A few hours passed.

Li Hao who was closing his eyes in a meditative position slightly gasped when he heard a noisy sound from the cell next to him.

"Hm, does that woman want to be released?" Li Hao asked inwardly, then focused his audience's senses out of curiosity.

"T-please..."

A female groan slightly rang out in Li Hao's ears and made both of his eyes open instantly, "That voice..." Li Hao began to rise to his feet, he quietly approached the wall and wanted to make sure what he had heard just now.

"There's no sound to him anymore, but..." Li Hao could faintly hear the conversation that two grown men had, "I can't hear it clearly, but it doesn't seem like their conversation is anything good."

Li Hao finally decided to peek at the situation outside from behind the bars of his cell. Not long after looking at the outside area, he could find two adult men dressed in pitch black coming out from the cell next door and among them was a beautiful woman dressed in light blue.

"He's... Is he Qiao Yu?" Li Hao paused for a moment before he retreated a few steps away from the cell door, "It seems like this is some sort of kidnapping, I must not stay silent."

Li Hao clenched his right hand, then began to gather a considerable amount of Qi.

On the other hand, the two pitch-black-clothed adult men instantly stopped their steps when they sensed the fluctuations of energy emanating from their back.

"You feel it?"

"Yes, he seems to know that we're kidnapping someone. He probably intended to make some noise so that a guard would come in here."

"Should we kill him?"

"No need, we need to focus out of here..."

"I understand."

"Then, let's speed up lang-"

His words came to a halt when a small explosion occurred, both of them instantly turned around and found Li Hao was moving forward to where the two of them were.

"He's just a Forging Qi, I'll take care of him. You take the boy away from here before our whereabouts are known to the guards!"

Seeing the man carrying Qiao Yu escape made Li Hao's heart feel cold, he could see the other man pull out a sword while doing the stance.

"You think you can escape this place easily? I won't let it!" Li Hao took out his sword from the inventory, and directly coated it with Qi.

Bam!

A violent clashing sound occurred when the swords of the two of them touched each other, and in the next second the man who was fending off Li Hao's attack bounced far back and smashed into the wall until it shattered.

"What the fuck...?" the black-clothed man carrying Qiao Yu was so shocked when he saw his friend being made to bounce that far in one strike, he had wanted to do something but his steps immediately stopped when he found Gong Da appearing in front of him and strangling his neck.

"Wah~ Infiltrating to an 8-star sect? To someone who is in the Qi Refinement realm, the guts of you two are worth appreciating." Gong Da lifted the corner of his lips, he strengthened his grip and then broke the neck of the intruder.

Crick.

The man instantly died just after his neck was broken, Qiao Yu himself had already fallen to the floor ever since Gong Da had strangled the person's neck.

"Damn it, I might get fired for letting an intruder into this place." Gong Da shook his head softly as he muttered this, his gaze then shifted towards the other intruders and saw him faint from hitting the wall, "That person is in the 4-star Qi Refinement realm..." Gong Da turned around and found Li Hao leaning against the wall with his head lowered to the floor.

"I owe you, son." Gong Da smiled faintly, whereas Li Hao only responded to that by raising his one hand.

"I'll take Miss Qiao Yu to a safe place first, after that I'll go back and take care of you." Gong Da carried Qiao Yu, then walked away from there.

Li Hao only kept quiet as he found out, his head then lifted and a long sigh escaped from his mouth, "He left me alone, does he think that I don't dare to quietly come out of this place?" Li Hao muttered before opening his status screen.

"Before breaking that cell door, I put most of the SP points I earned into Strength. Qiao Chang Hai and his two bodyguards were waiting for the arrival of a young man named Li Hao whom Gong Da was referring to.

"Young master, I've been trying to investigate the identity of this young man named Li Hao. But unfortunately, there wasn't much information I could get about him." the middle-aged male bodyguard said in a soft voice.

"Explain..." Qiao Chang Hai gave the order without even turning his head.

"Well." the man's bodyguard then told him all the information about Li Hao that he got from Gong Da's interrogation data.

It only took less than a minute for the male bodyguard to end his words.

"A wandering cultivator who lost his memory, huh.." thought Qiao Chang Hai with a solemn look, "A prison that is underground, should be designed for cultivators, right?"

"That's right, young master."

"How strong is that prison?"

"At least be able to withstand the attack launched by a 10-star Qi Refinement, young master."

Qiao Chang Hai slightly furrowed his brows, it was obvious that it was the most unreasonable thing.

"How could a Forging Qi cultivator successfully destroy a cell door capable of resisting the attacks of a Qi Refinement cultivator?" Qiao Chang Hai held onto his chin, the look on his face looked complicated at the thought of that.

A few minutes later, Qiao Chang Hai brushed aside all the questions he had in his head at this moment when he saw Gong Da coming along with another young man.

"Greetings, young master. He's a living intruder..." Gong Da gave a greeting before dropping the black-clothed man onto the floor.

Qiao Chang Hai stared at the intruder for a while, then ordered one of his bodyguards to take him to his residence.

After the departure of one of his bodyguards, Qiao Chang Hai immediately turned his gaze towards the young man who had been standing behind Gong Da.

"Did he save my brother?" qiao Chang Hai asked.

"Yes, young master. He was Li Hao, a wanderer who got lost in the territory of this sect."

Qiao Chang Hai simply nodded expressionlessly, "First of all, I want to thank you for saving my sister, Mr. Li Hao" he said as he cupped his hands towards Li Hao.

"Together, young master." said Li Hao, who cupped his hands.

"Before we speak at length, let's move to a quieter place first." Qiao Chang Hai was able to find that the sect disciples started to flock to the halls of the Prisoner building after rumors about the two intruders spread.

"All right, young master." Li Hao could only respond like that, then followed Qiao Chang Hai from behind in silence.
