Trapped in Brother Love

Tired of crying all night, making Alice fall asleep curled up with her eyes moist. He wakes up with a sick head, but tries to stay awake. Alice has to get back to work. And he doesn't want to until Mike scolds him if it's too late. Even though Mike was out of town for a job.

Alice forced her weak body, because last night she did not have time to eat and cry for a long time. So naturally if Alice seems to have no energy, Alice still remembers the incident last night that made her have to get a hard slap from her mother's hand, sore. Still feels until now, even from the corner of his lips looks a little bruised. Alice stroked it and she closed it using a thin powder to make it less noticeable.

"I must be strong, I must not be weak. Come Alice. Be excited" he whispered to himself.

After she finished preparing to go to work, Alice walked out of her room. He chose not to have breakfast at home because Alice was again lazy to meet Esme, last night's events still stuck in Alice's heart and of course cheeks. So he's better off avoiding his mother than he'll be hooked.

"Breakfast first, Alice," cried Haris, as he saw Alice coming out of the room and walking through the dining room.

"I'm in a hurry, so breakfast at work only. I'm leaving first." Alice just left, leaving many questions in Haris' mind.

While Esme did not respond at all to Alice's reasoning, because Esme knew that her daughter was deliberately avoiding her. And it doesn't matter to Esme, let Alice be like that, so she realizes her mistake and doesn't repeat it again.

Alice had arrived at the hotel, she felt surprised because she did not see some employees who bullied her yesterday, without Alice knowing if yesterday happened because of Mike. The man was happy to torture the inner and hurt Alice, but Mike was angry also did not accept that anyone else hurt Alice.

"Thank God they don't exist anymore. So I could focus my work and need to fear them again" Alice muttered, she waltzed into the hotel feeling calm. 

No one looked at him with a cynical look, and also full of hatred. So Alice could raise her head, without bowing her head again. Alice hoped that people would not return to work in the same hotel as her.

Yesterday while still out of town Mike immediately told his secretary to fire the employees who bullied Alice, somehow he did not like it, Mike would only be satisfied if he hurt Alice.

"Firing everyone who has done evil to Alice, I will not let anyone work to demean each other like that, I have seen the CCTV footage. And make sure they all get out of the hotel immediately." Mike ordered his secretary to do his orders by phone yesterday.

"Good, sir. I'm working on it now" replied secretary Mike.

So everyone who bullied Alice was called to meet her secretary Mike, because she had orders from him. They were all astonished and did not know what made them until gathered like this.

They were all of course surprised, because they did not expect that he had done it yesterday to Alice. It turns out that it causes them to have to lose their jobs, even though this job gives a lot of benefits for all of them. But now, there's nothing more they can do, because they can't possibly dare to fight Mike.

Alice of course does not know, if the people who bullied her yesterday have been fired by Mike. Before Alice gets to the hotel. So that he did not see what the surprised faces of all of them were like, while Mike asked his secretary not to let Alice find out about the dismissal of them all.

"It's so relaxing that there aren't any of them, so I can comfortably work, '" Alice muttered with a happy smile.

Alice immediately finished her work, and she prepared for lunch. Especially since the morning he only ate one pack of bread, as a stomach booster. As Alice walks through the hotel hallway, she accidentally sees Mike's shadow. The man she misses so much, it means that Mike has come home from out of town.

"Mike," said Alice, but her voice could be caught by Mike's ears.

Mike stopped his steps, asking the others to go first to the meeting room. Mike stood up for a while, normalizing himself as if he wanted to do something bad to Alice. 

"You're home yet? How's your job out of town, is everything going well?" Alice was happy, as she could see Mike standing up and stop his steps after he mentioned his name.

Seeing Mike who was silent, made Alice walk closer to Mike. While Mike is trying to quell his anger, he has to do something to get Alice back to feeling the pain that Mike did yesterday when Alice saw Mike's anger at home.

"You're okay, right? Why just shut up?" Alice became anxious, because she thought that something bad had happened to Mike so that the man just kept quiet, not answering his question.

Mike has found a way, so he can see the sadness in Alice's eyes. Wordlessly, Mike left at a quick pace. No matter the shock on Alice's face. Suddenly, Alice became sad. Mike ignored it again. Alice could not stop Mike, who was walking quickly to the meeting room, and died alone without explanation.

"Feel that, Alice. I will not let your life be happy, I will torment your mind and your heart, so that your mother is aware of what she has done to her late mother" murmured Mike without looking back, where Alice is still standing.

Alice sadly stared at Mike's departure, not feeling her tears fall. He came back crying after crying all night for his fate, until he forgot to eat and ended up with a swollen eye and a headache.

"It turns out you're still mad and hate me, Mike. I thought your attitude would return to how it was. Because honestly it hurts so much when you ignore me and not a word you say, when I really need you to be the listener of all my heart's grievances and sorrows." Alice passed by, she went to lunch because her stomach hurt. Because last night did not eat and the morning only ate bread.
