Trapped in Ramadhan
Part 23 - Cause and Effect

...Cause and Effect...

17 Ramadan. Nightly.

I'm still at the No.22 house in the Two Lights housing complex. Aida had just finished giving first aid to Dwi's wounds and was now helping the young man to sit down.

"Slowly..." Say the word gently.

The wound on Dwi's back didn't seem to be very deep, but it was quite a long one, about one arm's length. My knowledge in the field of wound care is arguably at the value of 0. But I suspect the wounds along the way should still get further medical treatment. The wound needs to be stitched. And it seems that my guess was proven true when Aidah called the Security Guard for help.

"Please call the Ambulance, sir!" Said the woman who had studied at the nurse's school.

The security guard quickly pulled out his phone and started calling the hospital. "Hello, Assalamualaikum!" Her speech. "I Satpam in Housing Two Lights. I'd like to report one of our citizens... Uh! Just a minute..." The security guard covered the phone with his palm and spoke softly to Dwi, "You're not a citizen here, are you?"

Dwi gave an answer by shaking slowly.

The security guard nodded in understanding, "Have your face look foreign." Then he spoke again to his cell phone, "Hello! Yea? It's still me. I would like to report that there are outsiders who happen to be currently in my area of duty. Yea? Ah.. The Two Light housing complex I said earlier. Yep, yeah. Is correct. It seriously! The outsider I mentioned earlier needed medical treatment for a stab wound on his back." The security guard kept talking.

“Yes, stab wounds. Residential complex Two Light. Can I send you an ambulance immediately?" Ask in the end. After saying the important thing that should have been said from the beginning, He nodded with satisfaction and said, "Thank you!" Then after closing the call on his phone, Si Satpam turned to everyone and told them, “Ambulans is coming soon!”

But not one minute long, pregnant women who were also here suddenly shouted.

"What's up, Mom?" Ask the security guard who approached immediately with a panicked face.

The mother grimaced as she said, "Our baby... Sir!"

Instantly a picture began to enter my mind and slowly became clear. Satpam is the husband of a pregnant woman. They live in one of the houses in this residential complex. And the reason why Satpam disappeared from his Post before the tragedy of the conversation happened is because he was accompanying his pregnant wife at home. Maybe because at a time like this in the previous nights usually the housing complex is quiet and never bad things happened so he felt he could accompany his wife for a moment. Obligations for work or obligations to the family. It must be a difficult choice for every human being.

"Ouch... Sir!" Screaming at Mother while grimacing and grasping the arm of her Husband who was holding her.

"You were born, Mom?" Ask The Security Guard.

"his power... Da... Sir!" Answer the Mother while pushing.

"Wow, Mom!" Sattam. "Shortly, Mom! Take the bike first!" Continue while wailing. But his wife clasped his hand so tightly that he could not leave.

"How many children are pregnant?" Ask the Grandma who is still holding the child of Aidah who is now asleep.

"First!" The guard answered quickly.

"Grandmother can?" Ask Satpam.

"In Grandma's village it's a child shaman." Said Grandma's granddaughter.

"Then we go to my house!" Sahut Satpam later. "Come, Mom! We're going home!"

But Mother screamed and pushed again.

"Bring it into the room, sir!" Tawar Aida's. "Let me help her later as well."

"Can, Mom?" Ask Satpam.

"Yes, I can." Answer Aida while nodding.

Then they went into one of the rooms in the house. After guiding his guests to the room, Aidah came out and came back again with a basin filled with clean water and towels. Then Aidah, the Grandmother, the Security Guard and his Wife remained in the room. While the Grandson of the Grandmother came out by holding the child Aidah and accompanied Dwi who sat on the floor.

"It hurts, Bang?" Ask The Girl.

"Yes..." Reply Dwi limply.

"What was taken, Bang?" Ask the Child again.

"Only Mobile Brother..." Answer Dwi again.

The girl nodded while holding the baby in her arms. Then he asked again, "Will you call the police, Bang?"

Dwi replied while grimacing in pain, "Maybe..."

After hearing their chat, I just remembered the reason that brought me to this place. I followed Dwi all the way to the Two Light housing Complex as it intended to absorb information from her phone about the Invisible Hero. But now it seems that my goal will not be fulfilled in the near future, because Dwi's phone was taken away by two people dressed in all black who had injured him. Looks like I have to look for those two brash humans.

Then... Sounds began to be heard from one of the rooms used as an emergency delivery room. I have never seen the birth process. I think giving birth to a new life is the greatness of other living things that Jin does not have. I was curious about the process. But something inside me prevented me from getting into that room because it wasn't appropriate. It must be an effect because I've turned into a Bright Jin. If I were still a Dark Jin, I would definitely not care about**** - this kind of whining. Very inconvenient.

Even though I was curious, in the end I decided to keep waiting outside the room while the labor process took place. And I began to think about what had happened, and what I had been experiencing while living among men. Nothing just happens. There is always a reason. Of the many other nights, Dwi chose tonight to visit Aidah. And tonight the Security Guard of the Two Light housing complex also chose to leave his post so that he could briefly accompany his pregnant wife in their home. Likewise, the Daughter who chose to stay at home with her Grandmother when her parents left. And myself, I chose to follow Dwi tonight. That's Because.

With the Cause, there comes the Effect. Dwi who was in the house of Aidah was injured by the robber who targeted the young mother's house. The two robbers entered freely because of the absence of the Guard at the Guard Post. But fortunately Aidah who had studied in nursing school can provide first aid to the wound of Dwi. And the Grandma who in her village is a child Shaman is now leading the delivery process of the Satpam Wife together with Aidah, while her grandson holds the baby Aidah. That's Cause-and-effect.

There is always a cause. The robbers brought Dwi's cell phone and injured her. The two of them could not do that and left without receiving a proper reply for their actions. And because of that, I will look for them everywhere I meet. And once I find them, the two Robbers won't like the consequences I'm gonna give them.
