed to save her in time.

Abraham and Linita waited full of worry in front of the room. Henzo and Reibert and Xeros were busy observing every corner of the palace as they feared that there would be further attacks from the enemy.

"How's this? What if Devina can't be saved?" Linita could not help but feel sadness, and tears fell from the corner of his vision.

Abraham tries to appease his wife and convinces Valencia that he can save Devina.

"Don't worry, just trust Valencia. That girl is stronger than we know."

Then the door of the room opened, Valencia out of the room and immediately informed Devina's current condition.

"Uncle, Auntie, Devina was rescued. The curse has been lifted and you don't have to worry anymore" Valencia said.

It was such a relief, they could breathe a sigh of relief now that Devina had survived the brink of death. Without lingering, the two of them went straight into the room to meet Devina. There was no stopping them giving thanks, thanks to the magic of Valencia now everything went normal.

"Good job." Frintz threw a bottle of cold drinking water towards Valencia.

Valencia caught the bottle. "thank you. Today so many surprising things happened."

Frintz sat next to Valencia.

"But we got through it. Even so, I still felt completely unreliable. I'm still a long way downstairs and there's a lot I don't know about magic."

Valencia smiled faintly, he could read it all from the look on the faces of the men. Sometimes they feel overwhelmed by this fact. Because Valencia often put his body as a shield to protect others. But they still don't feel perfect being a witch.

"Don't feel that way, it was a bit heavy at first. However, you will get used to it and your magic will increase with time. You just need to wait while practicing using the magic book I gave you," Valencia said.

Valencia sighed again, this time trapped in confusion. However, he could not have told Frintz because it was about his identity.

"It turns out you're here, the Archduke and the Emperor are calling us into his room."

Suddenly Leano came bearing a message for the two of them. Valencia and Frintz immediately left their seats and went to Abraham's room.

There Henzo and Abraham looked serious, they seemed to be questioning what they saw today. It made no sense when they witnessed the magic radiance from Valencia's body as well as from the five men they knew.

"Can you explain everything that happened today?" henzo asked open his voice, he represented Abraham's question.

Valencia exhaled while improving his sitting position. He only felt an aura of seriousness here. The five men who were around focused their eyes on him as they gestured waiting for Valencia to open their voices.

"Well, where do I start the story? It started when I attempted suicide."

Valencia told Henzo and Abraham everything. Of course he told stories using engineered storylines that he had prepared from far away. This time lying becomes a little lighter than before.

Fortunately they believed every word that came from the mouth of Valencia. Both of them had the same expression, an unexpected mimic because only this time they witnessed firsthand the workings of magic.

The vast expanse of land stretched barren, no sunlight illuminated and there was only the endless darkness of night. The sound of crows flying then perched on the corpses of humans who were scattered in the abandoned forest.

The current situation is the situation in one of the imperial regions on the Mihovil continent. No life was felt there, there was only an aura of death lurking at all times.

Inside the tower, it is inhabited by a number of witches. Their clothes are each inscribed with a symbol of a violet butterfly like the color of Klarybell's eyes. It was the emblem of the magic tower that was once led by Klarybell.

"Hows it? Did you manage to take down the people who were going to come here?"

"Just calm down, we managed to knock them down in one strike."

"Thank God, this way today we'll be safe for a while. Honestly, I'm so tired of always living in the pursuit of the enemy. Had the Great Witch been alive, she would not have let the continent of Mihovil fall into ruin."

The witches looked desperate, their faces agitated and exhausted. The Mihovil continent has been devastated since Klarybell died over eight hundred years ago.

"I also hope that the Great Witch will return to this place so that we can build the Mihovil continent that has fallen apart."

A male magician was in front of a dark blue giant magic crystal. When he observed the magic crystal, suddenly his magic crystal shook.

"Vibrate ... The magic crystal vibrates! Hey, comehere! Look at this, the magic crystal is shaking!" the thrill of summoning all the fellow magicians to approach towards the magic crystal.

In an instant the atmosphere of the tower turned noisy. They were rowdy as the magic crystal that was guarded wholeheartedly suddenly shook.

"What makes you guys so noisy? Did something interesting happen?"

Two handsome men walked into the room where they were.

"Mr Arc, Mr Catrion, look at this! The magic crystal is shaking!"

The eyes of the two men widened instantly, as soon as the two headed before the magic crystal.

"Hey, Arc, if this magic crystal vibrates then that means Klarybell is alive" said Catrion, a platinum blonde with blue eyes like water.

"Right, Klarybell is alive. I mean, he's probably in someone else's body right now" replied Arc, a brunette and golden-eyed man.

They were the two men closest to Klarybell. They're always with Klarybell and they're with him wherever he is.

"This magic crystal is vibrating because Klarybell just used his magic. We need to find out where Klarybell is. Now hurry up and track down the source of Klarybell's magic!"

Catrion immediately gave orders to all the witches. Suddenly everyone was preoccupied with the signs of Klarybell's magic.

"I'm sorry, sir, it looks like something's blocking us from tracking down His Excellency Klarybell."

"There is an impeding foreign power, as if it were deliberately hiding its existence."

Turns out this isn't as easy as Arc and Catrion thought. They can't just trace Klarybell's whereabouts.

"In that case, inevitably I have to get out of Mihovil to find his whereabouts" Arc said.

"That's the only way you can find Klarybell. You have to look for it all over the world, don't miss a single one."

Arc nodded, at least in this way the two of them felt a great relief after going through a difficult day for eight hundred years more.

Then Arc and Catrion move towards a glass coffin located in the same room. Inside the coffin lies Klarybell's empty body, which has been guarded for hundreds of years by the two of them.

"Bell, we've been taking good care of your body all this time. So, we hope you can go back and use your body to fight again. Really, it feels so heavy, it's been so fucked up here. But, take it easy, we'll both pick you up."
