It wasn't long before the thousands of leaves started to reunite and form twelve green leaves, unfortunately the green leaf was not as common as every subordinate of Zhen Yuan could feel a terrifying strength in every single leaf.
Old Kasya and the prince of Lucifer even goosebumps feeling the power of Zhen Yuan's tribulation lightning. They could not imagine what if they were on Zhen Yuan's side.
“I have always been curious about the endless power of lord Zhen Yuan! I even dreamed of being able to have such power, but if every ascension requires a struggle like this then I am very grateful not to have it” said prince Lucifer.
Zhen Yuan had a solemn expression on his face, he had prepared when he felt the first heavenly tribulation lightning coming and raining down on the earth preparing to negate whatever it was going through.
The young man closed his eyes, he was preparing to allow some heavenly lightning to purify his body and soul.
Old Kasya and the other subordinates were surprised by Zhen Yuan's actions, they thought that Zhen Yuan would use one of his techniques to eliminate the first one. It was obvious, however, that Zhen Yuan had no such intention.
He waited quietly as the first lightning entered his body. The lightning that took the form of a green leaf touched his body and emitted a green and purple radiance simultaneously. Zhen Yuan felt his body hot and cold as lightning touched his body.
The grains of ice began to appear on the left while Zhen Yuan's body began to redden as if burning on the right.
Zhen Yuan gritted his teeth, he could feel if his body started to be purified by the heavenly tribulation lightning. Slowly but surely his Heavenly Poison Body technique began to undergo changes.
Previously Zhen Yuan was very confused as having no way to improve his Heavenly Poison Body technique, as if it had reached its limit. But thanks to this tribulation, he was able to raise his poison constitution to a higher level.
“Second and third drivers come at once!” Zhen Yuan snapped as the first heavenly lightning began to fade from his body.
As if provoked by Zhen Yuan's provocation, two strands of green leaves descended simultaneously. Zhen Yuan smiled slightly, his hand suddenly explained and started to pull out a circle of formations which then turned into a tight rope and tried to catch two strands of green leaves.
“Time to make a sacrifice!” Zhen Yuan intended to store his energy facing the fourth and fifth tribulation lightning while he directed the two leaves towards his small world.
“The ladybugs, you should absorb as many heavenly lightning bolts as possible even if they hurt and sacrifice many of your people” Zhen Yuan warned the heavenly ladybug queen before entering two strands of tribulation.
Zhen Yuan could feel the tribulation lightning roaring within his small world and ravaging everything within it until the heavenly ladybugs began to intervene and try to control it.
“Now the fourth heavenly lightning!” The green leaf fell in an invisible speed, Zhen Yuan was almost unprepared when the lightning pierced through his body.
Zhen Yuan immediately circulated the poisonous body technique to overcome the fourth lightning. Zhen Yuan's poisonous body began to expand uncontrollably, the young man's face turned pale after sensing his body technique was about to explode.
But the young man tried not to panic at the moment, knowing that panic would only make the situation worse. The first step he took was to cast the lightning depth he mastered to the perfection stage.
His now blue lightning immediately collided with the green-colored lightning leaves before finally exploding and entering Zhen Yuan's body. The energy that originally wanted to explode was slowly muted by the depths of Zhen Yuan's laws.
However that alone was not enough to stop him, when Zhen Yuan was still thinking of another way, the fifth leaf strand suddenly fell down and struck him with green lightning once again.
He did not have preparation this time so the energy that initially began to dampen is now again turbulent even stronger. Zhen Yuan had to spit out a few sips of black blood due to the fifth lightning.
“Storm Rage!” Zhen Yuan shouted using the Mystic technique he mastered. His technique managed to destroy half of the fifth lightning tribulation while the rest entered Zhen Yuan's body ferociously and muffled his bones and flesh.
“I should be able to hold it!” Zhen Yuan was determined. The fourth and fifth heavenly lightning now wrestled within his body trying to destroy the inside of Zhen Yuan's body. The excruciating pain was immediately felt by Zhen Yuan all over his body.
Zhen Yuan was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief after fifteen minutes had passed, both the fourth and fifth lightning had depleted his energy and they had finally turned into energy that was purified by Zhen Yuan's body.
