Trapped in Brother Love

A few hours Alice waited for Mike not to come home. He then laid his body on the bed while looking at the ceiling. He continued to remember the treatment of Esme and Haris who seemed to corner him. Alice feels she has no family, even though Esme, Haris and Mike are in the house.

“Mike where are you? I need you now,” Alice said softly.

Tonight the atmosphere felt quiet and quiet for Alice who only stayed in the room mourning her fate. No tears continued to wet Alice's cheeks until she finally fell asleep because her eyes felt heavy due to crying.

Meanwhile, Mike glanced at his watch which had shown at 00:00 p.m. He decided to go home because tomorrow morning he still had to go to the office. Mike drove his car across the slightly quiet city streets, as it was already entering midnight.

Along the way home, Mike kept remembering Brandon's words some time ago that advised him about karma.

Actually, he was disturbed by Brandon's words talking about karma to him, neat on the other hand he felt disbelief with the karma. Esme should have gotten her karma, right?

The Flashback

While Mike was having a glass of whisky and a cigarette on the balcony of Johan's apartment, Brandon suddenly approached him and sat down next to Mike. 

“From yesterday your phone kept ringing, but why didn't you pick it up?” brandon asked, he grabbed a glass of whisky in Mike's hand.

“That's Alice, not too important,” said Mike, who didn't care about the incoming call coming from Alice.

“Already Mike, you better stop all your bad plans against Alice,” said Brandon who had previously continued to strongly oppose Mike's plan.

“What's really why? I enjoy this game,” said Mike.

Mike is suspicious because Brandon continues to defend Alice as if he likes Alice, but Brandon denies it and says he has a lover.

“Oh Mike, don't you believe in karma? What if karma turns on you? Are you ready to take it all?” ask Brandon.

Mike chuckled at Brandon's words. “Do you still believe in such superstitions?” mike meredek.

“It's up to you not to believe what I'm saying, but at least I told you right from the start,” Brandon said and left Mike alone on the balcony of Johan's apartment

Mike just smiled cynically looking at Brandon who passed away leaving him. For Mike, he couldn't believe what Brandon had just said. What was inside his head right now was to avenge Alice and Esme who had destroyed the happiness in his family.

Flashback Off

At once Mike realized that Alice was his sister, but somehow Mike did not feel the slightest affection like a brother towards his sister. Therefore it was easy for Mike to hurt Alice.

Perhaps because he hated Esme and Alice so much that he did not feel the brotherly relationship between himself and Alice, even though they were one father.

“No, until whenever I will not be willing to accept him as my sister, let alone accept Esme to be my mother,” muttered Mike with hatred, he said, he hits the steering wheel of his car vents his frustration towards Esme and Alice.

Imagining the two of them alone makes Mike can not control his own emotions.

He still had Johan on his side, his friend agreeing to his plan. At least there were still people on his side to avenge him against Esme and Alice.

It took half an hour to get to his family home. After arriving, he immediately entered the house, the atmosphere was quiet because everyone in this house was already sound asleep.

Mike immediately went up to his room, he undressed and went straight into the bathroom.

He turned on the tap to fill the bathtub. It feels like Mike takes a few minutes to relax the muscles in his body.

"It seems like next time I have to go relax my muscles, because lately my body is always stiffening" Mike murmured.

After cleaning his body, Mike prepares to sleep because he is also tired. Before going to bed, he opened his phone and saw many incoming messages and missed calls from Alice.

He frowned and looked at every message Alice sent him. To Mike the content of the message was unimportant, but looking at the way Alice typed it, it seemed that the woman was very worried about him.

“You are worried about me apparently, cheap woman,” muttered Mike while smiling cynically.

Instantly popped into Mike's mind to re-enter and sneak into Alice's room. Mike got down from his bed and headed to Alice's room, not far from his room.

Slowly Mike opens Alice's unlocked room door and goes inside. Mike saw Alice sleeping with a face that looked as if she was crying.

“You worried about me crying like this,” Mike said in his heart.

Mike smiled as he thought Alice was crying because she ignored the messages and calls from Alice. Mike is thrilled when he thinks his plan to hurt Alice's inner self slowly begins to see results. 

“Finally my plan to break your heart worked,” mumbled Mike. "Wait for the time to come when I throw you out like shit, Alice. I can't wait to see you and Esme get hit."

At first Mike wanted to go out and go back to sleep in his room. But somehow it feels like Mike wants to sleep together in Alice's room tonight. Unbeknownst to Alice, Mike lay beside her while hugging Alice. 

Mike has a habit if he wants to sleep with Alice he will go into his room and he will come out of Alice's room before the people in this house fly so that no one knows if all this time he had always harassed Alice.

Alice, who was actually awakened by Mike's presence, pretended to close her eyes as if she were asleep. He doesn't want to talk to Mike.

“Gosh, why did you come in my mood like this Mike,” Alice said in her heart. 

Alice actually awakens when Mike hugs her, but out of guilt for her mother's sudden attitude to occupy Raina's room, Alice chooses to pretend to be asleep.

Mike clenched Alice's body warmly. Alice tried to restrain herself from waking up. Alice's head was currently filled with fear, constantly thinking about how Mike would react if he knew his late mother's room was overrun by Alice's mother.

Alice can't imagine how angry Mike would be if she knew Esme had occupied her late mother's room, let alone Make was always sensitive about her mother. Mike would have assumed that Esme had deliberately taken over everything that her mother had.
