Rumor of the Girl Carrying the Curse

Once again the bad news hit the residence of Grand Duke Allerick. The mysterious death of three servants led to the emergence of rumors and speculation that cornered Grand Duke Allerick. Behind the incident also Valencia was given a satisfactory advantage. In addition to his relief from people who dared to disturb his life, Valencia also got calm in this residence for a while.

"The bodies of the three of them are terrible, I can't see the bodies."

"It's so weird, why did they die simultaneously? What might have something to do with Miss Valencia?"

"Huh? Why do you think that?"

"Don't you remember? Before they died, they had a chance to deal with Miss Valencia. They're harassing and slandering Miss Valencia, so I think they're cursed after doing something bad."

A terrible curse of death loomed over each of them, even now slowly the servants and knights moved away from Valencia. They refused to deal with Valencia before they themselves got their karma.

"Yet you're looking for trouble, but I'm only leaving you for a moment. But, look! Your reputation's getting worse" said Sean.

"I don't care, what matters is that my revenge is avenged. I know that I can't kill people anymore, but know that sometimes we kill people who dare to disturb our lives. If they're left alone, we don't know what's the worst chance of that happening."

"But—"

"Sstt, just shut up, you're here to watch me instead of lecturing me" Valencia quickly cut.

Sean was out of his mind to face Valencia, before he was rebuked by Davey about the commotion made by Valencia at the residence of Grand Duke Allerick. However, no matter how many times Sean tried to advise Valencia, there was absolutely no point.

"Bell, are you sure you want to be a goddess?" ask Sean.

Valencia smiled faintly as he turned his eyes towards the clear sky.

"Yes, I'm serious, but that doesn't mean ordinary people can just treat me. I'm not a gentle woman and I can't behave like an ordinary man. You and Davey should have known that from the start. Sending me to the human world was not a good decision" Valencia said.

At first glance Sean caught a hollow expression on Valencia's facial line. Seeing that Sean was no longer commenting, he decided to let Valencia act as he wished himself some time.

When the time showed at seven o'clock in the evening, Valencia came out of his room to the family dining room. He planned to appear at the family dinner at the main residence. At first Sean strictly forbade Valencia to go there, but eventually Sean also lost arguing with the girl.

"Why don't you invite me to dinner? Am I not part of this family?"

Everyone's eyes were immediately fixed on the direction of Valencia's arrival from the entrance. They were forced to stop their eating to see what else Valencia was going to do.

"Usually you never set foot in the dining room, then why do you want to eat together in the dining room now?" Adarian responded to Valencia coldly and with a sharp eye.

Valencia pulled a chair close to Helen, the mother. Regardless of Adarian's sharp gaze, Valencia just sat down and joined them.

"Geez, you made my appetite disappear, the son of a pesky bearer and a curse bearer was sitting in front of me" said a long-haired black woman. His silver eyes looked down on Valencia and his smile was filled with rottenness. Yes, the woman was an Adarian concubine or Adarian affair named Guilla.

Valencia smiled a haughty smile while propping up his chin looking at Guilla.

"Geez, I thought what the smell was, it was the smell of commoners. How low the taste of the Grand Duke brought a street entertainer woman who valued her body cheaply to this residence. I think the Grand Duke's eyes need to be examined," Valencia replied, quipping Guilla.

Guilla's face was momentarily flushed with anger by Valencia's words that hit right into his heart. Valencia said with a plain smile, that was what caused Guilla to grow even more furious. Suddenly the atmosphere of the dining room became uncomfortable, even Adarian alone did not accept to hear Guilla insulted Valencia.

"How dare you insult my mother!" endry shouted in defense of Guilla.

"I'm not insulting, this is the fact, you were born from the results of their affair. I'm sure the Grand Duke paid your mother to serve her, but in the end she fell in love with your mother whose beauty is not the same as the Grand Duchess."

Adarian kicked down the dinner table, he could no longer bear to hear Valencia berate Guilla. The woman was now crying sobbing, of course the tears she let out were all fake.

"Valencia, shut up! Don't test my patience! You have insulted Guilla, now apologize to your stepmother! Don't make me angry because of your bad attitude" said Adarian.

"Why did you ask Valencia to apologize? Guilla started first, so he should have apologised to Valencia" Helen said of Valencia.

Valencia was stunned, unexpectedly his mother defended him for the first time in a lifetime. Helen does not accept that Valencia is blamed for defending the woman loved by her husband.

"Now you're defending him? The girl did something wrong! Guilla didn't mean to offend him but he instead responded with an unpleasant word." Adarian does not accept Guilla being told to apologize to Valencia.

"You've always stood up for this lady! But clearly he offended Valencia first. Just because he gave you a son so you defended him desperately!"

Valencia watched his parents noisily pointing at each other. Valencia was aware that Helen was actually defending him not because she was affectionate, but because she did not want to lose to Guilla.

"You kids and Mom are the same! This is why I don't like girls."

Valencia got up from a sitting position, he stepped across the table and approached Guilla who was still crying. Endry was always by her mother's side, comforting Guilla not to cry anymore.

"Why is this woman so weak? Should the Grand Duchess just kick him out of this residence or should I complain about this to Uncle Emperor?"

Silent. The tumultuous situation in the dining room became silent as Valencia called the Emperor before them all.

"What did you say? Why should the Emperor interfere in the matter in the residence of Grand Duke Allerick?!" endry.

"Okay, why? Maybe it's because only the Emperor can repel these pests."
