Trapped in Brother Love

Alice was still glued to her place, staring at Mike who ignored her after telling Alice that Mike was not wanting to be disturbed. So even though Alice was feeling sad, but she couldn't do anything. Maybe it was the best decision for both, so Alice could not force her will.

"You act as if affirming if our relationship has ended, I realize that we can no longer be together," Alice concluded about Mike's attitude to him, which looks like it is.

Alice left no longer caring around, she who was about to have lunch, finally chose to pass to one place and it seemed like Alice had to fill her stomach immediately. Although her mood is not good, but Alice should not be selfish on her own health. At least his stomach was filled with just a few mouthfuls.

Mike smiled with satisfaction from his study to see Alice hurt, the deep sadness on Alice's face, which was what Mike wanted. Hurting the woman's inner self is a happiness thing for Mike's heart.

"This is so good for you, Alice. I'm so happy to see you hurt like that. But this is still not how much, because I'll add to the more painful." Mike's eyes were so sharp, hate was gathering there. Either with his little heart at this time, whether it was also nice to see Alice suffer or even also feel pain.

Everything can only be known by God and Mike himself, all his cold and haughty attitude has hurt Alice. Even Mike did not care what kind of pain Alice felt, which Mike knew if Alice was suffering so much with all her actions.

Alice could not finish her meal, only a few bribes that she managed to swallow. It was also because forced, because Alice did not want to fall ill due to neglecting her stomach. After it was finished, Alice decided to return to continue her work. 

When it was time to go home from work, Alice needed time to be alone first. So he decided not to go home, but he would go to a place that could provide a sense of comfort and calm for his current mood. 

"I'm not coming home tonight, I'm staying outside." Alice contacted Esme and told her she was going to stay outside.

"Yes, it's up to you. Do whatever you want," Esme answered completely unconcerned with her daughter, not even asking Alice where she would stay.

Esme's indifference and indifference to Alice had long since been done, as if Alice no longer meant anything to her. Indeed, it turns out that in this world there is a mother who does not even care about her own daughter. But Alice seemed to have gotten used to her mother's indifference, so Alice felt ordinary. 

Alice took a deep breath, at a time like this. Only that place was able to restore Alice's spirit, let alone tomorrow's weekend, so the choice to stay outside was an appropriate decision that Alice chose. Even if she hadn't told Esme, her mother wouldn't have been anxious that her daughter wasn't coming home, and was somewhere else she didn't know where Alice was.

Alice would go to one of the orphanages that she used to visit, so for Alice to gather with those who no longer have parents much more make her heart happy, than Alice was at home, with her parents, but no happiness in Alice's heart. 

Alice had imagined how the faces of the children in the orphanage would greet her with a sincere smile, so Alice impatiently wanted to look at the faces like an angel. Not to forget Alice also brought a lot of food for the residents of the orphanage as well as the owner of the place, as Alice used to do every time she came to visit.

"Alice, how are you, son? A long time ago came again," said the woman who immediately hugged Alice who also hugged her tightly.

"I'm good news, Mom. Sorry, just came to visit. Because there's more work, so it's straight here. It happens to be tomorrow weekend, so I want to stay here. May it?" Alice let go of his embrace, and conveyed her wish.

"Of course you can, whenever you want to stay here. Mom was so happy. Come on in, the kids must be happy because her brother's coming." The woman took Alice by the hand and the two of them went inside to meet all the residents of the orphanage.

When Alice went inside, all the children in the orphanage immediately rushed to attack Alice. They all wanted to hug Alice. This makes the sadness in Alice's heart changed with happiness that is able to eliminate her sadness. Alice laughed with the children's behavior, and one by one hugged them.

"Sister bring food for all of you, let's eat together. Please help brother bring it inside, yeah." Alice gives plastic bags to children older than other children.

They carry a plastic bag containing food that Alice bought while on the road to the beach, the smile and happiness of all the children is a gift for Alice who is not even an orphan, he said, but the children were much happier than those who still had complete parents.

The mother of the parlour approached Alice who was sitting while watching the children who were also sitting not far from where she is now, they all enjoyed the food brought by Alice. The mother of the parlour sat beside Alice and both of them smiled, as if the middle-aged woman understood the sadness of Alice's heart.

"Stay here if it is able to eliminate sadness also calm your heart, mother will certainly be happy with your presence in the home. So do the children," said the mother of the parlour while looking into Alice's eyes which harbored a lot of sadness.

"Thank you, Mom." Alice nodded as well smiling.

In the parlour, Alice felt so calm and peaceful. Though they are not all her family, Alice deactivates her phone. He deliberately did that so that nothing would disturb his current calmness, his body was so tired, just like his inner self . Mike's treatment seems to throw off all the happiness in his life after Esme never cared about him.

"I'll rest, Mom. Good night." Alice said goodbye to the mother of the orphanage, she headed to the room she used to live in when she was visiting the parlour.

"Yes, rest. Your body and heart need it most. Good night," said the woman in a soft voice, and she went to her room after confirming that all the children had entered.
