"Take Alice for me, because right now you're the one she thinks is the helper who saved her from danger, I'm asking you to help, Brandon. So you can help me explain my true feelings to Alice, if there's anything call me immediately." 

"Of course, I'll make sure Alice comes back to you. The two of you will get back together and continue your love story without any more fear and so on." Brandon said it was an expression of Mike's trust in him, that Mike's problem with Alice could be solved with Brandon's help.

Mike decides to leave the hospital because it's useless that he's there, while Alice doesn't want his whereabouts.

Alice quietly listened, she did feel that Mike's love seemed real and sincere. Although Alice also knew, Mike was a rude and arrogant man, it was before Mike fell in love with her. Since the two decided to get in a relationship.
