...Prologue...
The sun had just sunk with its light. The moon began to rise in the sky which began to darken. The crowds of daytime activities began to fade. Many people stay at home after a long day of activities. The night has come.
At the time of this turn of time usually the atmosphere is quieter and quieter. Likewise in a large field in the middle of one of the cities. The grass field is large enough to be a football field. The light from the building around the field was not bright enough to illuminate the entire field. From the eyes of a human, there was nothing there but a dark field at the beginning of the night. But. There's something big going on there.
Today is the 29th of the Sabbath. The last day of the eighth month in the Hijri calendar. It also meant the last moment for the Jinns to freely roam the Earth among the human race. Tonight, in that dark and desolate field, was the time and place of the fight between the two Jin camps. One camp is the people who always incite people and the other camp is the opposite. At first glance there was no difference from the members of the two camps, each part of its body was burning with eternal flames. But if you look more carefully, there will be a significant difference. The fortress that incited humans had eyes that lit up dark red like blood. While the other stronghold had eyes that lit up golden red like sunlight. Dark Jin and Bright Jin, so they are called.
The two camps hit each other, kicking, snapping, biting, and some of them tickled their opponents. Some of them clashed with fists while floating in the air like a hot air balloon. Some hit each other on the ground like humans. And few of them, the strongest of the strongest, attacked each other at such a high speed that the human eye would not be able to follow. Only a flash of red light from the flames emerged from them.
The fight was a big mess. But as the seconds changed for the minutes, time was running out for the Jinns. As the night sky darkened, their flame glow grew brighter, before flickering and finally; "Boom!"
One Jin of the Dark Jin Type vanished in the middle of the fight. Disappear like fire watered by water. Then another one of the Dark Jin also vanished, followed by another. One by one they blinked before disappearing. And not only the Dark Jin, the Bright Jin also began to disappear one by one. In just a matter of minutes, all of the Jinn fighting on that field had vanished. All the... Except one. The last Jin of the Dark Jin. Its appearance resembled a mummy whose entire body was wrapped in bandages.
Why didn't this last Jin disappear like the rest of the Jin Nation? What will he do during Ramadan without a nation of his kind? How he went through his life while... Trapped in Ramadan?
...Jin and Human...
28 Sacrifice. Nightly.
Meatball Mama. It was the name of a simple meatball food stall built in front of the owner's house in the middle of a densely populated area on the outskirts of a small town. The stall has a total of 4 tables flanked by long benches on either side. But now it is filled with only 1 table. At the table was a pair of young men. Their age may be at the end of a dozen years. Still teenagers. The black long-haired girl wore long black jeans and a long-sleeved shirt that was also black. The fat-haired youth was wearing black long jeans and a brown hooded jacket. They had just finished eating their meatballs and were still chatting affectionately, until... Another customer came.
Two teenage boys who were the same age as the couple. One stylish undercut hair, wearing black long jeans and a bluish long sleeve jeans shirt. The other had curly hair that resembled noodles, wore brown long jeans and a yellow red jacket with a green T-shirt inside. Its appearance that resembled that of a traffic light was quite striking. Once at Warung Bakso Mama, the traffic light youth immediately stared unhappily at the table of the couple.
The traffic light youth let out a negative, black aura of hatred that enveloped his body. When humans give off a black aura of hatred, their hatred can be captured by the Jin Nation. That's why right now on the left of the traffic light youth stood one Jin who was reading his hatred and intended to direct it. The genie was shaped to resemble a human with some striking differences, such as its neck that was half a meter long. And the fire that sprang from his body, the blaze that extended from his chin to his chest. The fire-bearded genie whispered something into the ears of the traffic light youth who was raising his black aura.
"Oh... So this is usually the place where traitors eat, huh?" Youth traffic lights.
The young man and the girl at the table glanced unhappily at the traffic light Youth and her friend.
Jin continued to whisper to the traffic light Youth. And as her black aura grows, so does her quip, "Former boyfriend and ex-friend... Ckck... Fits great. The traitor eats with the traitor."
The girl at the table tells her partner to ignore the innuendo directed at them. But the hooded youth was clearly disturbed, it could be seen from the black aura that started to ooze from his body. That was when another Jin opportunity to start whispering incitement into his ear. Jin with tongues of fire extending from the forehead to the back of the neck like a mohawk-style hair. Jin mohawk tried to increase the anger of the hooded Youth, while the bearded Jin continued to raise hatred of the Traffic Youth. As the black aura of the two of them grew bigger, it was only a matter of seconds until a clash occurred. But before that happens, there is intervention from the shop owner.
The owner of the stall was an adult woman with a full body in her mid-thirties. The mother asked the order of the traffic light Youth and her friend, then asked them to wait as she prepared their order. The traffic light youth and his friend were sitting at a table facing the jacketed Youth table and his partner. A momentary intervention from the shop owner is not enough to stop the two Jin from whispering to the humans they are targeting.
"Bro, tonight replace me with the deal." Said the Youth of the traffic light to his friend. His black aura was still not faded, it was even getting bigger. "Yesterday you bought it. Now replace me. Ordinary, right? Because we've been hanging out together for a long time. We're good friends. I won't be able to get your girlfriend, either. Wh why? Because I'm your friend!" He continued at length with a tone of voice deliberately raised so that the Youth jacketed across the table heard and felt disturbed. Well... It's working.
The black aura that emerged from the Jacketed Youth grew even bigger along with his rising anger. But her partner girl still tried to calm her down and even started to invite her to leave the place. Of course Jin mohawk didn't let his target just walk away. The more he whispered his words to the human.
That's her! Jin mohawk finally succeeded. The jacketed young man reacted by grabbing an empty plastic glass and throwing it at the traffic light youth at the table.
"Damn it!" Maki Youth traffic lights while fending off plastic cups with her hands. Then along with Jin's last whisper of the bearded, he moved to the right quickly to get away from his desk, and after being free he immediately advanced to the table before him.
But the jacketed Youth made even more fantastic moves, climbed onto the table and jumped to attack his opponent.
"Bukh!"
Boxing Youth jacketed the first hit, right on the left side of the face Youth traffic light. But a fist reply was immediately thrown into his stomach. And after replying with that, the Traffic Light Youth moved a step back and stuck its foot into the stomach of the jacketed Youth who retreated to a long bench behind him.
The traffic light youth instantly lunged and threw a punch incessantly into his opponent's face. It was then that Jin mohawk whispered something to the Jacketed Youth who instantly reacted by grabbing the meatball bowl with his right hand and smashing it into his opponent's head.
"Ohh!!! My eyes!!" Pekik Youth traffic lights while holding his face affected by the warm sauce of the rest of the meatballs. From his temple was seen dripping fresh blood. His friend came straight to him. While the jacketed youth who had just attacked him his body trembled in shock. The girl and the shop owner were also shocked by the incident.
"Yahaha....!!!!" Laughter Jin mohawk and Jin bearded that humans cannot hear.
But I can hear it, because I am also Jin like them. Dark Jin!
"Come on! We'll find another one!" Take the bearded Jin named Ra-ul.
"Yes! We don't have much time!" Sahut Jin mohawk named Ri-val while stepping following Ra-ul.
I didn't follow them right away. I still see the humans. I've seen enough of how screwed up the humans have been for the past few days. But I still wonder how easily they fight and shed blood on each other. They are the most superior intelligent beings on Earth. And still they are easily incited and pitted against sheep.
--
The two Jin who are with me, Ra-ul and Ri-val, they are my mentors. Ra-ul as I have described, resembles a tall man with a neck that extends about half a meter. His neck was flexible like a snake. When erect his height reached two and a half meters. The biggest flame on his body was a flame that extended from his chin to his chest resembling a human beard. Ri-val itself has a straighter but shorter body, about 190 cm in height. The proportion of his body resembled a human with a striking difference. First, both of his legs were resembling the back legs of a tiger, and secondly, his palms and fingers were twice the size they should be. The fire on his head resembled a man's mohawk hairstyle. Like the other Dark Jin, their eyes lit up a dark red. Just like me too.
So, who am I? Well... I don't know for sure either. Ra-ul and Ri-val find me who has no memory at all. I don't remember my name or anything about me. But I recognize the things in this world. From my appearance, I am not at all human. The proportion of my body was indeed like a human being as high as 170 cm, but my entire body was wrapped in a kind of bandage that left only my two eyes burning dark red. Flames also emerged from my upper head. No man can see or touch me. Ra-ul and Ri-val determine that I'm a lost Dark Jin. Although it was only the first time such a case they encountered during their centuries-old lifetime, they were willing to invite me to follow them while showing what Jin did.
Manfully. That's the name they gave me. Ri-val said it was short for the word Amnesia Mummy. So these few days as a Jin named Man-sia, I followed Ra-ul and Ri-val who taught me how to capture the black aura of humans, whisper humans, and pit them against each other. That's the life of Jin. Misleading humans became the duty of the Jin Nation.
For the past few days I have considered humans no match for Jin. They could not see or touch the Jin Nation. No human can fight Jin. But it turns out that tonight my assumption was proven wrong.
In one of the dark alleyways we passed, the three of us saw a human figure standing on our back 10 meters away from us. The man realized our existence and looked. That was when his young face was seen. That man may still be a High School Student or Student. Still so young. What distinguished him from the humans I had met all this time were his two blue-lit eyes, fixed directly at the three of us. But that was not the most surprising thing, but what he had done. His left hand was clutching a body that was kneeling helplessly beneath him. That figure is not human... But Jin. That human just defeated the Dark Jin!
