Trapped in Ramadhan
Part 10 - Hijacking the Human Body

...Hijacking the Human Body...

7 Ramadan. Nightly.

Since getting involved in the matter between the group of January and the Beginning, the matter related to me as well, no major incident could catch my attention. I also accidentally did not meet with Joko. I need another human to communicate with besides that sarcastic old man. So, during these past three days I lowered my degree from the Only Jin left on Earth to Jin-Stalker-Homping Man. Pretty sad, I know that.

I shifted my focus to the Marbot of Al-Alim Mosque. I was sure that the Masjid Managers could actually see me, but chose to ignore me. How dare a lowly man seem to ignore a super duper Jin like me! I can't let that! So on the first day I always followed her movements everywhere, except to the bathroom of course. I still have standards. But I kept following him elsewhere. Whether it's around the Mosque, shopping in a stall, even I waited for him while sleeping in his residence which is integrated with the tower building of the Mosque. It's not an easy task, I have to be really patient for a full day of tailing it. I hoped he would feel disturbed, but until the end of the day the man still acted as if I was invisible.

On the second day, I increased my efforts by moving things around. I took a broom and kept it away as he was about to sweep the courtyard of the Mosque. I also turned the taps in the ablution place to attract attention. But even though he went straight to the ablution and turned the taps until the water did not come out, this young Marbot still ignored me who was standing with both hands folded in front of him. Even as I kept whispering silly things in her ear and just stopped as she fell asleep, was in the bathroom, and worshiped. The man ignored me. He must be the only human who can withstand such a disturbance.

Today I tried to break through the walls of her room to surprise her by shouting, "Hola!"

And it worked! At least for a second he looked at me before turning his attention to the book he was reading. But still. He did see me. That means my efforts are not in vain. I just need to try again.

And here I am. In the courtyard of Al-Alim Mosque after the people who prayed Tarawih and children who participated in the tadarus left the Mosque. As the Young Marbot came out of the Mosque and approached her sandal, I focused myself on holding the sandal and took a step back while shifting it. As he moved closer, I took another step back. Go forward again, I'll back off again. One more step, I backed off again. Then he stopped, his eyes no longer staring at his sandals, but directly at me who was crouching in front of him. From his face, the Young Marbot looked beginning to get annoyed. But unfortunately he managed to hold back his anger and turned around and walked away without his sandals. He might be able to hold back his anger, but I'm not. I threw one of the sandals until it hit his back head. And it stopped.

The young Marbot turned around with a hand that pointed towards me. "okay... Whatdoyouwant?"

That's her! And finally! He's talking to me! "I want to talk!" My reply.

The young man let out a long breath and his shoulder that had been stiffened started to relax. "Speak about what?"

That's a good question. I also don't know what to talk about right now. I was trying too hard not to ignore me, but I didn't know exactly what to talk about first. Might as well... Maybe I should start asking her name. That's the first step to getting acquainted, right? Yeah, maybe a name first. Then I could ask if he had ever met someone like me.

But before I could ask what I was going to ask, I felt a collection of black aura not far from here. I could feel clearly, so great hatred gathering in one place. That feeling bothered me, I couldn't concentrate on anything else. So I had no choice but to head to the source.

My Jin instincts led me to a not-so-extensive oil palm plantation bordering the residential area. Although close to houses, but this oil palm plantation is indeed quiet at night. It was with as much hatred as I felt, I thought I would encounter a clash between dozens of people as when the group of January fought the group of the Awal in the abandoned house. But as I ran into the depths of the Garden past the towering palm trees of about 10 meters, I only saw 4 young men fighting. No. gabe... More precisely 3 Youths who gang up on 1 Youth.

A glimmer of understanding flowed into me. This young man whose body I plowed is named Rian. He is a former member of the Two-Wheeled Gang. He had originally come here to settle matters by fighting one on one with the pigtail-haired youth, but he had ended up being ganged up. I don't like the Two-Wheeled Gang, but I don't like the three young men's tactics any more. And I also had no choice but to fight using Rian's body, as the three of them did not stop attacking me.

As soon as I realized my strange situation, a hard blow hit the left side of my face, more precisely Rian's face, but it was the same. The second strike hit my stomach. But with a quick movement I instantly retaliated by hitting the belly of the big-nosed Youth with my left hand. Then he punched him in the face with his right hand twice until he staggered back. As the pigtailed Youth approached, I directly advanced and kicked her stomach. As he bowed, I grabbed the back of his denim shirt forward to cover his face with one hand and held him back. Then I beat her face with the other hand.

Suddenly the arm of the big-nosed Youth flanked my neck from behind and pulled me back away from the pigtailed Youth whose hassles removed her face from her own shirt. Turn The fat young man who came forward and punched me in the stomach. The punch was very strong, but both of my hands were still free, so I patted both ears firmly and squeezed his head. I continued by lifting both my legs to the body of the fat Youth and with all my might pushed my body back carrying with me the big-nosed Youth who fell with me because it was unable to withstand the weight of my momentum.

I didn't feel much pain when I fell to the ground because the big-nosed Youth was below me. When his hand was weakened, I used it to free myself. It rolled to the side, rose to a squatting position, and punched him in the face several times until his big nose bled. But my defense loosened, until I didn't notice the pigtailed young man approaching me from behind and kicking my stomach from the right side. The kick was quite painful. But he wasn't done, he grabbed my hair with his left hand and pulled my head up, then punched me in the face with his right hand.

I ignored the pain in my head and endured the blow of the two with my left arm. I punched his heart with my right hand. Then held his arm that was still grabbing me and stomped it until his hand slipped from my head. As I held his arms together, I pressed my legs firmly against his stomach until he retreated while looking down in pain.

I touched my finger to my left temple. I felt something wet and sticky on my finger. When I look at my fingers, I see red blood. I also realized that this body was trembling. Right, this is not my body. But the human body is called Rian. Before I came, his body had already received many attacks from these three young men. As soon as he saw the three of them start to stand up despite staggering. I realized that if this fight continued, it wouldn't end well for Rian.

And right now there is another consciousness - perhaps Rian - that commands this body to run. It was never a balanced fight. So, I turned around and ran as fast as I could with this bruised body. I remember passing a couple of bikes on my way here, so I headed there.

There are 3 duck bikes; painted green-black, blue-black, and blue-white. I immediately knew Rian's motorbike was painted blue-and-white, and the key was in the right pants pocket. I pulled out the key quickly, put it on the motor, and started the engine. Another realization told me to drop the other two motors. So as soon as I pulled the gas, I put the motor closer to the other two motors and took turns pushing with all my might using my legs until both bikes fell. Even though I lost control, fortunately I did not lose my balance and managed to keep going.

"Stop woy!!"

"Bas a coward!!"

I ignored their cries and continued to drive down the path through the palm trees to cross the small bridge over the ditch to the asphalt road. Quite unexpectedly, I the Jin Nation can skillfully ride a motorcycle. Add and reduce teeth, raise and lower gas, turn and pull brakes. Riding a motorbike enters a narrow street in the alley of a resident's house. I can do all of that without any difficulty. And the pressure of the wind that hit my face somehow felt very familiar and soothing.

Either because I was hijacking Rian's body or because of something else. My amnesia keeps me from knowing much about myself, about Jin. Except for what Ra-ul and Ri-val have told us. But they never told us that there was a Jin who didn't disappear from Earth in Ramadan. It also possessed the human body like this. There's a lot I don't know. But I know one thing, where I took Rian's body... The Al - Alim Mosque.
