It had been almost 5 minutes, I was still staring at Almira's face without blinking. However, I still did not find the pretense that I had suspected. "I think I saw it wrong." After confirming the condition of Almira, now I am back on my feet. Stepping to the dressing table to style my hair so that my current appearance could be exactly the same as Almira.

"Am I ready for the reality to be revealed?" I asked myself. Asking for readiness if all my suspicions are proven true.

When I was not done convincing myself, the sound of Mas Denis' car was heard entering the gate of the house. I went straight out of the room without looking at Almira, which I had confirmed if she was asleep.

"Tumben Mas Denis is home at this hour. Was he not too busy at the office today?" my question while accelerating my footsteps to go downstairs to welcome the return of Mas Denis. Stupidly, I forgot to realize that I was currently exchanging roles with my twin sister.

After arriving right in front of Mas Denis, I remained silent as my husband called out Almira's name. Of course I'm surprised. How not, I almost call Mas Denis as me, even though I am currently exchanging roles to Almira.

"What's really going on, Mira? Why would Lissa have such a plan? What else does he want to do?"

Mas Denis' question immediately made me wonder what he meant. For a moment I thought, remembering the moment where I had seen Almira was like pretending to show me if she was affected by the effects of sleeping pills that I had mixed into her avocado juice.

In the middle of my daydream that was not over, Mas Denis again called the name Almira until I immediately turned my head, then saw it with the look of my face that was still filled with question marks.

"Mira, what's wrong with you? Are you sick?" Denis was so attentive that it made me start to feel upset. To me, this concern seemed to further justify my suspicion that Mas Denis and Almira had a special relationship behind me.

"I'm nothing, Mom. Here I bring you his briefcase!" I tried to get back to Mas Denis' attention. Fishing for his attitude to show more closeness between himself and Almira so that I can find out. However, instead of giving me the briefcase in his hand, Mas Denis asked me to get nervous because he started suspecting my disguise.

"You are weird! I didn't want to make Lissa misunderstand our closeness. It's not that from the beginning our goal was to make Lissa aware that she would admit her mistakes and become a better person. Don't you forget all that? Moreover, you yourself asked me to give Lissa a chance, whereas before I was really angry, even I wanted to divorce her directly."

The words of Denis are shocking. I still find it hard to believe what I just heard from my husband's mouth if it turns out that Almira even has good intentions for me. He even asked my husband to forgive me and give me a chance. It's fitting that Mas Denis's attitude last night was completely different if I compare it with the one this morning. Have I been wrong for thinking too badly about Almira? Turns out he's not what I think he is? But, what does that mean? From deliberately burning my mother's house to giving laxatives to my stomach ache, what exactly is the purpose of all that?
